This is a great gym to get in shape at. I have been a member for many years. The Trainers are on point with their knowledge of the right training program that best fits you. They are also very Friendly. My Trainer’s name is Miles. Once you get into your training program, because of the encouragement of the Trainers, you start to want to push yourself to the best that you can. There are some different workouts that are incorporated into the regular workouts that mixes things up so that you are not board. I am in very good shape and I will continue to come here. You will not be Disappointed.
