I’ve been working out here for a few months now and the etiquette here is just as bad as other Germantown gyms. NO ONE puts their weights back even though the staff ensured us that it wouldn’t be an issue upon joining. It’s mostly the same members who curl in the squat rack or wear gloves, so not surprising. Be prepared to clean up after members when you come to this location.
A lot of the morning members are also having phone conversations and using 6 foot tall tri-pods even though there are signs that say ‘No Phone Use’. You’ll also see members with four sets of dumbbells at once.
The sauna is a shared space for males and females with signs saying “No Street Shoes in The Pool Area” but members wear shoes anyway.
Members also take pictures of themselves in the locker room while others are changing. Be careful in there!
Hopefully things will improve when they expand the space.

The best gym I’ve been to in the whole area! The staff are super friendly, especially the reception team. I had a great experience with one of them—really polite and kind. I’ll get his name and add it here later, because he really deserves recognition.

I had a great experience with OneLife Fitness - Germantown yesterday. Brett Zimmerman helped me get a nagging check-in problem resolved while I was in a class. Great customer service. He kept me informed of the status before my classes started. After the class, he confirmed that my check-in account number was working properly.

First time in 1.5 years I've had such a bad experience here.
Childcare was closed, so my child sat quietly on the sofa - something staff had told me was fine before. Today, a "manager" told me to leave unless I registered my child as a member. Policy is one thing, but apply it consistently.
The worst part? I almost tripped getting up to leave, and instead of checking if I was okay, the manager laughed loudly behind me while I was leaving with my child. Totally unprofessional.
Also, the women's locker room showers have had drainage issues for weeks. Paying members deserve better.

This review is based solely on my sign-up experience and my first two visits to the gym. I want to give a shout-out to Brett (Assistant GM) for his outstanding service. He was friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. I had quite a few questions about the gym’s services and amenities, especially around swim lessons for my toddler, and he took the time to answer everything thoroughly and connected me with the right person. He also helped set me up with a personal trainer (Clark), which I really appreciated. I’m looking forward to seeing if the gym continues to meet my expectations in the coming months, but so far, so good—no complaints!

The flickering of this light is going to cause me a serious headache. Please fix the bathroom light. Also an employees girlfriend hit my car when she opened her car door in the parking lot. The gym employee (he might be the manager) just looked at me. Neither bothered to apologize. Idk what else to do other than complain in my review. Pls at least fix this light… I pay way too much for this membership for yall to have flickering lights that will cause me a really bad headache. And I pay way too much for the employees girlfriend to hit my car. She probably doesn’t even pay for her membership and most likely comes in for free. Imagine if I had that flickering lights disorder that causes people to seizure. Idk what it’s called. Pls fix the light the least yall could do.

Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere!
I dropped in from out of town for a few days of workouts and was warmly welcomed by Brent, one of the staff members. He was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even offered me a discounted rate for the short-term use, which I really appreciated.
The gym is well-organized and divided into multiple sections, so it never felt overcrowded or chaotic. They also have a pool, which is a great bonus, and the facility overall is clean and well-maintained.
They offer an InBody composition analysis machine to track fat percentage, muscle mass, etc., but note that it costs an additional $25.
Highly recommend this gym for both locals and visitors!

Trainers and staff are amazing except for the woman who signed me up, who consistently only greets her favorites and ignores everyone else like they don’t exist. Clientele is comprised of the elderly who are lost and wandering everywhere and the most obnoxious young people you’ve ever met. An adult diaper once exploded in the jacuzzi, so yeah, the clientele part definitely matters. Machines are broken 70% of the time and there are typically only one of each type of machine, so you have to work around what’s actually working and open. Renovations to the weight areas were mentioned when I signed up, a year later and nothing. Yet, Onelife is still buying new clubs- it’s obvious they do not care about this location. Members have gone on racist tangents to staff and still go here somehow, plus I’ve seen people use machines with their bare feet openly without anyone stopping them. For the same price as the Rockville location, this place is sad. I plan on using up my last month of membership here and looking elsewhere and I advise others to do the same until someone starts caring about this location.

