We are the leading personal training studio in Severna Park, Millersville, Odenton, Severn, Pasadena, Crownsville, and surrounding areas. We focus on personalized fitness, giving you great attention in a supportive environment (no groups).

We're not a traditional gym. Our clients have scheduled sessions with Certified Personal Trainers during each visit. Our trainers have experience working in a physical therapy setting, allowing us to create custom workouts for those with injuries or medical conditions.

Love Repke Fitness. Spent years in physical therapy for various injuries and needed a trainer that would make sure I was working out safely. Been working with Darius for over two months and he is great. They all are. They ask at the next session how you felt last time so they can progress you safely but there are also people here using them for some hardcore training. They can do it all. The TLDR version: Repke Fitness is awesome, and I cannot recommend them enough!

I came to Repke Fitness looking to generally improve my health, strength, and stamina after spending too many years waiting for motivation. 6 months in, I’m down 33 lbs, have definitely increased my strength/overall stamina (though it doesn’t always feel like it in the middle of cardio set), I generally just feel much better…and I no longer have to tape up my knee for support.

Having scheduled, pre-planned workouts has been the best thing for me – even if I don’t feel like working out, I’m going to! Accountability is really something I needed, personally.

I’ve worked with all the trainers and I really enjoy the different techniques, style, personality, motivation, and (sometimes!) even the extra challenges they bring to a session. The plans are created for each client, not just cookie cutter, and take into account any injuries or issues, and they always have a modification available, if needed. The gym is always clean, the equipment is in good condition, everyone is welcoming (even the other clients), and it has just been a fantastic experience overall.

Sara is simply the best! I’ve been training at Repke fitness for about 5 years now and I absolutely love it there. Sara is my favorite but I also like training with the other trainers as well. The vibe is on point there and everyone has a trainer and you don’t feel self conscious which matters to me a lot. The Best Investment I’ve Made for My Health

Let me tell you something - two years ago, I looked around at the treadmill, the bench, the dusty dumbbells in my home gym, and thought… I gotta do more. I’d already dropped a good bit of weight just by walking and cleaning up my diet. But as I was staring down 50, I knew it was time to level up.

Enter Sara and Repke Fitness.

From day one, she took everything into account - my shoulder felt like it was hanging on by a thread (I’m a drummer, so yeah… years of wear and tear). She didn’t just throw random workouts at me. She was dialed in. Every move had a purpose. The shoulder pain? Gone.

And when I recently tweaked my elbow, she didn’t skip a beat - just adjusted things and gave me a few targeted exercises and stretches that actually worked. Pain’s gone (mostly), and I’m back to playing drums and training like I was.

Now here’s the kicker - she pushes me in ways I would never push myself. And I mean that in the best way. Her workouts walk that fine line of “I can’t do this” and “I can’t believe I just did that.” They’re strategic, they’re deceptively tough, and they work.

I’ve put on real muscle. My endurance is up. And I had to upgrade my dumbbells because the 35s were too easy - never thought I’d be that guy, but here we are.

I joke that Sara's the “mean gym lady,” but the truth is, she’s anything but. She's equal parts tough, hilarious, supportive, and genuinely fun to work with.

My wife even jumped in on the fun - after a hip replacement and multiple back surgeries. That should tell you something. And now we both train with Repke Fitness, and we’re better for it.

I have been training at Repke for more than a year now. I started my search for a trainer because I had a pinched nerve injury that prevented me from working out for weeks at a time. Each time I started working out again between 4-6 weeks I would have a re-injury and the cycle would start all over again, as I would have to stop working out and wait for it to heal. My goal initially was to get my injury area strong so I wouldn’t be in this vicious cycle over and over again. I have now been working out over a year - injury free. I have now progressed to a point where my goal is to now to be stronger & fitter than I have been in years. All of the trainers are great - there isn’t one I wouldn’t recommend. If you are willing to give them your goals and follow their lead - you will get the results you are looking for!

