Very clean gym! Staff were so friendly, respectful, and helpful.Lockers and bathroom very clean. I love that y'all offer paper towels too ours don’t. But this is one of the cleanest gyms. Very good job. Offers protein snacks, headphones. Timers on equipment so that you can keep count. Nice. Also, it’s quiet in the Hydromassage and massage area, I love that. Highly recommend. I was on vacation and I enjoyed the gym very much. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and polite and definitely respectful. No complaints there. I do however have a complaint as far as cleanliness goes. The locker rooms are an abomination I went in there and there was human feces on the mat of the shower. I told staff that night about it. The following night I came in and it was 24 hours later and the human feces was still there in the same exact spot. Another thing, there is little black worms under the mats that crawl around the shower. It seems no one cleans the mats or the showers it's absolutely disgusting. I have video proof of these worms in the shower something really needs to be done about this.

Friendly staff, but walking in to a half clean locker room is disappointing. It’s not a 24 hour location so you would think the floors would be mopped and the toilets would be cleaned at the end of the shift. Doesn’t seem to be the case.

The staff is very polite and attentive. The gym area is clean. I strongly would like the tanning beds top and bottom cleaned at least daily by staff there have been the same goo spots on the top bulb areas it’s sooooo gross. I wipe where i lay before and after because it is never clean from the people right before me. The hand sanitizer broke and has not been replaced in that area in over 6 months. It would be great to have one when entering/exiting the massage/tanning area.

Joined for a couple of weeks at $30 each while in OC, which is easily the best price in the area. It's a good, no frills gym. Equipment is top of the line, but very little free weights and no standard bench or squat, just a few Smith machines.

I truly love this place. The employees are awesome!! Only problem I have is I showed up at 4:05am Monday morning Aug. 19th 2024 and it was closed. They showed as open online. It shows they open at 4am on Monday. There has to be a minimum of 10 cars in the parking lot waiting. I was told by someone else that was waiting that this has happened before. It's now 5:30am and there's only 2 cars left waiting. They might need 2 get some staff that will be on time on Mondays.

My whole life I was afraid of gym's! We moved here from Salisbury Maryland.
After being with you guys for a month now, it's the best decision I made for myself and my husband ever! I don't feel judgement or stared at.The black card membership is amazing especially the massage chairs I have a metal rod in my leg and the chairs help with pain relief before after after working out!
The workers are kind and helpful! Looking forward to this new healthy journey with you guys!

I called because I would like to cancel my membership before I get charged for the annual fee which is 50 dollars and they told me that I cannot do that because I am past the billing date of 25 th each month. I was very busy that’s why I called just 2 days late, I am informing them a few days in advance and they still are not willing to do it even if I pass by the fitness. They say “I understand “ and they don’t really understand. I am not from the country and I will not visit the fitness again and now I have to pay 50 dollars for nothing. This is so unfair. Be careful when you sign the club agreement and do reminders so that you don’t end up in the same situation as me.

Just recently joined. It offers a lot of equipment to use. Since I am new and starting out, I have been sticking with the treadmill and a weight circuit routine they have. The massage chairs are great and always look forward to using one.

I enjoy everything about the Planet Fitness experience. Lots of quality equipment (especially the top notch treadmills!), clean facilities, friendly and attentive staff, (of course) the low monthly price, and always-on fast Wi-fi. The only thing missing from the experience is that there is very little room to lay a mat down for floor exercise. Once a couple of people have mats down, there's really nowhere to go for mat space. Maybe you could take over the space next door, which used to be a Five Guys burger place! (Do you feel the irony???) Keep up the good work (outs)!

I'm not a local, I came to this location while I was in OC for a weekend business trip; of all PF's I've gone to this is by far the cleanest one. The staff (Saturday afternoon 4/27/24) was friendly, helpful, and attentive to the paper towels and cleaning sprays. The facility was well-maintained and all of the machines were in perfect condition. They also have a wider variety of equipment than most of the locations I've been to, which is surprising considering its size (comparatively speaking).

Stopped by here while in the area.