Just wanted to share a review on an employee at Germantown one life facility. His name is Patrick Robinson a so call sales manager. I been going to this gym for a couple months now and I must say everything has been pleasant. Until I meet Patrick Robinson on Mother’s Day weekend with my 16 year old daughter. I was harassed for a balance of 78 bucks when then facility owed me a refund. And btw my account wasn’t even deactivated.
Instead of him talking to me in private. He was rude and spoke really loudly in front of guest stating I owed the gym 78 bucks and my card was declined in front of all these people. Not only that he talk about his own management. And also proceeded to tell my daughter and I he doesn’t have to let us into the gym. But I just want to do a review only on him so if you’re interested in signing up for a membership at this place. I just wouldn’t advise you to do it him. He totally ruin my morning workout with my daughter on Mother’s Day weekend and to be quite honest I felt uncomfortable and discriminated. I probably will be canceling my membership soon.

Local gym. Has a pool and sauna. The lockers rooms have recently been updated. The showers each have their own personalities and you have to learn each one and select carefully. One shower is scolding hot! The equipment is updated and I never have to wait long for a bench press (I go between 10-1pm). The treadmills are a different story, during the weekend, its hard to find one that's not in use. This gym sits on the bottom/ground level of a medical office building. It was convenient when I went to physical therapy in the same building. They offer towel service for an extra $10/month it you don't bring your own.

Pretty disappointed with my visit. Came for a day pass to decide whether I wanted to enroll - I was greeted by staff, but it was stale. For someone interested in paying for a membership, the staff felt no incentive to sell me. Much of the machines were out of service, the pool looked filthy, and the sauna was surprisingly small (maybe 3 people can sit comfortably) and faces the jacuzzi. The weight rooms had many people using the gym benches as a place to talk and hangout, and not actually use the equipment. Maybe that’s the culture here, but it’s not something I’d recommend.

It's incredible how they take advantage of people. At the OneLife Fitness gym in Germantown, they are charging $16 each time you bring a guest. There are gyms that allow one guest and the monthly fee is $10 or $29 and they have the same benefits. I have brought 3 people who are now members of this gym, but today we are disappointed. Lamentablemente es el que mas cerca esta de mi casa, pero estoy conciderando ir a otro. No quería hacer esta publication pero trate de comunicarme con ellos y me borraban los mensajes...

Love the Zumba Class given by Natty and Kevin. They are why I stared going. They are encouraging and so welcoming. I wish they had more than 2 classes. They are 5 Stars.
But…
I also started morning swims - first thing in the morning but am very dissatisfied with the pool cleansing - very dirty- bandaid, hearing aid and even things floating in the water. Really need to be checked if it is being cleaned nightly as they say.
The showers have mold and even fuzzy mold on the tile walls - gross.

I LOVE Natty and Kevin's Zumba classes. Their energy is contagious. They learn everyone's names and make me feel so welcome. I was reluctant to write a positive review, because more people will sign up and their classes are almost always full. I joined OneLife after my old gym closed, partially because Natty and Kevin teach here.

Been a member for a while, but not my top choice - happens to be the closest gym to where I live. Hours are somewhat comparable to other gyms (lifetime, la, fitness, planet fitness) in the area, but I'd choose the others for cleanliness, price, amenities, etc...Oh, and unless myself and the 15 regular members waiting this morning missed the memo, the 5am employee was a no show (not the first time they don't show/open on time). Jessica is the only reliable and truly punctual employee when it comes to opening on time.

I love this place! Originally joined at the location in Olney, Md. When I relocated to Germantown, I didn't even realize they had a Onelife. I love their easy to operate equipment, classes and instructors. They're very knowledgeable and seem invested in seeing others succeed at their health and fitness goals. The water classes have been extremely helpful in rehabbing my rotator cuff tendonitis issue. If you're searching for an awesome gym, try Onelife Fitness, Germantown, MD!

***Yess it's a long review but hear me out***
Located in the heart of Germantown, OneLife Gym is not just a fitness center but a sanctuary for anyone serious about their health journey. What sets OneLife apart from other gyms isn't just its state-of-the-art facilities or impressive range of amenities—it's the people. From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted by a warmth that transcends the usual gym experience. I've been going here since November btw!
The staff at OneLife Gym redefine attentiveness and hospitality. Whether it's the friendly faces at the front desk who always remember your name or the dedicated trainers who tailor workouts to your individual needs, everyone here genuinely cares. It's not just about getting through the day—it's about creating a supportive community where everyone feels like family.
Cleanliness is paramount at OneLife Gym, with pristine facilities that include everything from spacious workout areas to meticulously maintained group class studios. There's always a spot available, whether you prefer hitting the weights, swimming laps in the inviting pool, or unwinding in the sauna or steam room after an intense workout.
Speaking of workouts, OneLife Gym excels in variety and quality. Their group classes cater to every fitness level and interest, ensuring there's something for everyone. Whether you're into high-energy spin classes, calming yoga sessions, or intense HIIT workouts, the schedule is packed with options designed to keep you motivated and engaged.
Personally, OneLife Gym has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals this year. The combination of a supportive environment, top-notch facilities, and expert guidance from their passionate staff has made all the difference. It's more than just a gym—it's a place where determination meets encouragement, where hard work meets camaraderie.
If you're looking for a gym where you're not just another member but a valued part of a fitness family, OneLife Gym in Germantown is the place to be. Experience the difference yourself and embark on a journey to a healthier, happier you.

