PA made a huge impact on my quality of life. I have a busy work/travel schedule that leads to bad habits and makes it harder to commit to a set time/gym schedule (excuses, I know). Linette designed a series of workouts/eating plans that require minimal exercise equipment and I can execute no matter where my day takes me. I still follow the daily habits plan 2 years later and have made incredible progress both physically and mentally. I started with Progressive Athletics in July 2023, after many years of not going to the gym or having a consistent routine. I knew it was important to add strength/resistance training to my exercise routine since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. In a short time, I could feel myself getting stronger, have more energy, and gain confidence in being able to workout without hurting myself. As an added bonus, I found that my bone health improved significantly.
I am so thankful that I finally found a place that made it easy to get back into a fitness routine that continues to challenge me as I get stronger.

I came to Progressive 5 years ago when I knew I needed to lose weight. I lost 25lbs. After losing the weight, I found a mass in my left breast, which was diagnosed as early stage breast cancer. After therapy and treatment, with Godβs grace I am healed. Had I not lost the weight through adopting a healthy diet and exercise program at Progressive, I donβt know if I would have found the mass so early. I am still at Progressive. I can't say enough good things about Progressive Athletics! I've been putting myself on the back burner for years, juggling kids, work, and life, until I finally decided to prioritize my health. Enter Coach Linette and the amazing team at Progressive Athletics.
Linette really took the time to understand where I was at and modified workouts that were just right for me. She even had me starting with just 2 minutes of walking on my days off, and now I'm up to a solid 5 minutesβsounds small, but it's a big deal for me! I can feel the difference during the workouts and at home. I have more energy and I always feel better after I workout.
What I love most is that it's not just about the workouts. Linette's teaching me about nutrition, meditation, and all the other stuff that's crucial for feeling good inside and out.
The transition from personal sessions to semi-private classes has been going really well! Linette made sure I never felt overwhelmed by modifying things just right.
Thanks to Progressive Athletics, I'm not just getting stronger physically, but I'm feeling more confident and optimistic about the future. After scouting for places to start my fitness journey, I landed on Progressive Athletics - it was a good choice as the trainers are amazing and they help modify the exercise to help me complete the workouts. So I needed to get in shape! Being a member of the over 65 retired group motivation is not easy. After walking into PA and meeting Coach Mark I found my motivation. We discussed my goals and what I needed to do to achieve them. My problem was that I needed someone to push me along (although I hate kettle bell squats) something I never found at larger gyms. Well almost a year later i am looking better, lost weight and have gotten stronger. I then encouraged my wife to start a program and she works with Linette and is doing well.
I highly recommend PA , Coach Mark and Coach Linette are truly professionals and always have your goals in mind while working with you. As a Caveat I also belong to a larger "Fancy" gym but would never leave PA the 1 on 1 is paramount to my success in health.

This is personal training but in a affordable way, where you still get the benefit of being around others. The trainers actually know what they are talking about when it comes to fitness and health. I love Progressive Athletics! At 58 years old and being inactive for 8 years, my sister-in-law challenged me to join the 8-week Boot Camp class. I've never done this type of program. It was tough, but so much worth the effort! It's been six months, and I really am hooked on PA's program. I've lost 46 pounds with their exercise training, nutrition counseling, and encouragement. I love the atmosphere and camaraderie. Whether you are looking to drop pounds and/or just get your physical health on track, the coaches are there to help you on your journey. PA has continued to offer their programs online during COVID-19 with virtual classes and helpful information through email and Facebook. You are treated as a person, not a number!

I have been with PA for just over 1 year. In this time I have learned so much about my form and enjoyed spending time with all the members of the PA family! I came to PA because the lifting I was doing on my own was not satisfying my goals anymore and I was not sure how to change my program. While I came for the information, I stayed for the people and the community.

I came across Progressive Athletics' 6 week boot camp challenge via a Facebook ad. My initial impulse was to think that there had to be some sort of gimmick there. Boy, was I dead wrong. The workouts, combined with the nutrition plan made up for a fantastic combination. I really enjoyed the diversity in the workouts and meal plan. The consistency of doing both amped up my conditioning, made me shed a few pounds, and lowered my body fat by 7%. Progressive Athletics and their instructors are the real deal. I just completed the 6 week challenge at progressive athletics and it was everything that I would have expected and more. Through the training, the meal plan and the accountability coaches I was able to meet my goal of 20 pounds easily. I have been up and down with my weight for many years but this was actually the easiest that it has ever been. Giving up a few items from my diet and changing when I ate made the diet easily manageable and three workouts a week for 45 minutes to an hour is not a huge time commitment. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight especially if you need a little extra motivation, guidance and accountability.

