I’ve been attending the studio now for about two years, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every class and every activity I joined. It has also brought the opportunity of connecting with awesome people, including the phenomenal instructors and other yogis. The studio now creates on me an immediate sense of peace when I enter through the door. Sandy’s restorative class on Sundays has been a life saver during a time when I had to slow down my practice due to health issues. She skillfully incorporates breathing, meditation, readings and other mindful activities that build a wonderful and well-rounded class. I surprise myself every time I attend her class with how relaxed and renovated I feel afterwards! It is the perfect way to transition from one week to the next with a fresh start.

Love Opus Yoga!

There’s a great blend of classes and instructors. Surely you’ll find something you love.

I’ve had a really great experience taking classes with Sharon who has such a deep knowledge of yoga and the poses and encourages being present and taking time with yourself and the practice

I absolutely love the Tuesday night yogi play time with Rachel. I encourage everyone to try this fun blend of asana with play time. Inversions were possible for everyone! It was so much fun trying new poses and challenging myself.

The studio space is open and full of natural light and just a great overall vibe

Opus Yoga put out a very open and safe space to practice yoga at any level! The classes I've joined so far offer so much more than yoga (mindfulness, breathing, meditation, etc) and you can feel the effort that comes from the instructors.

I’ve been attending the studio for about three months now and have attended a few different beginner and intermediate classes. I love how the instructors will ask of any injury beforehand and help you navigate for a comfortable practice. The studio is clean, well maintained, and there’s always more than enough props for everyone. The instructors are absolutely lovely and very well knowledgeable if you have any questions!

Doing yoga at Opus studio is like coming home. The collective energy is supportive, but mostly it’s joyful and playful allowing each of us to sink deeper into what our bodies and souls need.

The Death Cafe was a wonderful experience Just being able to share deeply and communally on this usually taboo subject was freeing and hopeful. Sensitively led we formed a little commmunity together and explored our histories and current concerns regarding especially the rituals and celebrations of life following a death. I woke up this morning after a refreshing dream about the experience and felt like a burden had been lifted off my shoulders as I plan my parents’ burials in the columbarium at our church.

This place is amazing! The classes are small(?) mostly because the location is sorta almost in a converted townhome room (you have to climb up some stairs to get there) There are changing rooms, but i forgot if a person has to provide their own mat or not. The instructors are very attentive to the students' needs and will make recommendations depending on the student and push the limit a little more. I would highly recommend this place. I used a livingsocialgroupn thing a long time ago and after trying it, i wold be willing to go even without the groupon/livingsocial. However, my minor note is that I would probably go only during spring through fall as I would not want to change in and out in the winter time and that parking is okay if one park closer to whole foods, but in the winter that might be a deterrent. They also used to use a mind/body class registration method, so it sorta discourages drop ins. (I understand it, it's just the system is a bit unfamiliar to me) The also offer a variety of classes, but if you like yoga, I think this place is great.

I have been going to Opus Yoga for the past three years. I have enjoyed learning yoga from some of the best teachers around! They offer a variety of classes that are all great. I really like the small class size and the individual attention you get from the instructors.

I love this place - it is more than a yoga studio. I am able to buy a package of 25 sessions of yoga, and then attend whenever it is convenient. All the instructors provide personal instruction based on your experience level. I have also attended classes on Reiki, Tibetan yoga and breathhing and compassionate communications, and my favorite, our monthly writing retreat. The space Sharon has created is lovely, welcoming and open, and I have made friends with many of my classmates.

Opus Yoga is not just a studio, it is a community of teachers and students who are enthusiastic regarding the practice. The teachers provide extremely meticulous instruction and are adept at adjusting to the needs of each participant. While each instructor provides their own unique approach, there is an emphasis regarding alignment in all the classes. This studio is about cultivating mindfulness on the mat and in life.
