One of the worse places to go. I would never recommend the Valley Mall One Life. The Onelife in Martinsburg WV is SO MUCH BETTER and that is no exaggeration.

The staff at this location is by far the most disrespectful and very rude. The new general manager is very rude and unprofessional. She has her older kid hanging in the office and goofing off. When you walk in to this location the center looks clean and staff smile to your face but then when you go past the front counter, it’s a whole different atmosphere.

For the money we pay, the equipment should be working. That is what the maintenance fee is for.. to keep maintenance on the equipment and the equipment isn’t always working.

And as far as no judgement.. there is a whole lot of judgment there. If you are on the bigger side and trying to lose weight then I’d advise going to a different location or a different gym. This gym has judgement. I’ve witnessed two staff members laugh and joke about my size. That’s the whole point of me being there is to lose weight and get fit again. I’ve witnessed other members laugh. So my advice is to join a different gym or go to the Martinsburg Onelife where you will be treated better and respected. If you don’t believe staff pick on overweight people, take a look at some of their reviews. Other people have witnessed this kind of behavior coming from their very own staff. This is not for negativity, just pure honesty.

I have been a member of the gym for many years now. I have enjoyed many of classes, the accessibility to many different exercise equipment, the pool, and sauna. Having young kids, the kids club has made it all possible to come more regularly. In the kids club, Gabriela has always greeted me and my family with a welcoming smile and has always created a comfort of dropping the boys off. I started taking my 18 month old here a few months ago. He had really bad separation anxiety and hadn’t been around a lot of kids. He is almost 2 now and he doesn’t cry anymore and he runs around and has a great time. It’s really convenient to be able to have a break from taking care of him and get a workout in. Shout out to Gabi for helping watch him, specifically the first few weeks. It’s really cool to see him grow and progress. I definitely recommend this place; especially if you workout often. It’s making me edit my old review so hopefully that one stays and this one just makes a new one. But if not, Shane is amazing like I said in my old review. But I would also like to add to it about the pool. I’m fairly new to the gym here so I’m used to the old morning lifeguard and how he did things, which he did a pretty good job. That was until Robin came in. She goes above and beyond, and keeps the place, spectacular and cleans, even gets on her hands and knees and scrubs. I’ve known Ava since she first started here, and she’s always been incredibly helpful and friendly. She greets everyone with a big smile and is always making sure the equipment is organized and everything’s where it should be. She even keeps the towels folded and stocked, which is a lifesaver for me since I’m always hitting the sauna haha.

Great gym and great franchise! I've been a member for about 6 years and haven't had any issues with the gym's facilities, cleanliness, machines, or the staff! With the membership tier I picked, I'm actually able to go to any OneLife fitness, and every location from Boston to Atlanta that I've been to has been top notch.

One thing that really wowed me was when they did the members feedback surveys last year, I specifically asked if they could install a Belt Squat machine, which I knew no one else would ask for so it was a long shot... Two weeks later, guess what's brand new in the gym!

Last thing, at our particular location, I've really gotten to know the staff, especially Ava, as they always greet my wife and I with a hello when we walk through the door, and they always make a point to say goodbye before we leave - the little things matter.

Highly recommend this place, no plans to work out anywhere else 😃👍🏾

I love Hagerstown One Life! First of all it is huge! They have everything that you can possibly need at the gym. What to say about Onelife Fitness. Let’s start by the cleanliness of the gym. It is by far one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been too. The staff are kind friendly, and knowledgeable. They greet every patron, and are very inviting. A lot of it has to do with Shane Myers, who is shaking this gym to be top notch. With him showing the dedication he does as I’ve been there when he’s helping a patron struggling in equipment usage, to cleaning and often times educating. Making the gym run smoothly and effectively. That is why this gym is getting better and has a ton of clientele. It is a bit pricier than most gyms, but this is top tier and top notch.

I look forward to getting up and getting my gym workout done. I sometimes attend the evening classes and all is great. So far a great place to workout, and swim, and well kept.

This location is always clean. I have never had any kind of issues. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Shane M is by far my favorite. He always answers any questions I have and is always wearing a smile. I love his professionalism, he makes the choice to choose this gym so much easier.

Been going to this gym for 4 years now and it’s been great. Shane has been amazing and helpful throughout the time he’s been there and I guess the only thing that could make it better would be if they were open 24/7😂 sometimes I can’t sleep and wish I could just go to the gym at 2 am but they aren’t open🥲

I did not renew my contract a few years ago due to the cleanliness and lack of care but was recently in w a friend to see how it's turned around since Shane Myers has been there and its extremely better so im seriously considering signing back up knowing hes there he is so respectful and cares and keeps things clean if Shane is there i truly believe its worth going back
