At this Planet Fitness today, approximately 2:45 in the afternoon, I witnessed a man exiting the ladies' room bathroom stall area after using the toilet. What's going on here, management? The restrooms are clearly marked "Male & Female". No gender neutral or shared restrooms are in this facility. So why was a man in there...with women changing clothes, showering, etc?

Pretty bad when you can't even use the ladies' restroom. At 12:45 7/2/2024 NO TOILET PAPER in some stalls. Asked the gentlemen at the front counter if they could take care of this. Hour and a half later when I left....still NO TOILET PAPER!!! Just because the staff are guys, doesn't mean that two of them can't clear the restroom for 5 minutes....one to watch the door....and one to restock the rolls. It's not that difficult! We would appreciate the comfort of having TP available when we need to use the restroom. Management needs to step in up with their customer service!!!!

I’ve bought a planet fitness membership less than 3 months ago and was soon disappointed with the cleanliness of the machines and bathrooms. You can clearly smell the musk as you walk into the ladies room coming from the showers and un cleaned wet areas such as the changing rooms. I mentioned to The front desk, the odor and the dust accumulating on the mirrors that the bathrooms were clearly not cleaned for the last two weeks, and he politely told me that he would have something done about it. I quickly realized that was not true as the next day I came they were still just as dirty, if not dirtier with Q-tips and clumps of hair on the ground at this point, I’m only here temporary as I’m looking to find a cheaper membership and hope they find a better cleaning team.

Major Pro: The hydro bed available with the black membership is very helpful for back and leg pain. I love that you can use it every day!

Pro: Plenty of tanning machines with no wait.

Pro: Recently expanded inside and refreshed interior.

Major Con: With 100 cars in the parking lot, the crowd meter shows the gym as half full. The machines to work on your arms are never available. That's the whole reason I joined.

Con: annual fee of $50 is not advertised and they won't refund it, no matter what you say to them. So it's borderline fraud.

Great people, gym is tired but very well stocked. When something breaks it can be months before they pay to fix it but the price is right and they have equipment so, gets the job done at a good price. These other things are pretty minor. My wife and I call it silver Ocean fitness because of all the retired people. 😏
We have the black card and only use the tanning beds which are decent. We pay $25 per month.

Proud to cancel my membership to take a stand against the policy that allows MEN in women’s bathrooms and discrimination towards actual women. Pf has put us in unsafe situations where we are vulnerable. To add salt to the injury instead of protecting women, they ban women for speaking up. The man in Alaska wasn’t even trying to pretend to be a woman. That man was 100% male. He had no business and they know that. That was straight perversion! Planet fitness if you wish to do this then make an extra bathroom that is unisex giving people who feel ok going to the bathroom with opposite sex’s or people that think they are dogs or cats they can by choice and willing to not file a lawsuit if anything happens. As for the men’s and women’s bathrooms those should be safe places. But you don’t want to do that bc it would cost money, instead you choose to be cheap and put people in bad situations which in the end will cost you way more between lawsuits, and cancellations yall will be done. Pure fitness has several former members that I know of and is happy to take all your business. In less then a week due to this choice you’r stock has dropped by 400million. And that’s not counting all you cancelled since that was released.

I'm tired of dirty tanning beds. Full trash cans and nasty floors. It's becoming more aggravating than relaxing. I have spoken on this before and nothing is being done.. I'm at my wits in with this particular gym.. employees wearing headsets listening to music, people eating and drinking behind the desk. People just SITTING in the hydro massage bed and playing on their phones.. unprofessional and disappointing

I like the hydro massage, only wish that you could get the front of you done as well because that would be great for the front of my shoulder my knees especially. I also like the relax and rejuvenate machine where you going and you sit it's a pod I really like that that's very nice and very warm and it's great after a long workout I like the fact that I can stretch and exercise without people like pointing fingers or snickering or because yeah I'm overweight but that's why I'm going to a gym right so,. So far everyone has been wonderful your staff is great. There's so much I still want to try cuz I'm new so I want to try the infrared machine that's going to help with relaxation as well and it helps with a muscle pain and my acupuncturist has a small one in her shop and it's just a light but she does that while I am getting acupunctured and it's very nice.

Planet Fitness a very reasonable cost effective gym that mostly caters to all work schedules. I can go after midnight, get a very good sweat on without crowds. It is also a gym for normal people w/out the daunting effects of being around 'bodybuilding' clients (but still that's fine) ! Although they really should have taken the more of the existing building---it is in a prime area and a very good gym. The Staff extremely professional and delightful 'job well done.' Great Place! It’s clean! Most people wipe down the equipment after they use it, but there are some gymtards that don’t. The staff do a lot of cleaning also. Most of the staff are nice, but none are very personable. I’ve been going steady for about five months, and don’t know anyone by name. At another gym that isn’t around anymore, the staff wore name tags, and would actually talk to ya. They would compliment you on your progress and thank you for coming. I would LOVE to see that at Planet Fitness.

I’ve kept quiet for awhile hoping this was just a phase as I’ve been an off and on member for years and I’ve never had this experience in the past. I have zero complaints about the exercise equipment and cleanliness. However, the tanning beds are in horrendous shape. The lay down beds are missing screws and sound like you’re going to fall right through them. The stand up bed fans do not work in either bed, they’re also disgusting. They’re not being sanitized, there isn’t any spray sanitizer or paper towels in the booth to sanitize. The new enhanced bed has been a nice experience but I’m sure that’s because it’s new. I’m not sure what’s going on as I said I’ve never experienced this before in any planet fitness location but since I’m paying for my tanning portion of my membership I would prefer for the beds to be maintained and have essentials in the room.
