I am a physical therapist in the area, and I occasionally refer patients to personal trainers after they have finished their course of therapy. It can be hard to find trainers who have the knowledge base and skill set to effectively work with people who are recovering from an injury. Ryan is someone who I fully trust with my patients. He knows proper movement patterns from faulty movement patterns and knows how to make the appropriate modifications with a client who may have musculoskeletal issues in order for them to achieve whatever goals may be important to them. I have worked out with himself myself and really enjoyed the sessions.

Today I came for the free session to check out the place and join a session to see if I like and I loveeee that they offer that..! Ryan was super nice honest and helpful I explained to him about a knee injury I had and he told me all the right classes to sign up for... I was blown away about how affordable and amazing the prices was..!!!! Red run fitness is a blessing and heaven sent I been spreading the great news of my experience all day and I CANT WAIT to come again and be a regular..!! :-)

I am 56 year old who has always stayed in shape until the past few hrs. I see Brad who is my personal trainer. He is great, is unintimidating, fun and doesn't push too hard. I'm already seeing the results after 6 wks and am not going to stop. You'll never regret itπŸ˜‰πŸ˜Ž

I am 58 years old, love to golf and overall not in bad shape. I was referred to Ryan from the pro at my club who was also working out with him. My concern was that I have been losing distance on all my clubs and especially my driver. My average drive was in the 180 to 200 yard range. Occasionally I would hit a drive close to 225 yards but that was not the norm. Ryan worked to improve my balance, strength, and flexibility. As the summer has gone on, my drives have improved immensely. I have gained on average 30 to 40 yards off the tee and hit some tee shots in the 250 to 260 yard range. The distance on the rest of my clubs have also improved. It is much more fun to be one of the longer "old" guys off the tee rather than one of the shortest hitters. While I cannot attribute all of the improvement to Ryan as I have taken some lessons and practiced, I can promise I would not be hitting the ball near as far without his help. Previous lessons over the years never increased my distance to any large degree. I believe every golfer that wants to improve their game would benefit from his teachings. While I don't like going to the gym, I have to admit the workouts have made me feel better so my plan is to continue throughout the winter. I usually go to see Ryan twice a week for 30 minute sessions and work out at home the other days. I hope that next spring, I will be hitting the ball even further! Ken Steinbach
