This gym is good. Always spotless, equipment such as cables get repairs in a mostly timely fashion. Since it’s the only gym in the area it does get packed. This gym would be perfect if it has a traditional leg extension machine and as many chest machines as denton. The new smith machine isn’t nearly as good as the old style and would love to see them bring it back. If you had the choice, preston gym is the superior gym in a 30 minute radius.

I have been attending both Preston and Denton for about a year now since moving to Caroline county. I would highly recommend this gym over any surrounding gyms for the reasons of supporting local and the effort they put in. The more people who join this gym the more upgrades I assume can be done. They have provided a 24/7 gym with every possible machine you would like to use. Slowly they add or upgrade certain things. Also appreciate the staff and most of the people who are regulars at the gym even. Great environment to get work done.

I love this place! It has a women's only area, nice size cardio room for everyone, sauna, tanning, and nutritional area. They offer smoothies too! It's also convenient to where I live!!

A friend highly recommended this gym and let me just say it does not disappoint! The staff alone is great, super friendly and informative. The equipment is up to date and clean as well as the facility in general. The members are nice and helpful. Haven’t tried the no limit nutrition yet cause I’m currently using my own pre and protein but I’m looking forward to it! If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! 💯