I would give a zero star if there was an option. I've been an intermittent member of this club ever since it was owned by HealthTrax and also ACAC. I've had a worst experience with membership withdrawal, since it was taken over by Onelife. I submitted a request on March 11, 2024 to Germantown branch manager to withdraw my membership as soon as possible. I got a response from him that cancellation requires a 30 day notice and my final payment would be 04/02/2024 and the membership will cancel at the end of April. After all this, they kept charging me the fee and taking payments in May as well. When I reached back, he alleges that there was a footnote in the email that I was also expected to email Corporate in order to cancel my membership. Since I missed to read what seemingly looked like a standard disclaimer, they've reset my clock and are ignoring my 30-day notice and extended by membership until 7/1. I was deeply disappointed at their operations. I called the office to cancel my membership and I was asked to email branch manager. And this branch manager shares another email to request cancellation. This obviously shows that they want to make membership cancellations complicated for members. They must have gotten a 2 month extra payment from me with this fraud, but what they are actually losing here is their reputation in the community and a prospectus returning member.

Visited the area for a week and got a few workouts in at this location. Staff set me up with a short term membership without any pushiness, etc. Huge free weight area with plentiful equipment—must have been at least five deadlift platforms. Clean and didn’t see any broken machines. Busy in the early afternoon, but didn’t feel crowded. Seems like a nice middle ground between a bougie high end gym and a more relaxed community gym.

I have been a member of this gym since it was a ACAC Fitness and Wellness. Only in the last few years have I really taken my membership here seriously.
Since the conversion to OneLife Fitness, the gym has really undergone a great transition. They are really investing in the location and making many great changes. While it takes time, the changes made are excellent and there are many more coming in 2024.
I highly recommend the personal training. I worked with Michael Rushin, and he is excellent. We focused on body fat reduction and you can see my results below. Fantastic. Not only was Michael able to assist me in the gym, but he was also able to help me focus on the nutritional part of the equation as well. The location had a InBody machine which will help provide you with lots of information to identify your goals and exceed them.
The gym has lots of equipment across many rooms. From cardio to strength building, there are various types of equipment to help you meet your needs. In addition, they have two recovery rooms and other areas. A pool, the locker room and spin classes are areas I do not use, so I can't really comment on them. However I know many who have used the spin classes and love them.
Speaking of classes, they also offer a lot of group classes which my daughter uses often. Alex and Karen are excellent instructors. I have taken them a few times and I always get a workout and enjoy the class. The studio is large, but can only accomodate so many members. I highly recommend you get and use the app, especially to sign up for classes. I also use the app to enter the gym, as it will display my OneLife Fitness barcode.
The other staff in the gym including the front desk staff and cleaning crew are friendly and professional.
I hope you try this gym out. The prices are reasonable, and I thing they offer a lot.
Enjoy!

I’ve been to this place a few times and I will tell you my experience. Pros and cons.
4 stars for 4 reasons
1. Good staff and workers that work here! Nice and engaging.
2. Nicely kept clean facility and you’ll almost never come across and equipment that is out of order.
3. Equipment is not the best but definitely not the worse I’ve use and I’ve been to many gym in my lifetime. Pretty standard bench press, dumbbells and equipment.
4. This place is small but packs a punch! It has a pool (small but it works), steam room and sauna which is super cool! A lot of gyms typically only have a sauna.
Minus 1 star because the lighting is terrible and could use better light. Another reason deducting the 1 star is because they broke down the basketball court and racket ball to expand the place. It’s good they expanded the place but folks sometimes join gym just for basketball and nothing else!
I would recommend the gym and I believe the cost to join is 38-39 per month but I would double check with someone that works there.

