I was looking for a serious place to train in the Canton area and PUSH511 is the real deal. No fluff, just solid programming and top-notch coaching for everything from group fitness to personal training. The coaches know their stuff and actually focus on your form for functional fitness and weightlifting, so you get results without getting injured.
It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or have been lifting for years, they'll push you to your limit in a good way. The community is solid, too. No egos, just good people who want to put in the work. I've gotten way stronger and seen better progress here than at any other gym. If you're serious about your fitness, check this place out. You won't be disappointed

PUSH511 Fitness is hands down the best CrossFit gym I’ve ever trained at! Having been to several CrossFit gyms over the years, I can confidently say that Ardyth and her team of coaches have cultivated something truly special. They’ve built an incredible community that welcomes all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, making everyone feel like they belong from day one.
Every coach brings knowledge, experience, and genuine care, ensuring that we train safely while still pushing our limits and they make it fun, too! I especially appreciate the ambassador program, which helps new members integrate seamlessly into the community. The gym offers great class times (even for my crazy schedule!), and the camaraderie here is something I can only compare to my 20 years of military service; a true team, always supporting each other.
A huge shoutout to Coach Andy, who trains my 12-year-old daughter. She walks out of every session with a smile on her face, excited to come back. Seeing that level of positivity and confidence grow in her has been amazing. I am truly thankful for that!

I had the pleasure of being a PUSH511 member for roughly 10 years. I'd remain a member if still in the area. Since moving, I've yet to find a CrossFit gym that made me and my family feel as welcomed, that had as strong of a community, or emphasized both before profits. I've tried three different CF gyms since the move and I'm beginning to believe there is no place like PUSH511.

What a place! I was nervous about finding a gym after moving since I had a solid CrossFit gym before I came to Baltimore. What a gem, this place is fantastic for everyone. It doesn't matter if you've been doing CrossFit for 10 years or 10 minutes, the coaches are wonderful people who will help your form and make fitness fun. Also the facility has all the toys and equipment you can dream of in the main gym and a 80s Rocky style basement gym if you want to work on your own programming or rehab. Sad to have moved away, but thank you for a magical year in Baltimore.

I’ve dropped into a couple CrossFit gyms in the Baltimore area and Push511 is my favorite. The owner, Ardyth, is kind, communicative, and welcoming. Their space is great- large gym area, multiple rigs with different height pull-up bars, clean bathrooms, easy to find location/ample parking, and plenty of equipment. Their members are super friendly, and their coaches are knowledgeable. I enjoyed my time at Push511, if I lived in Baltimore I would definitely be a member. Next time I visit, I will be back.

I have been to many boxes and classes across the country in my time, but what I appreciate most about my time here is the unparalleled commitment to welcoming everyone ( and their dogs) through their doors with encouragement, kindness, and fun. Being able to show up and have an efficient, energetic class at 0450 , or any of the dawn patrol hours, speaks volumes to the people that the gym attracts and the really stellar coaching staff. I have felt nothing but welcomed and stoked since attending this space; every one of the coaches are sincerely focused on the people in their class. There is also coffee - a gesture as warm as the cup of joy itself that awaits an early wake up with a great community in a challenging workout program.

I’ve been a member at PUSH for almost 5 years now and it’s consistently provided me with a crucial hour each day to unplug, do something healthy, and connect with the other members, many of whom I consider good friends. At the start of this year I became a new father and one of my fears was that I would no longer be able to continue to incorporate this part of my life as consistently has I had been.
My community at PUSH helped to eliminate those stresses. It felt as though they were sharing in the excitement of becoming a new dad! I would reliably be asked almost everyday I came in how things at home were progressing. The coaches and fellow members provided me encouragement to keep showing up when I was tired from the lack of sleep. I have even been able to bring my new son with me to some classes or open gym, which has helped me stay on track with workouts and of course introduce the baby to all my friends at the gym!

