Prime Sports Performance is the Baltimore area's top training facility for athletic development and sports performance training. Our goal is to help every athlete reach their fullest potential through smart, effective training methods that maximize development while reducing injury risk.
In addition to our sports performance training programs, we also offer hitting and pitching instruction as well as tunnel rentals. We have two 70x15’ tunnels available for rental for pitching and/or hitting. Both tunnels are equipped with Rapsodo units that can be used to track batted and pitched balls, and Stalker radar guns to measure ball velocities.

I trained with PSP for nearly 2 years preparing for a pro wrestling training camp as well as general fitness and I could not recommend them enough! They have the best trainers I have ever worked along side and all the equipment for whatever sport or fitness goals you have. The improvement I have showed was drastic with increases in strength, speed, and all around athleticism! If you are looking to grow in the gym then check out PSP it will be worth it!
