Worst planet fitness ever!!! Needs up dating. Dumbells should go up to 75lbs like other planet fitness and the hours are horrible! Closes at 11pm. Doing the week and Friday at 9pm.!!! The owner needs to do better!!

I wanted to share some feedback that I hope comes across in the spirit of helping maintain the great environment your gym is known for. I’ve noticed on several occasions that one of the staff members appears to be somewhat disengaged while on shift — often using her phone, sitting on the floor, and even sometimes nowhere to be found (frustrating when I’m trying to use the black card member amenities), rather than assisting members or tending to general gym upkeep.
I want to be clear that I’m not trying to be overly critical or “tattle,” but as a paying member, I do feel that employees should be expected to stay attentive and proactive during their work hours. The gym runs best when everyone contributes, and it’s noticeable when that’s not happening.
I really value the facility and the rest of your team members, who are CONSISTENTLY kind, professional, and helpful, which is why I thought it was worth mentioning. The pic displays something I’ve seen frequently on weekends and was taken today (11/2/25). It was taken after the employee was not present or able to be found (not even sitting on the floor behind the desk) for over an hour after walking through the door.

This gym is nice. The staff is cool. The only issue is the women's locker room. It has been thoroughly cleaned in the last 3 to 4 days. Really need to work on that. Alot of customers tend to leave empty shampoo bottles in the shower & that's just inconsiderate. I have to bring my own cleaning spray to clean the shoer before I use it. Let's do better PF. I love it here!! I've been a guest at this location since they opened their doors. Staff is friendly, like family. 👍
UPDATE: The staff isn't the same as when they first opened. The teenagers there stand around playing on their phones or talking to one another. The floors in the "Black Card" area, tanning rooms and Total Body are always filthy including the beds. Don't motivate yourself by talking to yourself or else you'll get kicked out permanently and you're opinion don't mean a thing. You'll spend THOUSANDS of dollars and years of your life only to be told to dish out more money in finding another gym. if you speak your mind. I'm so disappointed with this gym and honestly my feelings are hurt as well.

I like how clean everything is, and that most people comply with wiping down the equipment after using it. And especially, the trainer, Stephanie, is terrific. I have taken a class with her and had one on one sessions and find her to be friendly and thorough and she offers great suggestions.

I like the accessibility of the facility and the variety of equipment that is available for the clients to use. The staff is always very helpful and the equipment is in good repair which is very important. I have been to other gyms where the equipment would be broken and you hardly would get to use it. I also enjoy the benefits of being a black card member. I love the water massage bed.

Went in tonight to work out and tan. I entered my code in to go tanning and was told someone after me went before me. Then to wait 5 minutes. After 20 MINUTES and the girl christy that works at the Easton location talked to me. Never acknowledged me but had no problem talking about other drama going on or answering her phone. I never got to go into the bed to tan. She said she forgot about me. I just left after that. Customer service literally sucks there. Especially after tonight.

Terrible inconsistency with the hours. Several occasions where the gym should be open at 5am and is not. Whether it’s an employee not showing up or simply not opening. Spoke to the manager several times about the problem and it still manages to happen. Now recently told they won’t be going back to 24/7 which is why I re-joined in the first place.

I went on several months ago to downgrade my membership. I am still getting charged for the VIP membership but only have the classic.
I've been unable to reach anybody on the phone. I just had major surgery and it's quite a pain (pun intended) to go back to the club to try and get it sorted out. Not only that, but surgery was on my right foot so driving isn't ideal.
I've submitted a contact form online several times and still have yet to hear from anybody.
Response from the owner?
I emailed as suggested and received the following reply that wasn't helpful. I assume she didn't read my email, or the subject or any contents.

Sometimes they aren't open even though hours are posted as open. Wallpaper peeling by men's room, not friendly. Occasionally someone says welcome or goodbye. Mostly young 20 somethings working there, not really paying attention to anything. Equipment is nice and they offer alot. Equipment isn't mechanically maintained. There are often times when the pins are lubricated and the weights in the circuit machines aren't as smooth. Just could use more weekly attention

Their staff is inconsistent in enforcing policies and singles out members. They claim to enforce safety protocols by putting away bags but let members leave their bags laying out. They target members who wear masks because they are COVID deniers.

No, I'm on my 3rd plus week. Very nice place to workout. There is lots of space and lots of machines so that social distancing is not an issue. I always see the associates working and cleaning machines, and other equipment when they are not in use. Definitely a good thing.👍🏽

I am in love with the new planet fitness that opened in my area. I am new to the entire community, and when I came into inquire Chloe made me feel at home. She provided the utmost quality service as she didn’t feel rushed to do so, while others were coming into the gym. Because of that, I joined! Her and AJ are a great tag team.
