I was recently scammed out of this money by this club. I canceled my membership and they contued to charge..customer service is horrible ..always on personal phones at the desk which I was my cancelation was not processed correctly .however the club manager Quinton will not take any calls and only a team member Rodney is fielding the calls..I have already contacted my bank to issue a stop payment..the corporate number will only refer you back to club so there is no real help after that..you are at the mercy of the club and what they feel like doing..I personally would never attend this club again or any planet fitness and if you're thinking about I would think otherwise and choose a different option..scammers and unprofessional

Came as someone's Guest who has a black card, the workout equipment is nice but the women's restroom/shower area needs improvement. I’ve been to 5 different planet fitnesses and this is the best one. Woman at the front desk during the night is the sweetest person i’ve ever met in my years of public service encounters. their spa is the best one i’ve been to!! and it’s usually always clean in there. 10/10 across the board wish i could go all the time and not only at night after work

I've been coming to this location for months now today when I asked to get the Total Body Enhancement I'm told I must have eyewear.. at no other time in all these months has anybody turned me down or stated I Must have eyewear Which they Sell.. She had a nerve to say "It's only a dollar".. the girl was very nice I did not like that statement of it's only a dollar..

Almost a year of going to this Planet Fitness location and it’s great! Everything is kept clean, staff is friendly/helpful, and any repairs or maintenance are done in a timely manner. Special shoutout to Kevin as such a dedicated worker always going above and beyond for all members and guests!! Switched from perry hall to this location. Perry hall went through renovations and they replaced several of the machines that I used almost daily. I love the equipment here. The crowds aren't too bad either. I am grateful that I have another location to go to with equipment that i like.

I visited this Planet Fitness location today for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The employee at the front desk Busu was rude, condescending, and dismissive when I asked a simple question. Rather than being helpful or welcoming, his tone and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I've had positive experiences at my base location. So this behavior was surprising and not at all reflective of the brand’s usual “Judgment Free Zone” values. I hope management addresses this, as front desk staff set the tone for members’ experience and this fell far short of expectations. A lot of the machines were also broken and the bathroom wasn’t clean.

So much broken equipment... The place is too busy nearly all the time from 5am-10pm. The problem is exacerbated by staff allowing people to use two machines at the same time even during busier periods by placing their bag or other personal items on the machine then plan to use next. Dirty bathrooms. Unfortunately, the problems at this gym are more severe than can be explained away by typical new year's resolution rush. Probably should look elsewhere unless you need a gym that is open at 2:00am.

Was down in Baltimore for a weekend and looking for a PF to work out. This place was not good. Super dirty. Old equipment. The cable machines were missing clips. The cable attachments looked old and nasty. We chose not to use any black card items as we were so turned off by the lack of cleanliness of this place. Staff was meh. 2-3 people just sitting at counter chatting with each other. Will not be back.

I like this gym; most of the staff is great, and it is generally clean. I wish the staff would enforce the rules for gym-goers a little more, though. I am an early bird and go first thing. There is always a loud group of people, slamming machines, grunting, yelling, etc.
Not sure if the lunk alarm is a thing anymore or not, but it would be nice to not have several machines hogged by one group of people who make it uncomfortable for others to work out.

The manager Q does not play about the cleanliness and tidyness of that location at all!! He can always be seen mopping, wiping things down, straightening equipment etc. Kayla the trainer is outstanding!!! Her classes make you want to return and work out with her. She fosters a friendly and informative atmosphere while making sure core knowledge and proper mechanics of the workouts are practiced. The behind the desk staff always greets you and send you off with well wishes. Busu is especially helpful and always has a smile on his face. I made the Towson location my "home" after attending other gyms because I wanted a safe, clean and helpful environment to be in.

I have been a member of several gyms in the past and they all cost more than this particular gym, but I must say I enjoy it here and it do not cost me an arm and a leg. Overall, this location is pretty clean and there is always someone cleaning. You may not always get a greeting when you enter the business but overall it’s not bad. It’s with great sadness that I post this. I have been going to this location since I graduated college 9 years ago and have actively witnessed the steep decline. It used to be clean, tidy, and welcoming. Now, when you arrive at 6 am, you’re greeeted with dirty locker rooms where most of the lockers have locks on them despite there only being 20 people in the whole center. After your works out, you’re forced to cite d with homeless sitting in locked stalls and change g rooms watching tv or taking on the phone. The showers are dirty, covered in mold, and often with pubes on the ground. I’ve started making the extra 15 minute drive to perry hall or rosedale where management is better, the centers are clean, and i have a safe place to store my belongings / don’t have to fight with homeless to use the restroom or shower.

Unfortunately, I had to switch to this gym because I moved in that area, and it has been by far the worst of any I've been to! The men's bathroom is horrible! Two stalls in the bathroom went 2 days without toilet paper. Both urinals smell like weeks old urine, the machines are all dirty the floors clearly haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. Just a thought, but maybe if the staff does their job more and use their phones less, then it'll be somewhat better.
