Hands-down the best gym experience I’ve ever had.

I’ve had multiple spinal surgeries and have been in and out of different physical therapy clinics for years. Nothing has come close to the results I’ve seen since starting at PeakPT. From day one, the team has been attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly adaptive — they customized every single workout around what I could and couldn’t do, which made a massive difference in my progress.

Not only has my pain and mobility improved, but I’ve also managed to drop a significant amount of body fat, which was one of my top personal goals. I genuinely feel stronger, leaner, and more confident in my body than I ever did at any other PT clinic.

On top of the physical improvements, the environment is crazy!!! The energy at PeakPT is always positive — every staff member is welcoming, professional, and truly knows their stuff. Even the people who go there to train are great; I’ve never had a bad vibe from anyone. It feels more like a community than a gym.

Been training with coach Ricky ever since I joined and he’s an amazing coach and a cool guy to talk about anything outside of the gym. I’ve been going to Peak PT since July 2022, and I’ve never stuck with anything fitness-related this long in my life. Three years in, and I still love it.

I’d tried running, yoga, calorie counting—you name it—but I was constantly burnt out and under-eating and just not happy. I finally decided to look for a personal trainer, and that’s how I found Peak.

I started with one-on-one training, then moved into women’s team training, and eventually ended up in their semi-private program—which is what I’ve been doing for the past two years. It’s the perfect balance: small group community with real, personal coaching. I’m a 5am/6am person, but they’ve got classes all day, and the support is consistent no matter when you go.

What makes this place different is the people. Deme and Kevin have built something really special. They’re always learning and bringing new stuff into the gym—new ways to help you move better, feel stronger, recover smarter. And they care. They notice if something’s off. If I’m hurt or need to modify something, they’re on it without hesitation or judgment.

This is a place where anyone can walk in and feel like they belong. I’ve made real friendships here. I’ve built strength I didn’t think I had. And I genuinely feel better in my body and in my life because of this gym.

If you’re even remotely considering it: go. Try it. Show up once. You’ll see what I mean.

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you in achieving your goals. The facility is top-notch, clean, and uses lots of data to make sure everything works well. Demi did a thorough assessment with my eight-year-old daughter to help her build a plan for muscle growth for her basketball game as she’s a smaller point guard. She came up with some really DATA DRIVEN tests that I’ve never seen before and made a special plan just for her. I highly recommend this place to kids who love sports and want to gain muscle for leaner body builds. The workouts are perfect for kids and will help them grow strong and healthy.

My basecamp is almost complete (just one more class to go), and I want to thank PeakPT for an incredible experience from day one! The coaches and the environment have been extremely supportive, the training method is very scientific, and for the first time, working out in the gym was fun for me. The coaches do push you, but they first train you on the right body posture and then tune exercises, knowing your limits and your individual goals. I have lost 2 lbs of body fat (minimum) and gained trunk mass, which is definitely a step in the right direction, but more importantly, I feel a lot more energetic. The most AMAZING gym! I have been coming to peak for over a year and I absolutely love it. The environment is clean and professional. Every coach is super accommodating to your fitness needs and the members are very friendly! I have even made some friends with other members at the gym.
One thing I really like is that they have a machine that measures your body fat and muscles percentage. They will sit down with you and discuss your progress and help you make a game plan for your goals. I am down over 20lbs since starting and have more muscle than before!

I've been training with Coach Kevin doing personal training sessions for the past 6 months, and he, along with the rest of the staff at Peak PT, have done an incredible job helping me meet my fitness goals. He's helped me learn how to squat, deadlift, and build my back without injuring myself, as well as improve my running speed and endurance.

With Peak PT's help, I've learned how to lift heavy at the gym, build visible muscle mass, and genuinely enjoy my daily workouts. The training itself is specific to the goals you're interested in pursuing - whether that's weight loss, strength training, running, or a combination, and the coaches go out of their way to tailor your program based on your feedback. They're very attentive, and reach out periodically throughout the week to check in on challenges, mood, and progress.

The gym itself is clean and well supplied, and you can take advantage of it during open gym sessions outside of regular programming. Kevin and Deme often plan events such as hikes and pool parties for the community to participate in, and it's helped me find a new running buddy. Honestly, going to my weekly training session at Peak is one of the best parts of my week!

