I’ve been training with Mike for over 5 years…in a word…amazing!! Beyond being by far the most knowledgeable and dedicated trainer (and I’ll add “life coach”) I’ve trained with, Mike really “gets it” and worked closely with me to attain my fitness, health, and overall wellness goals…his personal touch and attention to detail really stood out. I never thought strength training, losing weight, keeping it off, and the word “enjoyment” would coincide, but they have, and the journey has been a fun one. He finds new ways to keep you motivated and engaged…simply put, he cares, and it shows. I now count Mike as one of my good friends, and am so thankful to have met and trained with I’ve of the best!

Are you new to fitness or wanna take your fitness to the next level? Michael Ebanks is the trainer for you! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, energized and comfortable to work with.

Mike works me out two to three times a week. It’s hard but he keeps me laughing. His personality is a lot of the reason I don’t quit. He’s also got ability to scale the workouts for beginners, advanced, or just plain tired people. He’s very flexible with requests, such as my request to do a fair amount of boxing each session. With Mike's help, my doctor took me off all my diabetic medication. She told me she was so pleased with my numbers and that I'm working out that shes comfortable taking me off my medication. Michael is a trainer that really understands functionality and mobility. Michael developed a program for me to improve any imbalances that I had.
I also wanted to improve my strength. We were focusing on strength building through one of his strength programs .
Attention to detail is another thing that he is very focused on. He has a eye for a bad form. He will let you know and correct you , he doesn't just go through the motions. If you want to focus on aesthetic, strength or athletics Michael is your guy.
One of the greatest things that he taught me is how to SQUAT. :)
