They don't have instructors. I really like classes where there's a time limit and feel like I've got my cardio in. It doesn't make me feel bored gets the blood to my brain going. Thinner glutes mid section thighs and no one is talking to each other every has a cookie cutter personality listening to headphones and conventrated. Showers. The entry is smooth you just tap your phone. They do have a massage chair for black card members. They have disinfectant spray for wiping off sweat when you've used the exercise equipment. Never saw a lazy person there just peeping tom.people

Welcome to the purple Palace. Land of the judge and the unjudged. This planet fitness is clean well-managed and ready to work out. With far more cardio machines then anything else it's definitely ready for a jog. Steer clear roughly 3:30 until 6:00 or so to avoid the high schoolers or just download the app to see how many people are inside. Complete with locker rooms showers water bottle filling stations plus other fitness-related amenities only available to Black card members like tanning beds water jet beds and the massage chairs. You're guaranteed to find your place.

Ok, I’m backing down here some. It’s a really nice gym. Mostly, the people are awesome. Every other time I walk in they ask for banking info. That part is really uncomfortable. I signed up on line. They took my card info. The banking info is written into the contract. The company already has it. I get billed monthly. In realize the local branch is having a syncing issue with the data some how. And the admin system tells them to tell me about it every time. I’ve said all of this. I’m just saying it here in case it gets read. Get your admin stuff together and quit harassing paying members for highly sensitive info. In an open environment. By employees that really shouldn’t be responsible for it. A lawyer maybe… or an accountant. Someone who has liability. On a recorded line. But not a counter gig person in an open air scenario. Sorry, I’m just not doing that. That and I wish it was slightly darker. Kinda light sensitive…

I come to the planet fitness regularly. I get welcomed by the evening workers when I come in, and they tell me to have a good day when I leave. When I come in during the afternoon, I don't get the same greetings. It often doesn't feel as welcoming when I come in unless it's nighttime. I was informed that I would get a complimentary water on my birthday, and when I came in on my birthday, I did not get it because the workers were too occupied with talking to each other and playing on their phones.

I work out here 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day with my husband. The machine selection is nice, the cleanliness is great. The large number of treadmills is great.
The only problem is that the selection of dumbells does not go high enough for my husband. We might have to look for a new gym with heavier dumbells soon.

I felt very welcome. People were very helpful and polite. If I was using a machine wrong or if there was a better way to do it, instead of people judging me, they came over and gave me advice. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is great too, especially Brandon, hes such a nice guy and is fun to talk to. Dylon(the trainer) is great too, very nice, very helpful. This welcoming atmoshphere makes me want to come more often which is exactly what I need

Went to check the place, got there and they said that that the monthly fee was $25.00. No problem but asked if I can try the place out and sign up tomorrow he said that the fee for the day would be $20.00. I guess they are doing really well.

I like this Planet Fitness. They somewhat recently replaced a lot of machines, so they're newer and in good shape. Plenty of cardio equipment, clean spaces (main gym, locker room, bathrooms, etc all are clean), and the staff always seem friendly.

Very friendly staff which is numerous steps above any other planet fitness I've been to. They were eager to assist and very attentive to the fact I hadnt been to this location before. Had I not been passing through quickly, I probably would have stayed longer, as they're fostering a welcoming environment. Honestly, a good staff can help any location overcome all of its flaws. Passing through town on a road trip. Great experience overall. Staff was amazing, equipment was updated and the facility was well maintained. Dalton at the front desk was especially friendly and took the extra time to make me feel welcomed. Dillon who is a PF trainer but not working at the time, went out of his way to engage with me. I had a great discussion with both staff members on my way in and as I left. I hope that my travels bring me back through the area as I would gladly stop in at this location again. Thank you for creating such a positive atmosphere.

Iam new to PF but my children have been going and they love it. I have went 3 times and all 3 were great experiences, everyone I know loves PF and I just know iam going to love it too. Iam going to try to go everyday or at least every other day I also can't wait to try out the tanning and or the massage chairs I might do that when I go today. Thank you planet Fitness.
