About the Club

Pura Vida Yoga & Physical Training is a veteran owned and operated facility. Our mission is to maintain an intimate and sacred environment for people to grow in their physical and spiritual practice. In addition we will help guide individuals in the evolution of their yoga practice and life.
Pura Vida Yoga & Physical Training will provide a unique environment, in which anyone can be comfortable and encouraged on their way to a healthy lifestyle.
Services we will offer are personal training, group training, teens conditioning, SUP Yoga, Aerial, Vinyasa, Hatha, Sculpt, Restorative, and Private Group Yoga, fitness boot camps, corporate wellness days, and other fitness and wellness workshops.
We can not wait to walk this journey with you.

Just got introduced to this place a couple weeks ago. Becky welcomed us with open arms. She answered any and all questions we had about the classes and the restrictions we have. She is so knowledgeable and the sweetest woman. The studio is also clean and smells clean. We can’t wait to meet the other instructors and start our yoga journey with them 😍

I have been attending the studio since 2018 and still enjoy it. The instructors are thoughtful, and welcoming. They have a talent to read their audience and modify the class to challenge or relax an individual’s yoga practice. A recurring phrase is “Listen to your body”. Each instructor has their own individual flavor for that class. Vinyassa is the mainstay class with Sculpt being a challenging workout and restorative at the other end to ease into positions and relax.
There is also the Personal Readiness Training (PRT) classes which are a good high intensity, full body, boot camp style class. Here again the instructor is excellent at modifying the exercises so everyone in the class has the proper challenge tailored to them. If you want to build strength, endurance and cardio (and lose weight) at the same time PRT is great.
The fellow class mates I practice with are young and old big and small, the classes are for everyone. The community is also very thoughtful, and encouraging. I would say the common community goal is to grow inner peace, emotional intelligence and physical wellness.
I leave with my muscles tired but a smile on my face, encouraged, relaxed and inspired.

The yoga training here is great for both advance, intermediate, and beginners of yoga. They offer HIIT, Sculpt (weighted yoga). aerial, and even special events such as Goat Yoga. A lot of this could sound intimidating but the trainers always encourage you to move and modify due to your level of comfort. If you have an injury they will show you better ways to move and mold the workout to fit you. Highly recommend this place, for both the work out, and the friendly atmosphere.

Working with Becky at Pura Vida is one of the best investments I've made for myself!

Due to a connective tissue disorder working out is very difficult for me. I've been through many physical therapy programs that were less than caring. Becky took the time to listen to my needs and talior a fitness routine just for me. She was patient, kind and understanding throughout all of my sessions with her. Always pushing me just to my limit without taking it too far and always checking in to make sure I was ok.

I also do Yoga here and love all the options available as I can pick and choose what I need based on where I'm at physically.

10/10 Recommend Becky and her staff at Pura Vida for all of your PT and Yoga needs.

I have tried several area studios, and Pura Vida is my favorite in every way. I always feel refreshed in my mind and body after a session. As an athlete and manual laborer, the classes have helped me stay injury free, healed my low back pain over time, and continually loosens tight muscles that are overused. The variety of classes (vinyasa, flow, pier, sunset, yoga, beach, sunrise, yoga, paddleboard at the Park yoga, candlelight yoga, aerial yoga… The list goes on!), the welcoming atmosphere for all levels, and the excellence of the instruction is the best I’ve experienced. Each class is conducted in a way that challenges and centers simultaneously. encourages creative personalization in the poses, and honors personal ability with intuitive modifications that make the practice accessible to both the beginner and the experienced yogi. Additionally, this is a small business, locally owned and personally operated, and everyone is welcomed and made to feel like family. The vibe as soon as you walk in the door is love and Freedom, and serenity. While I have many local studios close to where I live, I drive 40 minutes to come here, because it is THAT worth it. Highly recommend!
