I have gone to this gym for around 3 years and I love it here! Super clean, great equipment, and friendly staff. Only issue is there are only 4 stairmasters which are often all taken and no sauna.

Standalone Pure Fitness is a decent gym. It's never too crowded in my opinion and the basics are all there. However I have to give it three stars mainly for two reasons the first is maintenance and upkeep. When machines, devices, etc are broken proud of water they say that way for quite some time. Bathroom toilet seat liners are never stocked, mainly showers not properly functioning and there's a like 15-minute limit on the Vitamin Water Station that didn't exist when I started. The second reason I recently had surgery and had been trying to pause my membership for 2 months now to no avail because the customer service is non-existent ( this is the second customer service issue I've had)

Do not sign a contract here unless you want to be signed up for life! They've rebranded recently and the only way to cancel your membership is through email, which they just ignore. This is despite all the claims on the website (and the contract itself) claiming you can cancel 'at any point' on their app.

When I first came to this gym, I couldn’t get in because I didn’t realize you have to sign up online first. Just a heads-up to anyone new — don’t waste your time showing up before registering. Once you sign up through their website or app, you’ll get a QR code that gives you access.

The gym itself is very spacious, clean, and has a good variety of machines. The showers are nice too. There’s not much staff around, but the one person I met was really friendly and helpful. Overall, once you figure out the entry process, it’s a great place to work out.

Impossible to cancel your subscription. They do not have a number to call. The gym staff will just point you toward emailing the support email. Support email does not response. They are based in the UK. They will keep draining your money and there's nothing you can do besides trying to get your credit card company to do a refund.
There is not other type of support if you runs into issues with your account or billing in any way.

I would give 6 stars if I could! There’s no gym in the area like Pure Fitness, and that’s all because of their trainers. Be it yoga, cycling, LBT, strength, or cardio - all of their classes are incredibly fun and effective. Their friendly trainers create a sense of community among fellow gym-goers. The space itself is also super convenient for different workouts, and the equipment is new, clean, and easy to use.

So I did the Hyrox class thinking " How bad can it be?"
This is coming from someone who has done CrossFit for 4+ years.....I haven't felt like this in a while. It was a comprehensive workout that hit EVERYTHING and included cardio. I like it, Meara is awesome and keeps you motivated. I will be back, this is firmly in my fitness wheelhouse. Leave your ego home.

Lemme preface this by saying I hate mornings… and I don’t particularly love gyms… but I love this gym! The staff is great… they cheer you on and make you feel good about being motivated. The classes leave room for improvement. There’s always room to use more weight, or increase your resistance. So it never gets easier. You get stronger. 115lbs down… and all the reasons to keep coming back to Pure!

I’ve been coming to Pure for 3 years next month and it’s a part of my daily life. Originally living near the gym, I now live near Pasadena and still make the drive to come here. This gym has an excellent variety of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. The community is easy to integrate into and fun to be a part of, with most people being quite friendly, contributing to a good sense of belonging. All of this for a reasonable monthly member fee. I highly recommend Pure, if I had any critique it’d be that I wish it were closer to my home!

PureFitness is a great community; a very comfortable and uplifting environment to work out in. There is an adequate variety of equipments and the space is always kept clean. The enter/exit pods may have technical difficulties at times but it has never been an issue for me. I think it would be a great feature if the app included announcements to keep members updated on anything new.

Don - He is very welcoming to everyone who enters/exits the gym. I’ve been at pure fitness for about 3 years now and ever since I started he has always kept the facility clean and safe. Outside of his due diligence he goes out his way to help me with my form on certain machines to ensure I’m exercising correctly. Whenever I go to Don with questions he is very open and knowledgeable. Amazing is an understatement! I’d choose pure fitness - Columbia every single time because of Don!
