My Mother Judy Wesley complained of a sore neck and shoulders. I have her visiting Baltimore from her Home in Pennsylvania.
I took her to my Planet Fitness and Mike and Tano let her use the massage bed.
This kindness cured her sore neck and shoulders and took her pain away.

Went in today and it has to be at least 83 degrees in there and the humidity feels like you’re swimming through the air. I asked a front desk person if it’s always this hot and he said yes. It’s 94 degrees outside. You can’t do any high intensity or barely any cardio in there without wanting to pass out and I’m in shape. It doesn’t seem concerning to anyone there but that will end my time coming to this location.

Gym including showers/rest rooms are very clean. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. There’s a good inflow and outflow of people so it’s not crowded. The staff are courteous and welcoming. Most of equipment seems to be in working order as do the TVs. I use the massage room often and it is clean and often available. Staff is attentive and promptly get you setup for massage room.

Safe environment. Mall security rides by often. Come check it out.

Gym was clean, neat and organized, only complaint I have is with an employee. I walked in wearing crocs, employee told me I couldn’t be on the floor without sneakers, even though I was only going to work out my upper body. I go home, change shoes, no problem. I completely understand that it is a saftey issue, however, there were 2 other people working out with crocs and one person on the treadmill with no shoes on, so how come they were allowed to be “on the floor” if they didn’t have sneakers on? Like I said, I had no problem changing into sneakers but I don’t think that employees turning a blind eye to that is professional.

I froze my account on 1/30/2024 and was charged from Jan, Feb, Apr, May, and June. The club member recognized it was a mistake and emailed the regional manager. It has been 2 months and multiple attempts and the regional manager is unresponsive. They are giving me no option to get my refund. One of the cleanest and well kept PF gyms i’ve seen. Showers and restrooms are consistently clean. I go to this location when I can because of the cleanliness and low crowds. Gym members and staff are pretty friendly. Only issue with this location is the hours, however, It’s understandable given it’s location. Currently they operate from 6am to 9pm on weekdays and 7am to 7pm on weekends.

The place is nice and seems clean. The staff is nice. The 4 smith machines are in need of maintenance. They stick upon initial release from the position and don't move well, which could cause an injury. I get stuck trying to move a simple 40lbs warm up set. I alerted staff and they said management is aware. This is why I only give 3 stars, it's a gym the equipment should be maintained correctly.

I am a new black card member. I am a daily user of the mondawmin location, however the manager Ms.A can be annoying and unpleasant and really makes me feel uncomfortable.
I sometimes purchase the plant fitness water only, pressing confirm after each transaction. Planet fitness staff including Ms.A always ask if I would like to add the item to my card on file, I always reply yes cause it’s easier in order for
the i transaction to process you must press confirm it which I complete in order to receive my water.
Today MS.A imply that she had not been charging me for my water which I than preceded to show her emails and text alert message from my bank account which is on file explaining and Proving to her that any water I consume was always paid for I never left the front register without pressing confirm. Ms.A proceeded to continue to challenge the situation which ended in me becoming mentally exhausted and just wanting to leave the gym. I finish my session in the hydro room. Me personally I’m thinking of switching gyms the rest of the staff is wonderful, this MS.A lady lacks professionalism and is Very overbearing. 03/24/22