It's an old gym, but better than the ones around. It's a shame that they once had two Squash courts that are now being used as fitness areas. There are no Squash courts nearby, and I know a lot of people who either go to Bethesda OneLife, McLean OneLife, Chevy Chase Athletic Club, etc. My advise to management would be to restore these Squash courts back, and they'll see more traffic. The only reason why I come in here is because it's closer to my house. Otherwise, I prefer to go to McLean or Bethesda OneLife which are much larger fitness centers and much cleaner.
What I like about Germantown OneLife is that they've Suana and Steam room which isn't available at OneLife Rockville. Other than that, this is an okay gym.

I was a dual(husband) member for 10 years at OLF. In July 2023 I sent an email to OLF stating I was not going to renew my membership. A couple of months later, my American Express credit card was debited $30.00 by OLF for "membership." This occurred twice for a total of $60.00.
This concludes either OLF incompetence or OLF duplicitous.
I have called, emailed, gone in person to no avail.
OLF must refund me the $60.00.

I had a awful experience on this place with an employeer there. I practice my workout since 2019 at planet fitness and decided to try another gym.
I was doing my bench press and as I didn't finish, I decided to leave the weights on the bar.
Then a employee came and ask to me to remove the weights. I told him I didn't finish yet. He said he had watched me on the cameras.
It haven't 10 min!! Then I showed to him others equipments with weights on. Why he didn't ask to another guys to remove the weights? He just said doesn't matter! Remove the weights or get out of here! In front of many people!!
Ok my friend you won. I won't be there again and don't recommend this place. I took pictures of the another equipments and thinking in sue the gym. It was disrespectful and shamed.

The staff there is pretty nice!
There are a LOT of cardio machines there, so you'll probably never have to wait to use one.
All the weight machines seem pretty good! I've never seen one under maintenance. Although I just wish there was a shoulder press and a deltoid raise machine. While I can compensate for them using their heavy weights, I find machines much easier to use and control.

Not nearly as well-maintained as the other Onelife locations. Lots of equipment with missing pieces, not very many benches, etc. Love Onelife, but this location could use some love.

I had walked in to cancel my account back in July 2023, and the front desk staff asked me to only write down my email address and they added it to a list of other emails.
Fast forward to October 2023, and I am still being charged for this gym. I have sent multiple emails at this point to Onelife staff to cancel but I am still being charged monthly.

Our family just started going to Onelife Fitness in Germantown and we love it! From the signup with Xavier and the wonderful, sweet ladies in the kids club, ( especially Ms Vernice, Miss Lara and Ms. Alberta) front desk staff and on floor trainers. The personnel in this location have exceptional customer service and make you feel at home. We felt welcome from the beginning. We are always met with a smile and friendly conversation whenever we engage with any of them. They have a variety of great gym equipment and amenities!! Love the sauna, steam room and swimming pool. I can go on and on how much we love our membership. The locker rooms are nice with the blow dryers, dressing rooms and the cleanliness is also a plus 👍🏼 the sweet Señoras that clean do such a good job. We have been members of different local gyms but have never been as happy as we are with Onelife Fitness in Germantown as a whole family. From the six of us, we hope we will be members for years to come and we highly recommend this gym if you are in the area. They also are very reasonable with their monthly dues for single or family unit. BEST LOCAL GYM 5 ⭐️s

I just signed up for this gym: If Planet Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and InShape had a baby, this would be the result. God’s gift to the gym community with people of all shapes and sizes comfortable working out.
But why the 4/5 stars? It lacks the hours of a 24hr fitness and doesn’t have a smoothie bar. That plus a friendly and fit staff equal gym perfection. I don’t plan on using their personal trainers either, so this is specific to amenities, cleanliness, equipment variety and accessibility. So far, chef’s kiss.

I only signed up for this location due to convenience literally two minute drive from my house. They have a sign in the pool area that there’s no lifeguard and I find this ridiculous. Since there is no accountability, I see patrons going into the pool with every day clothes on and shoes inside the pool. I recently asked one of the staff members on how often they clean the pool because I noticed sand at the bottom of the pool, and the fact that the water color was so dirty and they said they regularly clean it. I washed my swimsuit four times just to get the stench out and there’s nothing wrong with my washing machine or my dryer as it is brand new. the pool area floors are so disgusting. How is it that at a public outdoor community pool is a lot more cleaner than an indoor pool at a gym? You can see lime on the walls of the pool area.
Also, since there is no accountability of a lifeguard in the pool area, there’s a sign that says no outdoor shoes can be worn in the sauna… the people walk in into the pool area with every day shoes on and goes into the sauna, whereas people who are in the pool area and they want to go into the sauna we’re asked not to wear any shoes so again very contradicting. I don’t think the staff really cares on how clean their facility is.
Furthermore, a lot of the work equipment is pretty sparse out there’s no organization the hip conductor machine faces a window away from other machines. Totally weird. I submitted a formal complaint to the corporate see if they ever respond because it doesn’t look like the corporate really cares either.

