Recently visited for a dance/twerk class!! The dance workout was so much fun it was so easy to forget its exercise! The workouts were simple yet challenging! Safe space, and I didn’t feel judged at all. All bodies and levels of dance are always welcome!!!! Love that!

I regularly workout in my personal time, so I love looking for classes like this for fun, UNIQUE cardio!!! Come out and get a happy sweat with Posh 💖💖💖💖

Posh is such a gem! I’m always welcomed with great energy and care. From the different classes, team events, to the trainers remembering your name — this place often times feels like a community. I would recommend Posh to anyone looking for a safe, inclusive, positive space when working out.

Posh is such a great place to work out! It has the community feel that is missing from so many other spin studios. I felt welcome the first day I stepped in, and now feel part of a family there. I love that it’s locally owned (and Black woman-owned!). Mel is always giving back to the community however she can. The studio is always clean, parking is never an issue, and you’re always greeted with a smile. All of the instructors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and make working out fun! I definitely recommend Posh!

The instructors are so nice and welcoming! Mel helped me get set up on my bike at my first class and was really encouraging. I also love the yin yoga on Sundays and the other community events they hold!

I just happened to google cycling in my area and the jewel of a fitness center POSH pop up and I immediately scheduled an appointment to learn more. I met the owner, Mel and she was very personable and knowledgeable. The fitness studio is designed well for; a room for cycling and a room for other classes. The studio is very clean and there is plenty of parking. If you looking a fitness studio with a friendly environment and experienced instructors, this is your studio!

I love the variety of classes at POSH! If I feeling like aerobics, I can do that. If I want to cycle, I can do that. If I want some cycling with some resistance, I can do that. I absolutely love the mixture. The staff is always inviting and welcoming. The business is run so professionally. The owners are keeping the establishment clean and up to COVID standards. I truly appreciate that. They are checking for temperatures and handing out hand sanitizer once you walk in. Not only is POSH black owned, but reputable. This is the type of place you want to share with the masses.

I took my first pilates/sculpt class today and I definitely felt the burn--I had a great time. The facility is bright, clean and cheerful and I can't wait to go back for my next class!

I was not into cycling at all before my wife started coming here (I had a bad experience at one of those weird "cult-y" spin companies), but the folks here at Posh as so nice and welcoming that I fell for it as soon as I started my first class.
It's way more affordable than any other cycling studio in the DMV and it's really nice that it's owned and operated by a married couple who live in the neighborhood.
They have other classes besides spin and they even hold community events, too! This place is so great!

Did one of their spinning classes. I really liked it. The location is clean and nice. There is plenty parking space and its free. I love the bike's system as it feels like I am playing a video game with friends.

Yesterday I went to Posh for the first time and I loved it. I had never tried spinning before and I was impressed with the experience. The trainer, the big screen, the avatar they use, the bikes, and the music were just very cool. I also loved the studio and the variety of classes they offer. I totally recommend it! See you there.