I came here with no knowledge of fitness and came out with a strong foundation for exercise. When my husband started training with Repke Fitness, I saw how much he was enjoying it and the results he was getting - but I wasn’t sure it was something I could do, especially after a hip replacement just 2 months earlier and having major back issues (bending over wasn't easy). But after encouragement from my husband, I decided to give it a try... and I’m so glad I did.

It’s been about a year and a half since I started training, and I’ve lost 60 pounds and gained more strength than I ever imagined. When I first started, I was doing very therapeutic exercises and using lighter weights. Fast forward to today - I’m lifting 20+ pounds, doing commandos, mountain climbers, bench step-ups and moving with ease!

I have worked with Sara primarily and she is incredible. She makes every workout fun (she's got jokes!), but she also knows exactly how to challenge me in a safe, smart way. Her knowledge and ability to adapt my workouts - especially given my past hip and back issues, plus fracturing my foot last year - is beyond impressive. I never thought I’d be complimented on my shoulder definition in my 50s, but here we are!

I love this place! Let me start out by saying, the community at Repke Fitness is truly one-of-a-kind! I started working out here only 6 months ago and deal with chronic pain daily and the tariners have been simply amazing, they listen, they're encouraging and provide lots of exercise modifications for mt limitations. Today they had a fun community event called the Repke Summer Games 2025 and had an amazing time connecting with other clients and feeling the positive energy. I was hesitant in attending due to my limitations but I'm so glad I attended because it was a blast and they had plenty of fun exercises even for someone like me to do. Repke Fitness is definitely the best personal training facility in the Anne Arundel County, Severna Park and Millersville area. If you’re looking for top-notch trainers and a welcoming environment, this is the place to be! It's not a gym, the environment is so welcoming and I love that everyone who's there is also training with their own personal trainers so I no longer feel self conscious or like I'm being watched. Finding Repke Fitness has been a godsend. While trying to recover my strength and fitness level following a long period of inactivity while recovering from a hip stress fracture, I was frustrated by the lack of progress and consistency from my health plan’s PT department. As soon as I reached out to Louben and heard back, I knew Repke Fitness was right for me. My workouts are tailored to my exact needs, and the few months I have spent training with them have really borne fruit. My strength, flexibility, and ROM have all improved to almost 100%, and I feel confident that I will be in the best shape possible as I face hip replacement surgery in a couple of months. When I do arrive with some soreness or when my arthritis symptoms are flaring up, I always leave after a workout, feeling relief. Repke Fitness is my feel-good place.
The facilities are impeccably clean, bright, and airy. All the trainers are great at what they do—they are professional, highly knowledgeable, and are able to relate wonderfully to a wide range of clientele, who are of many different ages and physical abilities, with different personal goals. The atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly, and non-judgmental. The trainers make you feel that you have a steadfast, caring partner in your own journey of health and well-being.
I feel very lucky to have worked the most with Darius. He listens to my feedback, is always on the lookout for my safety, ensures that I am doing the exercises correctly to ensure their effectiveness, and is a terrific human being. When I lamented that my medical team was ignoring a number of my complaints, Darius and Louben listened and tailored new exercises which addressed those specific symptoms, resulting in a great improvement.
Over time, I have enjoyed getting to know Darius as a person—his own story is one to be admired and be inspired by.
ALL of the trainers are great people—each has a personal story of their own. Their own goals, successes, and aspirations make each one—Louben, Sara, Noah, and Darius—the excellent personal trainers that they are. Their professionalism, caring attitude, personable natures, and their own success stories are what keep me motivated and fully convinced that Repke Fitness is where I can best achieve my fitness goals. I've been a client of Repke for about 10 months. I'm so thankful that I chose Repke Fitness to help me get back in shape. At 55, I noticed that I was losing strength pretty rapidly and I needed help. But I was reluctant to go to a trainer due to a bad experience with another trainer who disregarded my old injuries and consistently expected me to push through when I told them that something was painful.

That doesn't happen at Repke. They are conscientious about respecting my old injuries and are always willing to find a modification that lets me accomplish the same goal without pushing something that shouldn't be pushed.