It's a nice gym but canceling your membership is difficult.
So far I have been charged twice since I canceled.
Management would nor talk to me after the first time so I had to have my bank stop payment!
Ridiculous!

Excellent gym for adults of all ages and ability. They have isolation machines; free weights; row and bike ergs; classes; etc. Their personal trainers are educated and propose safe exercise routines.
If you have an injury, disability, or need to take it slow, they can help. My dad was in his late seventies and was referred here by his cardiologist. The exercises kept him fit and helped him live as long as he did. This gym is amazing.

I have been with One Life for 5 months and I love it! I signed up for personal training and I’m so glad I did. Sam was my trainer and he is great! He is so professional and encouraging. He did a wonderful job of listening to my goals and creating a plan that met my needs. He also taught me the a lot about good form and technique to avoid injury. I highly recommend Sam for your personal trading!

I once gave this gym 5 stars, but after continuing disregard to the American Disability Act of 1990, I decided it was best to part ways. While the Yoga instructor Kathy L has changed her demeanor, it’s only after enough individuals of protected minorities threatened to file a class action lawsuit, it’s too little too late. While I love the heated pool and other class instructors, there is clear discrimination. Rather than addressing the situation for what it is, they simply distorted the issue into a new policy of corporate ordinances and group exercise manager Nancy B said that they are really “laying down the law” when it comes to latecomers . Even though my mat is always set up prior to the instructor’s arrival, it doesn’t matter. If you leave the class for whatever reason, there will be disciplinary action including termination of the membership. Even though I have given them plenty of medical documentation to inform them of appropriate reasons that one would leave the classroom, these notes from Holy Cross Hospital , Medstar & Maryland Orthopedics were clearly disregarded. When I addressed the fact that I felt uncomfortable being left in positions for 5 minutes because they are contraindicative to my doctors orders, this received strict reprimand. I can go on, but for the sake of brevity, I’ll wrap it up. One black woman with 2 hearing aids stormed out saying have you ever heard of the ADA. I followed suit and immediately wrote to them. I also let management know that aside from the instructor failing to operate the stereo system, failing to give proper cues, she fails to do most of the moves because she totaled her car 5 months ago. I know of all of her injuries and financial needs because she discusses them to us when we are holding our poses. She clearly is in a lot of pain and should be on medical leave. When I addressed this with Manager Michael Rushin and Group Exercise Director Nancy B. They said that instructors are not expected to demonstrate any of the moves. I informed them that she fails to describe them either because she strictly uses Hindu terms and often has trouble detecting right from left since she’s the mirror image. At a minimum, I let him know that any instructor teaching should be physically competent enough to do CPR and First Aid. He informed me that his instructors are not legally bound to do so. With the classroom having no air ventilation, no access to bottled water, and no basic availability of critical care services, i apologized to management and left yoga 15 minutes early. I called 911 and waited outside of John Hopkins medical center on the 2nd floor until the paramedics came. The first thing the doctor noticed was bruises all over my body in areas that were pressure points from forcing my body into holding positions that were improper for my body type. In the ER, they did several X-rays , conducted an EKG ,drew blood, applied bacitracin to open cuts, gave me Benadryl for an allergic reaction, and gave me water due to extreme dehydration and food because my blood sugar level was too low. I was kept overnight for observation. I returned to the gym transportes by a taxi just in time for Maureen’s noon Tai Chi class. I had been cleared to work out, but was told to drink plenty of fluids and to use the bathroom as seen fit. I thought with ER documents that i in would be permitted to leave the classroom, especially in a non-yoga classroom. This was not the case. I informed them that a young Hispanic woman just entered the classroom 5 minutes late, but said that my disruption of exiting was more distracting and inexcusable. They suspended my membership. I let them know that I needed a full refund of the personal training services that I had just purchased and since it was purchased 3 days ago the contract purchased can be rescinded in the state of Maryland. I also asked for a formal write-up of the exact nature and code of membership suspension. I waited outside a medical office while it took an hour for manager Michael Rushin to produce such documents.

