This is a strength training facility. We specialize in Olympic lifting, power lifting, and offer Warrior Adaptive Strength Training to our returning ill and injured active duty and veterans. We train young athletes to teach proper technique and safety.

Best gym I've been to. Great for folk beginner and otherwise concerning Powerlifting, Olympic Lifts, or just being generally healthy. Wholeheartedly recommended. Military friendly too.

Great place to lift heavy and do Olympic lifts. They have multiple platforms for Olympic lifts. They also have a lot of equipment catered to women just starting to lift (lighter bars, full size but lighter plates for rows and dead-lifts).
The coaches have a lot of experience and offer private training sessions.