I have been doing Crossfit since 2015 in the midwest and when I moved to Baltimore, I tried a few crossfit spots trying to find a new home and my search ended with Push511. They are simply the best gym family you could ever hope for. The coaches are genuinely supportive and invested in *your* goals, growth, and overall fitness, health, and nutrition. Shout out to Push 511‘s amazing coaching staff and why I love CrossFit.
I couldn’t be more thankful for the personal training and support from Shannon and Andy over the last 8 months. Thanks to their great coaching skills to improve my strength, endurance and overall stamina, I recently enjoyed a two-week vacation in Europe. I was able to keep up with the daily walking tours of castles, churches and vineyards; rowed a belle batele (voga) boat through the canals of Venice and so much more.
At age 67 I returned to PUSH511 after about a 5year break, compounded by the pandemic. My primary goal was to improve my health and return to an active lifestyle as compared to the couch potato I had become. Shannon and Andy helped me achieve that goal and much more.
Throughout our Personal Training sessions, Shannon and Andy have worked around all my age-related aches and pains to create workouts that push me beyond my limits and keep me coming back for more. The workouts are so much more challenging and diverse than doing a routine circuit training at a regular gym.
Shannon and I discussed hitting a 225# deadlift. Well, that goal is in the history books, my 1 rep max dead lift is now 235# (new goal 250#).
It’s a long road ahead to get back where I was 5 years ago, but with the excellent support available at PUSH511 my only obstacle is me.

I joined PUSH 511 last month, right after moving to Baltimore! I’ve been to other CrossFit gyms before, so I could tell right away that Push511 is a very special one. Every workout is different and fun! to keep you engaged and motivated. The coaches do an amazing work, they really pay attention to correct your form, and make sure you have a safe and effective workout. My fitness pals here are wonderful! I specially enjoy the weekends, when we work out in teams of 2 or 3. On top of that, this is a dog friendly gym - so having them around makes my days much happier! 🐾🐾 🏋🏻♂️

I have never been comfortable in a gym or working with weights, but I wanted to give it a try. I signed up for personal training sessions and was paired with Andy. He was phenomenal! He helped me learn the basics of cross fit, and I always left the gym feeling way better than when I walked in. 100% empowering experience. Andy was incredibly flexible with session times and he patiently accommodated my busy schedule. I only wish I had started sooner. If you are new to cross fit or working out at in general, I highly recommend one on one sessions with Andy. I moved across the country, but wish I could still have those weekly sessions. As a person who has been all over the country I say with every fiber of my being GO TO THIS BOX! It is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The coaches want you to do well and lift well. However they don’t push weights they want your form to be great so you don’t get hurt. They make you feel welcome and part of the group from the moment you walk in. Everyone cheers you on and make you truly feel like you belong. I miss this box everyday since I moved. I hope to go back one day. Push has been the best decision I’ve made since moving to Baltimore. Mentally and physically I’ve seen so much improvement just within these past few months of joining. I was active and in sports all of my life up until college and then I sort of fell out of my norm. I’m now post college doing CrossFit and I feel so strong again! I’m doing lifts I never thought I would be able to do/ didn’t even know what they were. The coaches and members are so encouraging even if you are starting at ground zero like myself. They’ve made me feel great about my improvements and have even persuaded me to sign up for my first CrossFit Open. Something I really never thought I’d do! Having had less than stellar experiences previously, I was turned off to crossfit gyms for a while. Joined Push about 5 months ago and the difference has been night and day. Friendly coaches all with different backgrounds/strengths and a great community. There are plenty of class times to choose from and there’s an annex available for open gym whenever classes are in session. Wish we would’ve joined sooner!

I have been participating in Crossfit since 2010 and a member at PUSH511 since 2018. I have been to many boxes and Push511 hands down is the best enviroment I have ever experienced in a gym.
The programming is top notch and there are many accessory programs available. The coaches are knowledgeable and caring. The members quickly become family. The coffee is always flowing and there are always pups to pet. Ardyth, the owner, is very involved and makes sure she knows every member coming through the door. I highly recommend their online personal training. I had sustained a major injury while marathon training that left me unable to run for over 6 months. I was concerned about losing my fitness. Fortunately with the help of Shannon not only did I not gain any fat -- I put on muscle, my clothes fit better and I'm way stronger. No jar lid stands a chance against these hands now. :) The online option was great because Shannon was able to accommodate my ability/limitations and equipment. Very happy I made the investment! I'd recommend their online personal training to anyone.