I have been going to this gym since before it was one life and I have to say it’s a great gym for price I’m currently paying. They removed the basketball court when One Life came in but completely renovated the 8 machine gym into a room with plenty of equipment including multiple benches, deadlift platforms, squat racks, and more weight machines. They as well listened to members requesting to make the squash court into a turf area for more area to workout. I have used the pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room and have been pleased with my experiences. I have become friends with a lot of members here I have not met before because so far everyone I’ve met has been friendly and open. My only downside to this gym is the hours it is open. For closing: Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 7pm, and Sunday at 6pm are not preferred but that seems to be the only downside. Overall I recommend this gym for beginner or experienced lifters.

My favorite place to be after work. Love it. Very neat gym. They have a swimming pool and sauna as well. Somebody had made a comment that i also agree with. Ever since one life took over their free weight area is probably more suitable for a large home gym than a public gym. This location is highly overcrowded during peak hours. The free weight area is filled with young folks who loved hanging there for hours. Thanks to group classes and swimming area i am able to enjoy the workout

I've been a member with Onelife Fitness since 2020; since then I have done personal training at the Rockville location. The company itself is phenomenal and does great in being responsive. However, when the Germantown location opened up, I decided to start going there to complete my own personal workouts as it's closer and have had no issues checking in until today (7/8/22) when upon scanning in my card - the front desk employee explained I didn't have privileges to workout at that location... simple statement but of course it was confusing since I hadn't faced an issue prior; he had an abrasive tone the entire conversation (which to be frank, wasn't a conversation since he did most of the talking).. I was handed a member services card and told by him to call them to "fix" the issue. I was completely thrown off by this interaction because being as this location is fairly new, the employees probably are facing an influx of members from Rockville coming to Germantown so it should be common knowledge to understand they may need to explain to some members what the protocol is.
Regardless, I spoke with member services and Sherry was extremely helpful in assisting me through this which was a simple fix (Just updating my bank information on file instead of just having my card info) ... management would do well in explaining proper etiquette to their employees.

This location has the potential to be great, however, compared to other Onelife Fitness gyms, this location lacks several areas. One of the critical areas of any gym is the free weight area. Unfortunately, their free weight area is probably more suitable for a large home gym than a public gym. Since this location opened, it has become highly overcrowded during peak hours, preventing me from using the equipment. The free weight area only has one piece of each equipment, so good luck finding what you want during peak hours.
For example, there is a limited amount of free-weight equipment; the free weight area is small, there is too much aerobic equipment compared to anaerobic, and some equipment is outdated. In addition, the basketball and racquetball courts take up a significant amount of space in the free-weight room.
I hope they do a complete remodel and expand the space.
Update:
A remodel of the gym was recently completed. Overall a significant improvement from before. The basketball court was removed, allowing more room in the free weight area, and they now have several squat racks and bench press machines.
It can still get pretty crowded, especially as new members join, but it's not as bad as before. It would be nice to see them add some plate-loaded machines in the future.

They will give you hard time canceling membership. They don't do it in person, instead they tell you to send an email or call. When I ask why can't I do it in person she says it's company's policy. Why didn't you tell me at the beginning then? I was over the phone for more than an hour and kept saying "your call is very important to us" Then hung up. Way to treat customers. "It's policy!"
Update: even the corporation is refusing to cancel membership! They say I have to pay 120 cancelation fee!

Did a free trial, rating as someone who only lifts. This place only has a small weight room with 2 squat racks and 1 flat bench. The weight room also semi shares an open wall with the basketball court so you can hear loud screaming and trash talking the whole time.one of the worst workouts I’ve had a years and definitely not with the monthly fee is you’re looking for a gym to lift.

Well maintained gym with nice and lots of equipment and opportunities but if you’re coming here for personal training you’ll have to empty your pockets. The Membership is as expensive as it is, you’d have to pay for the training part separately which they don’t mention while you sign up for the membership. Instead what I was told is that I’ll have a couple appointments with personal trainers (Reason I got the Membership in the first place) but what I wasn’t told is that the trainers will only ask me what my goals are in those couple appointments and then if I wanna continue it’s ($150-$160) per session. When I tried to complain about what they’re doing was wrong I was assigned a “complimentary” 40 Min “Personal Training” session with a new trainer where the trainer Rushed through some basics without even knowing my personal goals and what I’m trying to achieve in gym which I found highly unprofessional.
