I’ve been going to ReachOn for about 10months now, 5 months by myself and then started partner training with my husband. Arianna, Jacob, and Elad are all great trainers. They give us tough and varied workouts every time and have been wonderful at accommodating and helping us work through a range of pre-existing injuries and issues (sciatic pain, postpartum pelvic strength, wrist issues etc). We love how much fitter and stronger we’ve gotten! Neither of us are really “gym people” so the challenging but not pressuring, and private atmosphere has been perfect. We also love the location and that they offer 45min sessions which is perfect for our schedule. Theyve been flexible on scheduling too which we appreciate. We’ve even recommended ReachOn to my MIL!

ReachOn Fitness has exactly what I needed - private workout space and phenomenal coach. Starting as a beginner in weight training, I found it more comfortable to learn the forms in a private gym. Typically in other gyms, workouts are limited sometimes due to other gym members using the equipment. At ReachOn Fitness, I’m able to focus on workouts that are tailored to my needs. Drawing upon his expertise in training, Elad is able to catch and correct the forms to make sure I don’t get injured. I always feel accomplished and energized coming out of the sessions. I've been working with Elad for the past several months and I highly recommend him.  I'm a long-time, seasoned exerciser but needed help mixing up my usual training routine.  Elad's coaching was exactly what I needed. I've been working out at ReachOn for about two years and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Exercise is great! If you're not regularly exercising and you're considering starting you should probably go for it (consult your doctor). One of the big reasons I started exercising was that my body felt prematurely old. I had frequent back pain and sciatica. I'd wake up with mystery pain from "sleeping wrong." Just making my body stronger has done tons to alleviate this.

Exercising with a personal trainer is great! I show up when I'm on the schedule and I do what the trainer says. It effectively outsources the knowledge needed for training as well as a big chunk of the personal motivation. If I were trying to do this all on my own I'd need to learn what exercises I should do, plan workouts with the right combinations, estimate what weight I should be using, and try to analyze my progress to tell if it's working. I'd need to force myself to go to the gym on days when I might not really feel like it. With a trainer involved instead I'm just keeping an appointment I already made. These factors have made for a very efficient and effective experience that was easy for me to stick with and make great progress.

Elad and ReachOn Fitness are great! Elad is a knowledgeable trainer and can prepare an exercise plan to help you meet your goals. If you're having pain or other difficulty with an exercise he can adjust the approach or fine tune it to fix the problem. He provides plenty of positive feedback while also relentlessly pushing you to progress. Working with Elad has been a great and rewarding experience for me.

I have been training with Elad and his methods have helped me gain and maintain core strength and also leg/thigh balance that was reduced by various lower body injuries. To add to it, I am gaining some upper body strength as well. Elad taught me useful techniques that I can apply on my own when not in training. That said, it really helps to have him correct some of the exercises while I am there. Elad has deep knowledge of both musculo-skeletal and cardio exercises and has also had experience recovering from injuries. I'm really glad I found this place. I mainly train with Elad, he has been a great. I have multiple joint issues but he is able to work around them, not everyone is willing to do that. He even arranged for me to work with another trainer while he was on vacation. The gym itself is small, but it's not an issue for me. If you're looking for lots of weight machines this wouldn't be the place for you.
