One of my favorite ones, I go here every tuesday in the afternoon and the staff if always friendly and good people. Gym is usually clean, i blame that more on people not cleaning up after themselves than the staff!! While the gym and black card lounge are great the members here are very rude and self centered, if i were you i’d go early in the morning before they take over.

I like how this location isn't crowded like the other locations. Although they're not crowded, some machines are down (which is common). I'd wish they'd upgrade their treadmills because the handles aren't ideal for someone who's tall. And they need a side lateral raise machine, ideally a standing one.

I’ve really enjoyed being a member here, but I’m disappointed by the recent decision to reduce the gym’s hours. One of the main reasons I joined was the flexibility to work out around my schedule, and these new hours make it much harder. I hope management reconsiders, as extended access is something many members truly value.

Been coming to this location for a little over a year and a half. Staff is always friendly and they do an excellent job keeping it clean and well maintained. I always see the employees cleaning, even lifting machines to clean under the machines on a regular basis. Whenever there’s a tear or something in the fabric of the machines it’s always repaired/replaced quickly. Also love that it’s never crowded and I’m usually able to use everything I need. Definitely my fave PF location.

I love this location. It’s never crowded. The gym is clean and the equipment is well kept. They have all the machines I like and need for a good workout. They recently upgraded and got new equipment too. The staff is friendly. I love it here it’s my fave gym because it’s great and it’s not expensive like the other gyms in the Towson area.

One associate named Shawn needs customer service training badly. I would go to the gym mostly when it's not much people, now this guy remove the cleaning solution from the equipment that I am attempting to clean for my next workout routine.
I went to an equipment that had weights on them before I worked out on it. Guess what this guy accused me of leaving the weights on the equipment. Be mindful that it's not busy at that time, since it was early around 3am in the morning . Other patrons I spoke with have similar problems with him. Hopefully management would help him to help us; as I warned him a New You fit gym is around the corner!

In regards to the Teen Summer Pass: I understand PF’s idea in providing something positive for the kids but….they are tearing these machines up! Letting the weights slam on the machines, not sanitizing after use, congregating around the equipment and are running around the place like it’s recess. My experience here since the Teen Pass started has been awful 😣

If I could give this location a 0 I would. The customer service here is trash. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for over and hour and not one call that I have made has been answered. I have been going to this gym since they have opened. I love how its never crazy crowded and not a lot of machine hogging. I also appreciate that they have a new round of staff members that speak when you come and go, and the bathrooms are so much more fresh. I do think they need to do those rounds around the gym like they did before to remind people to stop have loud conversations on the phone, have loud music/speaker boxes and to CLEAN the equipment when they are done. Some of those members are disgusting.

Love that it's never too busy here. The equipment is always in working condition and available for use. Sounds basic but not as much as you would think - even for some of the pricier gyms - to have available (not too crowded), working (not broke for a month) equipment that you actually want to use! The space is always clean and the front desk always greets you. Most definitely worth the membership if you enjoy working out solo and like to get in and out and on with life!

Sunday, April 2. 7:30 am. I went there to look around to get a feel for the gym. The guy working showed absolutely no interest in helping me or showing me around. It wasn't busy - about two people working out. So I figured I'd show myself around. The guy - munching on a Reece Pieces- said I couldn't without signing up. Why would I sign up without seeing the place first? Care about the job!

They are very clean. I visit a lot of gyms in the area and by far this is one of the cleanest gyms in Baltimore. The employees are professional, helpful and friendly.
