I’m a truck driver so parking is the first concern and they aren’t upright at this location, park in the back or on the sides and you won’t be messed with. Hot shower, water fountain was warm and that’s my only complaint, all equipment was good. I’ll be back if I’m in the area, thank you

I have been going frequently since first starting my membership which was less than a month ago and I was informed that my payment was due for membership and a very rude as well as a embarrassingway in front of other customers at which time the young black lady at the counter named deja was very rude and not understanding at all that I've just relocated and recently have started a new job which I don't get paid for around about 3 weeks because they hold a check back when first starting I informed her that I would pay on Friday as soon as I got paid and the note should be in the system because I already spoken to a manager she got rude loud and said she didn't care and could not help me So I'm going to have to leave the premises I didn't argue I left after letting her know that it's very unfortunate everyone could not be on the same page there and I guess I will have to cancel my membership and take my business to the competition being that she was so rude and it made me very uncomfortable therefore I think my services and cares a customer would be in better hands elsewhere for the record it's not all of the staff there because other staff were understanding but just the one experience alone was enough for me to change my gym

Wonderful workers inside, bubbly and bright and extremely helpful. The facility itself was really nice, they allow you to get a 24 hour day pass for free and you can use anything in the gym in the 24 hours, can only be used every 90 days though. Got me a shower and back to the truck to sleep 🙏 Thank you planet fitness and thank you God. God bless you.

Worst experience ever! Visiting Hagerstown to see my granddaughter.I decided to go to the gym, was greeted by the nastiest woman ever Aurora i believe that's her name.. scan my barcode she then told me she needed to take my pic i told her I was remote!

She then proceeded to tell me. I couldn't come in without my ID. I told her I didn't have it on me, but she can look at my app.That has my photo attached to it. She then told me rudely mind you. She was being extremely nasty and rude the whole time. She told me I could not enter the gym with out it.. is completely embarrassing me in front of the whole gym. I asked for a manager.She told me there wasn't one available until Monday. No one I could speak to about the situation. . i walked out to the car. Got my license, handed it to her She never even looked at it! When I asked her what exactly was she looking for she told me she wanted to make sure the address matched my home gym.. funny she couldn't read because my license was in a different state than my home! I have been to planet fitness is all over the country. That is why I have a black card because I travel.. no one has treated me or spoke to me the way that lady did.. i was completely embarrassed. If she is the face of your planet fitness I would suggest getting a new employee..

Really this is a 4 star review because there aren't any boxes or anything similar for plyometrics. But, both the guys who worked weds night/ thurs night were chill. For some reason, I decided to speak in an Olde English accent at one point and was obliged with an accent in return. They don't train that kind of customer service and I think we just became best friends so, yeah, thank him for the fact I put this in as a 5. I would put his name in this review but obviously I was too awkward to ask. But that's the homie. Get some boxes or something and ill consider updating this from a mental 4-star review. My best friend deserves to be at an all around 5 star gym, IMHO.

I've done this too many times. It doesn't seem to be saving, but..... I have been bringing my children to planet fitness for about a week or so and I was harassed by the two female managers and Roman. they know that children are not allowed in the club without adults yet. they made me wait outside or in the corner in the lobby while my children were there until we reached our breaking point when Roman kicked us out because I told him I needed to stay in the club with my underage child. I made a scene and we are no longer going there until those two women managers and Roman are retrained or something because they are very disrespectful and rude and are breaking company policy. on the other hand, the night staff is amazing. they have treated us right and handled our memberships according to policy. I believe and promotions. A 24/7 PF?!? This is a rarity!! Stopped here while traveling and was pleased beyond the generous operating hours. All was clean, the women's bathroom was spacious (including some of the lockers) and the equipment in top shape.

I am a fitness professional myself, thus why when my young daughter was on the brink of URINATING HERSELF, I stopped in after being turned down at two other locations knowing that Planet Fitness would have plenty of toilets to use.

I grew up in the industry. I understand liabilities when it comes to a gym, and I understand not letting every Tom Dick and Harry in to use your facilities without a membership.

Sure, this review will likely not reflect in their membership retention. It does however make a difference how you treat potential clients when it comes to new enrollments.

To turn a 4 year old away from a toilet when in need is absolutely ludicrous, and saying that “you feel for me” is of no consolation, there is right and there is wrong.

If someone came into my gym with a child in need, the last thing I would do is turn them away.

The woman that was here working last night is a total Karen! she called the police on me without asking me to leave first after I explained to her I was waiting for someone to come to get me there and when all I was doing was sitting staring at my phone waiting for a ride patiently not bothering anyone at all ,when she approached me she had a rude judge mental attitude I was going to pay my bill tomorrow but she made me never want to partner with planet fitness ever again I'm switching to another gym her attitude was very disrespectful and unprofessional the way she treated me

Planet Fitness is the best choice i have made. My membership fee is affordable. It is an enjoyable workout with all the numerous t.v. screens! I moved to a different city and i had to transfer gyms. Planet Fitness made it so easy. Just do it online on their website.

You can’t beat the perks when it comes to Planet Fitness. Anything from being a 24 hour access gym, complete access to any Planet fitness nationwide, one free guest admission every time you visit, wide variety of equipment, clean environment including locker rooms, kind and helpful staff, and access to the massage beds/chairs and tanning booths/beds! Gym isn’t dirty or bad but it’s way too small for the amount of people that go. Bunch of machines don’t work so there’s lines waiting for machines. They don’t enforce people getting off machines and cleaning them and people/groups will sit for 15+ minutes on one machine and then not wipe them down. Paper towels are usually empty so you have to wander around to find some. The staff is usually nice. Most times they don’t say hi or bye, just stand there and talk to each other, but I keep it pushin.

I’m a seasoned member and I usually tan as part of my regiment. I used to always bring my eye wear, but every time I went to tan I was never asked to show my eye protection. Every member & every staff member knows the rules. No eyewear No tanning. Tonight for the first time in 2 years I was asked to show proof. 😳 I was completely caught off guard . I stopped bringing my eye wear and just tanned without( stupid I know). Luckily staff member Duane gave me a disposable pair with a warning. After my session I asked to speak with Duane again. I thanked him for our previous interaction. I explained how grateful i was for him to not only do his job & enforce company policy, but also reminding me to be smart & protect myself. We often protect those around us but forget our own safety. So Thank You Duane. I promise to always use my eyewear going forward. Safety first is safety always.

My previous review must have been posted in last November, as my cardiologist advised me 6 month ago, as soon as I was diagnosed with both A-Fib & Major depression in May 2023.

Now that I have resumed going PF at lease twice a week, I believe working out at PF for a half hour a day would in deed help improve our health condition both physically and emotionally.

The so called policies are not enforced.
The allows members to just sit on the equipment as long as they want and watch videos on their phone. Members just leave their bags in the middle of the floor. There are signs posted on the walls stating that none of the above is allowed. However the staff say nothing the member even when it's brought to their attention. I have been a member at planet fitness for years and have never seen it this bad. I'm definitely searching for another 24 hr gym
I've mentioned these issues to the early morning staff several times in past and I'm told the same response from the staff witch is we see your point and will definitely look into this and let the manager know