What an amazing experience the 6-week challenge was at Progressive Athletics. The biggest benefit in joining this type of program is that you feel accountable when you are working out with a group. It makes you push harder and then before you know it you're 20 lbs lighter. I ended up losing over 22 lbs and most importantly got into a rhythm of eating healthy and working out regularly. This is a small gym but the space is utilized well; the trainers are great and it always results in a solid hour of body transformation.

It was an amazing working out at progressive athletics. The staff was very supportive, the atmosphere just motivates you to wanna do your best and push yourself. The enrgy you feel there stays with you through the week as you diet too, which makes the diet so much more bearable from my experience. While I make the diet sound bad it was actually easy to adjust to, I really just didn't like that I couldnβt have peanut-butter sandwich since its my favorite snack. But other than that it is a place Iβm going to come to every chance I get.

Thank you to Mark and the whole PA team. I lost 6% body fat over the 6 weeks I trained there. I'm in the best shape since as long as I can remember.
All the trainers were incredibly friendly and motivating, and they were able to push me just enough every time.

When I first stepped foot into a gym to start my post pregnancy weight loss journey I was very worried as I am a power yoga person, rarely stepped into a gym and had very little knowledge as to what was right routine for me. This is hard. Really hard. You have to do the work and you have to be the one making the decision to eat healthier. Progressive Athletics will not do the exercises for you nor will they cook and feed you the meals. But what Mark, Sara, and Miranda will do is give you all the tools necessary to accomplish your goals. Through proper and thoughtful planning, rigorous training, and even encouragement, they will do everything they can to help you get to where you need to be. As their ad says, yes you need some skin in the game for their challenge, but this is just another tool used for motivation as well. Very disappointed. I saw an Instagram ad this morning that said they were looking for women to join this FREE 6 week challenge. I was curious and wondered qhy they would offer 3 training sessions per week for free. However, the ad said that people usually sign up after completing the challenge and that they were trying to grow their business. Sounds good to me. I sign up and go to the appointment this evening. When I got there, two men were waiting. I asked a woman about it, she said men participate in the challenge. No biggie. But then the guy, who I believe is this owner tells me it is $499 to participate in the challenge! Very misleading and a waste of my time. If you're going to run a promo then stick to your offer or don't run it at all. Sadly, when I first walked in and saw the facility, I had already made up my mind that I wanted to join after the free challenge was over. The women working out inspired me, but the business practice is very disappointing.

For anyone looking for a new mental and physical challenge, I would highly recommend checking out Progressive Athletics. In 12 weeks I got stronger physically, but it's actually my mind i'm most proud of. I called Progressive Athletics because I wanted a workout program that would challenge me and help me accomplish some non-scale victories: clothes that fit better, improved strength, and better endurance. Haaris helped me achieve those victories and many more. I can now do 30 push-ups, and do pull-ups with confidence. But the most memorable victory to me is my mental progress. Haaris helped me realize that resistance training gives me a different kind of ideal body to aspire to: a body defined not by how it looks, but by what it can do. Haaris programmed workouts that were fun and challenging and I looked forward to learning new movements and routines every other week.
I know the idea of committing your mind and body to a 12 week program can be a little intimidating, but Haaris will tell you that you don't need to be perfect in order to see changes, but to simply start where we are and enjoy the victories along the way. Enjoying the simple accomplishments I've made and appreciating the hard work i've put in helps me forget my 'flaws' and feel stronger and more confident than ever before. I am a runner and have been training with a running group for a long time. I decided to take the next step and start strength training with a trainer. I have trained with Haaris for a while now and really enjoy training with him. He mixes up my workouts so I don't get bored. He also tailors them to what I am doing with my running training. I have seen dramatic changes in my strength and endurance while running. He is also very knowledgeable about stretching and foam rolling for recovery.
