PGSC is the best-in-class community-focused gym, and Laura is the GOAT coach! I had an injury and Laura tailor-made a program for me in a way that I could still attend the group fitness classe. Nyssa is an excellent coach as well. And they offer open gym a couple of times a week.

I highly recommend PG Strength Club! Laura and Nyssa offer such a positive environment for movement, learning, and community. I joined PG Strength Club when I was newly postpartum and appreciated that option to work with Laura 1:1 to build up skills and body awareness ahead of joining group classes. This is a great environment for people at all levels of experience!

Ok, I've gatekept for too long. The secret to my good mood and the reason I haven’t thrown my back out in over two years is Laura and her stellar group strength classes at PGSC! In the beginning, lifting weights felt so intimidating to me, but Laura creates such an accessible and friendly space to learn and practice and build on progress, that I kept showing up, and now I can casually deadlift more than my bodyweight, NBD. Laura, Nyssa, and other members of PGSC cultivate such a fun, inclusive and encouraging community that I actually get fomo if I have to miss a couple classes. This is honestly one of the best investments I’ve ever made for myself and I’m so thankful it exists!

I have been working out with PGSC for about 2 years and have really enjoyed the club, clientele and the gym’s approach to fitness. It’s a low key and accessible introduction to strength training. Laura’s also a very knowledgeable, friendly trainer who puts together flexible but rigorous routines that are responsive to your goals. I’d been away from the gym for years and PGSC is what got me back into the swing of it!

I'm so happy to have found PG Strength Club. As a beginner, I felt welcomed and supported by Laura and the gym community, which is wonderfully inclusive of all bodies, genders, etc. I love the small group classes - they are challenging, but you can go at your own pace/level. This place is such a gem! It's a friendly, comfortable place to learn how to lift weights or get back into the swing of strength training. Laura couldn't be nicer or more supportive and I've found the others that do the group classes are encouraging of new people. It's also motivating to see how strong the ladies get who have been training with Laura for awhile. Can't recommend this place enough!

My partner and I have been working with Laura at PGSC for 6 months and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. We found PGCS out of frustration with the big box gym experience and wanted something more personal. We were also struggling to find a fitness routine after the pandemic years. Laura has been a breath of fresh air for our fitness journey. She pushes us to challenge ourselves while keeping the workouts enjoyable and approachable. We are doing a combination of personal training and small group classes and have found both to be worth the time and money. I can't imagine a better investment in our health than PGSC.

PG Strength Club rocks! I have been attending personal strength training sessions with Laura at PG Strength Club for 4 months. During this time Laura has taught me effective breathing, posture, and lifting techniques. My strength and endurance have greatly improved, and she plans strength training activities that are tailored to my goals. At the outset of our time together, Laura assessed my physical abilities and listened to my concerns, and has planned workout sessions that take these things into consideration. She also makes working out fun and challenges you at a good and effective pace. Two convenient locations in the area! Highly recommend and great value.

I have been attending personal training with Laura twice a week for over a year now. That's the longest I've ever stayed engaged in an exercise program! Laura is very engaging and motivating. I started strength training at home with dumbbells and enjoyed it and decided to take the leap to barbell training. I'm so glad I found Laura! She's taught me great form and gradually pushes me to lift heavier. I'm in my mid-40's and I'm the strongest I've ever been. She's also worked with both of my teens to supplement their sports training. We all love working out with Laura!

Laura worked with me remotely to craft a workout plan that was unique to me and my busy schedule.