I have been a member for over 2 years now. The coaches really care about the success and safety of the members and go above and beyond to help us improve and reach our goals. I've been a member of PUSH511 for the past 6 months, and it completely changed the way I see fitness and exercising. At regular gyms, you are just another member that goes there to use their facilities with your headphones on. At PUSH511, you are part of a whole fitness community: they care about your progress exercising, your nutrition, preventing injuries via warm-ups and stretches, social events, working on specific skills such as Olympic lifting, and much more. I'm about a year into Crossfit now with PUSH511 and I have completely 180'ed since joining. If you're looking for a gym that will both mentally and physically challenge you as well as provide you with all the support and coaching you need, then this is the place for you. As a recent graduate, going back to CrossFit was a very difficult financial decision, which I approached with caution and very high standards. I’ve been a part of this gym now for four months and my only regret is not having joined sooner. The coaching staff is above and beyond what I have seen at other gyms. I came in with a bad hip injury, and can proudly say that I fully recovered while getting more fit every week. (I’m down 2.8% body fat already!). The community is welcoming, diverse, engaged and genuine. The programing is phenomenal. The space is pretty perfect. Most importantly, we have the best dogs EVER. Couldn’t have asked for a better gym!!! Thank you PUSH!

In the last 5-ish years since I started doing Crossfit (on and off), PUSH 511 has been by far the best box I have been a member of. I was initially hesitant to join (with excuses ranging from finances to time commitment), but it may have been the best decision I made in 2018! Who knew I would end the year going 4-5x/week and looking forward to work outs?!
The coaches are super knowledgeable - really great at meeting you where you are in your athletic abilities while also making sure they push you. They do a great job of coaching through movements, warming up, and helping with modifying any movements if needed. Beyond the coaches, I love the PUSH community! Everyone is extremely welcoming to new faces and they are always a great source of encouragement during the WODs (and in life). They want you to be your best self!
Not only have I seen a lot of progress in my strength/ endurance/ gymnastic skills in the past 3-4 months since joining, but I have made some great friendships. Also, love love LOVE that the gym is female owned!
I would highly encourage any and all in the Baltimore area to come by and work out with the PUSH511 fam.

I love my gym!!! Huge huge HUGE plus to me is the welcoming dog community here. Almost every CrossFitter who is a member at push either brings their pup with them or has brought them in the past. To me, that was selling point number one. I bring my dog everywhere and the fact that she can come along with me every morning means A LOT to me. Selling point number two is the fact that they schedule happy hours every month at different bars around the city! Being an early WODer, it’s hard to get to know the later gym goers if you’re never in the same place at the same time! We love to workout but we also love to get a little weird! Selling point number three is the coaches. Every coach is awesome and extremely understanding of my sporadic inoperable limbs. More than one scaled example is always offered and encouraged. People (when I say people I mean those who think crossfit is a cult 🤦🏻♀️🙄🙄🙄🙄) often think CrossFit coaches force you and intimidate you to do things that will hurt you... I’ve NEVER felt that way here. EVER!
I literally dread the day that we move out of the city because leaving Push 511 will be the hardest part.

I have officially been a member of Push 511 since June 2018. I am a 68 year old female who loves this gym. I am by far the oldest member. I am treated exactly the same as all of the members. While I do not do the same weights as the younger members, I lift the weights that are appropriate for my abilities. Each workout of the day (WOD) is modified so I can use the same muscle groups as everyone else even though my weights are lighter. Push coaches are very skilled, knowledgable, and compassionate. I feel like I can accomplish things that others my age won't. I highly recommend this gym for everyone old or young. Come on in and check the gym out.

Coaches at Push are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They really break the movements down so anyone and everyone can participate. The members are also wonderful - everyone is very supportive, it’s a great community. Push will help you build confidence and friendships.

Starting CrossFit was something that I wanted to do, but was always somewhat intimidated by it. The coaches and all the athletes at the box have been supportive since day 1 and in the short time I've been here I can definitely see and feel results!

I've been coming here a little less than a year, and I have no intentions of stopping. I previously went to a couple of other places in another state, and found them lacking in their attention to form and overall sense of community. I'm consistently seeing improvements in myself at Push thanks to the fantastic feedback of the coaches. Even when a coach is their for their own workout, not leading a class, they might come over to give encouragement or a suggestion for improving form. I was really intimidated at first as a plus size person without a significant history of athleticism, but all of my fears have been shown to be unnecessary. This community welcomes and supports everyone. I recommend this place to anyone who is the least bit interested in CrossFit. Bonus: dog friendly and kids are not unwelcome.

Thanks for letting me workout with you guys today. It was a tremendous workout. Everyone was really helpful, positive and motivating. It was a great place to workout. I was new to crossfit and the coaches were patient and helpful.
