They do not have your best interest. Communication isn't the best unless you check your email and is on the alert list. Watch your kids, their background check are not thoroughly!! They do have some good programs. But their hiring process been going downhill. The teacher are focus on talking with each then the kids.

Never thought I would be mortified by a lifeguard.

My kids and I recently visited the complex and entertained ourselves in the family pool area. One of my cubs venture down the water slide three times during our visit. The first time he did very well and was able to get himself safely out of the pool after exiting the slide. The second time was not so pretty, and thanks to a female lifeguard on duty who used the rescue tube to help him out, he shook off the incident and went back to swimming. Later on he tried for a third time, but was almost pulled under the water by the current. Thankfully, a male lifeguard jumped in and pulled him to safety.

This was really painful for me tom watch, because while he knows how to swim, what he is not used to is having to swim away from a current that is present at the bottom of the slide. Because I was with my younger cub, I helplessly watched my little bear struggle. I knew the lifeguard was going to help him, but not being able to be there for my guy was painful.

As I’m getting ready to leave, I spoke with the head lifeguard on duty, and for some reason felt the need to apologize. Still not sure why. What I cannot understand is why the same female lifeguard who helped my son earlier, decided it was a good time to lecture me by saying, “as his father, you need to know what your sons limitations are in the water.” She even did me a solid by emphasizing each word by smacking her hands together, as if I was a complete potato who didn’t understand English.

I give the one star simply due to this individuals lack of composure and understanding of the gravity of a situation. First off, I am a grown man who basically watched one of his sons almost drown if not for the saving grace of a lifeguard. A little compassion could have been expressed at that time, but instead, she decided aggressiveness was the best response. Maybe she could use a little more training on empathy and how to speak to an individual after a traumatic incident will help further her understanding of how to conduct herself better.

The facility overall is nice and clean except the children's pool 😳. The pool has a deep dirty greasy ring around it. People noticed it while trying to lean against the pool wall. It definitely needs a deep cleaner and change of water. It's a area near the back corner (4ft 6in)that 3 boys used to urinate in instead of the bathroom and i got out to let the chlorine do it's job 😖. This was yesterday on a Friday afternoon right before a strong gusty storm came through. We left around 6:50p. Please take the time to clean the pool 😉.

The Baltimore County. We need a facility like this for our babies. It is a shame the City of Baltimore and the county of Baltimore send their children to the armory for track meets in the indoor season. We need a high-level facility constructed that will support our burgeoning track population. It's so simple if you look at what Prince Georges county did. They have a good facility next to a major pro facility and it just works out. There's ample parking. It's laid out appropriately and consist itself during the season and also after the season. Baltimore county we sincerely need something like this in collaboration with the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland. That's just my two cents

Beware of this lifeguard, he’s really weird and wicked. Does not care if your child drowns or not. He was literally making gestures with hands mimicking a child choking. My 3 sons, also witnessed this. We spoke with the MOD and asked her to review the cameras. This is totally unacceptable, she did nothing. What do you do?

We've taken gymnastics classes here for my 3 and 5 year old and they were fantastic. Currently using their Kids' Club aftercare program for our kindergartener and it is great - they do swimming, gymnastics, and track every week, along with arts and crafts. Prices are very reasonable.

I love this place. I'm here visiting my elder relatives for 5 weeks and all three of us have been coming. The personal trainer Row is amazing. The equipment looks new and they have the latest up to date machines. Customer service is top tier, and everyone is friendly. I wish I had excess to this kind of center at home in Atlanta.

LEGO BRICKFEST! Visuals were amazing...kits were plenty. BUT! The kids' activities were not age appropriate (too kiddie) for the majority of the ages there. Having a teen autistic master Lego pro at the table making a 2 inch minature robot with a 6 year old next to him, making the same thing was ridiculous and insulting. Building derby racers that they could race but not keep. Something Lego, large and tangible to represent the purchase of the VIP tickets should have been avaliable to keep besides a paper badge, microscopic pin and a robot that kept falling apart (from a draped VIP enclosure) in a pants pocket. Kids may not know any better, but the Adults who supported them did.

Attended cheer competition here and wow what a horrible experience! Parking attendants were great but that's where it stopped. When you enter they ran out of food 45 minutes into an all day event. I am handicapped and require a cane and could barely navigate the seating. Stairs were horrible to walk on, and way too many for someone needing assistance. The sound system was so bad all you heard was loud thumping bass you couldnt even hear the announcer. One of the judges was permitted to wear a skirt with a slit all the way to their waist. That's absolutely disgusting and inappropriate at a kids cheer event. Literally one of the worst venues in the 3 years of attending competitions over several states!

I never leave reviews but this was so bad I decided to warn people. If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not and would not recommend this venue for anything especially involving children. It was the most awful cheer competition venue I have been too in the 3 yrs my granddaughter has been competing. The sound system was so bad you could not understand the speaker at all. The bass was so out of tune it vibrated your chest. The judge had on a very inappropriate dress for a children's event. The dress was side split so high it was showing more than a child should see ever. They ran out of food at 8:30am it started at 7am. The stairs were plywood that moved when you went down them. Only thing that was close to being professional was the parking attendants. They were amazing. I do not recommend this venue for any reason.

I walked in to create an account and to inquire about the aquatic center. The employee I spoke with at the activities desk was very friendly and courteous making the process seamless and also I was able to take a tour of the facility. It’s a very big and decent facility with various activities such as the fitness center, indoor track, gymnastics and athletic fields. I haven’t used the pool yet but I still highly recommend.

Took my daughter to the pool. The hard metal benches that they have for non swimmers is rediculous. A bunch of parents and I had to keep standing because there was no back support and the benches were so hard. They used to have chairs that you can sit in. I won’t be back here.