I’ve used many workout apps over the last 10-15 years as I am a person who needs a regime. I cannot be left to my own devices in a gym or else I’ll be in there for hours with no idea what to do. I really enjoy the structure this app offers and how it works seamlessly with the Apple Watch. It took me a workout or two to get used to the workings between the two but after I did, it’s been very nice. An abundance of variety when choosing what workouts fit best with your goals. It tracks your steps, calorie intake, nutrition goals, body mass, and you can track progress photos which is huge for me. Louben and his wife Sarah are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to what exercises can be tailored to your specific needs or if you’d like a detailed regime like myself, they offer personal training packages. Whether it’s doing your own thing, or achieving a goal, it’s all in this app included instead of having multiple different apps. Can’t recommend it enough.

Love this place. I’ve always been intimidated by gyms and gym culture, but I decided to give Repke a try due to their many good reviews (and how close by I live). It’s been a great experience! With retirement approaching I was very concerned about how much my body had deteriorated, to the point I had a hard time getting out of chairs and climbing stairs. I wanted to be able to enjoy my retirement! I started with Repke Fitness in October. They tailor my workouts, always considering how my injuries constrain me, and are great at explaining how to do each exercise. The atmosphere is always upbeat, the trainers have a positive attitude and they’re always encouraging me to do more when I can, but are careful to make sure I don’t overdo. I’ve noticed how they always seem to know which methods of encouragement to use with each customer. They’ve all been great!

I’m now able to hop up out of my chair, ‘run’ downstairs with loads of laundry, take the stairs at work without huffing and puffing. My dog likes that we can now go on walks again, and that I can play tug-of-war easily with her, despite her 60 pounds of enthusiasm. I’m picking up heavy bags of soil for the garden with ease. I’ve really noticed a difference in my overall physical and mental health.

In addition to the on-site workouts, Repke Fitness utilizes the Trainerize app to document those workouts and to provide additional workouts I can do on my own at home or the gym. They even hold activities outside of the gym – right now they’re doing twice weekly meet ups at local parks for walk/jog/run get togethers, in preparation for a 10K in April (with no requirement to actually do the race, thank goodness!). I’ve used personal trainers in the (distant) past, but Repke Fitness surpasses those experiences by leaps and bounds. No matter your age or physical ability, I highly recommend that you try Repke Fitness.

When I started almost 6 months ago, I had a very week left arm from wrist surgery a few years ago and chronic back pain from a herniated disk that I have had for several years now and have not been able to get fully recovered from and have had pain every day. The staff here has done wonders to build me back up and I can’t remember the last time that my back has bothered me. I have my stamina back. I’m a physical therapist and when I was looking for a great place to send my parents (85 and 89 years old) for a safe but appropriately rigorous training program, I was delighted to discover Repke Fitness. My parents have been training with Louben and his team for over two months now and I’m seeing very promising results in balance, strength and functionality. I am very pleased with their progress, (given their advanced age), and the fact that Repke Fitness has helped them accomplish that safely.

My wife and I began going to Repke Fitness about 3 months ago after they were recommended to my wife by her physical therapist as a way for her to continue her physical therapy and to incorporate some overall health and physical training as well. I had not worked out in any steady capacity in about 17 years, and for years I could feel my overall body strength and cardio capacity was low, so I decided to join her.

We each had initial assessment meetings with Louben, and afterwards we both felt we could benefit from working out with a personal trainer that, based on our current physical condition, would structure an exercise program, and monitor our progress to help us improve our overall health.

My wife and I do not have the same daily work schedules and our weekly availability to work out sometimes change from week to week as well. Repke Fitness works with each client to accommodate schedules when possible. This was also a big positive factor in our decision to work with Repke Fitness.

