Lizzy is a fantastic pilates instructor who keeps me going to my practice. Her attention to detail and knowledge ensure that each session is safe and effective. She provides clear guidance, offers modifications, if necessary, and provides a challenging workout. She is upbeat in her attitude and mixes up the routine so it does not become mundane. After working with her, I have noticed improvements in strength and overall body awareness. She is committed to her client's progress making each class a positive experience.

I first saw Lizzy at Pure Alignment Physical Therapy & Pilates when I sprained my ankle and needed help with recovery. I thought I’d never be able to wear heals or run again after the sprain. Her in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology - when to push my body and when to rest - really helped me recover swiftly and I’m so grateful for all her hard work, patience and kindness during this healing process. I can now enjoy all the things I did before!
Not only did she help heal my ankle, but she made my body as a whole feel stronger. Working as a dentist, I suffer from a lot of back, shoulder and neck pain. Through her pilates workouts, I now have better ergonomics and posture and I feel better when working on patients. Her training changed my life and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make meaningful health changes to their body and overall wellness!

Lizzy is the absolute best! I have worked out for years, and have never been able to engage my core properly. This lead to back issues and diastasis recti. Since working with Lizzy for the past several months my diastasis recti has improved significantly, and I have not had any back issues! I have recommended her to all my friends and family. I cannot say enough wonderful things.

Dr. Lizzy was my pelvic floor physical therapist. We worked together for over a year to help me heal from vaginismus- a sexual dysfunction I had been living with for over a decade. While I had tried other pelvic floor physical therapists, Lizzy was the first who I felt really listened to me and let me move through my healing with a sense of agency and self-determination. Together with my talk therapist we were able to overcome a history of trauma and abuse, and this spring I've been able to enjoy pain-free penetrative sex for the first time. I am forever grateful to Lizzy for her patience, her support, her kindness, her encouragement, and her understanding. Our work together truly changed my life, and I still regularly refer to all the resources and exercises she provided me. She's also a wonderful pilates instructor! I can't recommend her services more highly.

Lizzy has been helping me with urinary + bladder issues for the last couple months, and I can confidently say she has vastly improved my uncomfortable and painful symptoms. She is a great listener, and always takes her time to hear out my concerns and what I have to say. She's provided useful exercises, meditations, breathing techniques and loads of information that has allowed me to understand my body and it's root issues. She is such a calming presence and i always feel so safe when i see her to ask any wild question. If you're looking for a PT who specializes in Pelvic floor work, you've come to the right place!