PeakPT- where to start?! I went in for a consultation yesterday with Sham. Was greeted so warmly, like I was already made to feel at home. The space is gorgeous- clean, calm, cozy and collected. Sham showed me around and then listened to my fitness and wellness goals. It was like chatting with an old friend- he was so attentive, supportive, and understanding of what I was looking for. Place is nice, clean, and diverse. I went for an intake that I saw on IG for 6 week challenge. The set-up seems cool. My current dynamic didnt match the 6wk dynamic, so I didnt start. I spoke with Demi and she was warm, welcoming, and confident that they would be able to help achieve a specific goal in 6wks. Great experience with Kevin as my trainer. Helped me adjust my diet and activities to do outside of my workouts with him. Workouts were great and changed every couple of weeks. The Gym is conveniently located close to Shady Grove Road and MD Route 355. Membership is affordable. Small and private Gym that feels more personal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peak PT to anyone. Highly recommended. Must give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.. Once you enter through those doors you will fall in love with everyone and everything there… I am giving 5 stars ⭐️ but if I had a choice I would give them the entire galaxy and cosmos..🙏🏼🙏🏼⭐️⭐️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️⭐️⭐️🙏🏼🙏🏼

I started working with Peak PT and Coach Sham almost a year ago. My experience with Coach Sham has been incredible. He truly is someone who listens to your goals and helps in every way to achieve them. I have not only lost weight and inches on my body, but I feel so much better mentally and emotionally. Peak PT is great! Couch Sham is awesome and super personable. He is very encouraging and attentive. The whole program is focused around healthy sustainable life style changes. I’ve been attending the women’s group classes since October 2021, which I’m eternally grateful for. It’s been my chance to focus on me outside of my normal day to day stuff. I love the classes and the women that I share the classes with. Everyone is super supportive especially the coaches. I’m glad that PeakPT opened up the group classes which work with my schedule and finances. I feel happier and healthier since joining and I plan to stay as long as I can!

I previously worked with Deme as an online coach before PeakPT and had an awesome time. She really listens and helps you with the physical and mental roadblocks that you discover along the way.

When PeakPT started I was super excited and looked forward to being a supportive customer. I’ve been a part of the PeakPT challenges and they were fun! You meet others with the same goals and someone really does win the cash prize at the end!

Definitely check out PeakPT! Between Kevin, Deme, Seamus and now Dan, there is something for everyone, whether it’s a group class, one on one, online or in person.

I really look forward to watching PeakPT grow and I hope I’m able to stick around for the ride.

I have been working with Peak PT for over a year now and it has been the best decision and personal investment I have ever made! Not only have I been supported on my fitness journey, I have seen a complete shift with my mental health because of how supportive the speak PT coaches are. They do so much more than help you physically - they challenged you mentally, emotionally, and are with you EVERY step of the way! I love how much I’ve learned about fitness overall and I appreciate the educational aspect of the programs. I have been able to make friends all while building my confidence! This is a beautiful community! I had been following Deme on Facebook and IG for some time, I was always so inspired by her journey and her motivational posts. The mind body transformations I saw through their clients was amazing real big WINS. In 12/2021 I won a free month of online coaching and I started my journey with the Peak PT family working with coach Sham. He has been really great to work with, he is super encouraging, attentive, & just all around a great coach. I loved my online experince the work outs were tailored to the equipment I had at home and my needs/lifestyle. I decided to continue my fitness journey in person in January 2022 and am so glad that I decided to take the big leap of faith & dedicate this time for my own physical & mental wellbeing. The work outs are always different/tough/ challenging and belive it or not super fun! The atmosphere is friendly and the coaches are all super welcoming, knowledgeable, supportive. I would have never thought I would be working with a personal trainer but I love it & am so glad I am found the Peak PT community!

I’ve started this review multiple times because I just can’t find the words to describe how much Coach Deme helped me when she was my coach. She helped me find me again. I know that sounds dramatic, and frankly it is a little bit. She helped me start to feel like myself again, to love myself and to get in touch with hobbies that I had long forgotten. She helped me lose weight while also making peace with food and my body. It was through her training that I was able to finally realize that I struggle with anxiety and struggled with binge eating. I’m happy to say that I haven’t had a binge episode since working with her. And that’s….. huge for me. If you are on the fence about working with a coach or hiring Deme, go for it. There is nothing more important to invest in than yourself and Deme will help you see that and be grateful you did, every single day.

Never turning back! Love this team of athletes. Deme & Kevin are great getting you to achieve and enjoy working out. They set me up with the best coach Seamus! Working with on a challenge they had for two months and lost 10 pounds/ ate healthier. Joined permanently after the challenge and he is my forever coach.