I've lost 45 lbs and dropped from 37% body fat to 23% body fat. And, these are only a fraction of the achievements Louben, Sara, Rob and Brian have helped me to accomplish during my time at Repke. I walked in with 1 goal, a weight loss goal of 40 lbs. Even though I obtained that original goal, my goal matured over time under their education and guidance. It's no longer about achieving an ideal number on the scale, but about reducing body fat, improving health and tackling physical feats that I never thought I could. Going to Repke Fitness will not guarantee that you will lose weight or become physically fit. YOU play the biggest role in making that happen. Louben, Sara, and Rob will all tell you that, too. However, once you commit to such goals, Repke fitness will provide all the tools necessary to help in those endeavors. The staff are experts in physical fitness training. They know what it takes to help motivated clients improve their lifestyle. They're not about getting in your face and pressuring you. On the contrary, they are about teaching, encouraging, and motivating their clients. No one session is ever the same. The workouts are thought-out and tailored to meet the goals of each individual. They will monitor your eating habits and provide support for those who struggle with food--like so many of us do. If you make the effort and follow their advice, I believe your entire well-being will improve significantly. Don't get me wrong, they will make you sweat and you will have to work, but the rewards are so worth it. Keep in mind, you are working directly with the trainer each time. They will generally have another client overlap your session, but it is essentially one-on-one training--they call it semi-private. That's what separates Repke from other places, in my opinion--their personal involvement with their clients. They told me if I did things properly, I should lose about 2 pounds per week. Well, I was 237 pounds 22 weeks ago, and I'm now down to 195 pounds--and I'm not stopping there. Do not get discouraged if you fail to get the results that I did. This is a process and those who stay within it are bound for success. If you really want to lead a more healthy and fit lifestyle, but maybe need some directive, Repke Fitness is the place to go. I'm glad I made that decision for myself!!

In 2014, I decided to begin my journey to better health. As a Registered Nurse who was born with a congenital heart defect, when I began to look for trainers around this time, I knew I wanted to work with someone who was not only highly experienced in personal training, but someone who would make me feel safe since I was starting something new. When I researched Repke Fitness, I was so impressed by what I was reading (including the fact that Louben is a Registered Nurse as well!), that I decided to take the leap. After 10 training sessions with Louben, I began to gain confidence in working out/lifting, an understanding for body mechanics, and how to continue to push myself while seeing notable changes in my body and mind. Fast forward to 4 years later. In 2018, although I was living a bit farther away from Repke Fitness, I knew I wanted to continue to push my fitness goals and without a doubt, decided to return for another 10 sessions. When I messaged Louben, he was nothing but excited to welcome me back with open arms with the addition of a few new trainers! When I came in for my first consultation this time around, I met with Louben and a new trainer, Rob Habib. Rob from the start was excited, willing, and ready to help me achieve and realize my fitness goals. As someone who is trying to gain weight and muscle, Rob helped tailor a plan for me to reach my calorie goals and helped me to understand how to gain muscle in a healthy way over time with correct lifting techniques. Within a few sessions, I was already able to push past my goals and to set new goals that I am continuing to work on. His expertise in personal training is evident and his willingness to explain and recommend information has been beyond useful as I continue on my journey. On two occasions, I was also able to work with trainer Sara Heilman. Sara pushed me in different ways and helped me to see things from a different perspective. While each trainer’s workout style varies, they are all here to share their expert knowledge, push you in a safe and effective way, all while helping you to realize how far you can go! Since 2014, Louben’s business has increasingly grown, which has been such an incredible thing to see. Louben and his staff have helped so many people to achieve their goals/understand that there are no limits to what clients can achieve, which is truly powerful. I have congestive heart failure. I began training at Repke Fitness because I was not getting the results I wanted from going to the gym on my own. I've been going to Repke Fitness for a few months now and have already noticed a difference in my strength. Most of the exercises I have never done before and each workout is different so your body will not get used to the same routine. Repke Fitness has a good atmosphere and the semi-private training sessions allow every workout to be tailored to your specific goals. Considering Repke fitness but unsure if a personal trainer is right for you?That's where I was five months ago. I knew I wanted to lose weight. I was motivated I had never considered working with a personal trainer before finding Repke Fitness. After reading the many other great reviews, I figured I'd give it a shot. After all, what did I have to lose? Other than the weight.

In the past, I had found gyms to be intimidating. I didn't know how to properly use many of the machines or even where to start. This is definitely not the case at Repke Fitness. Louben and his staff are all very personable and do a great job in making you feel welcome. They welcome questions and do an excellent job in demonstrating the various exercises and ensuring I have proper form. They are extremely engaged in my progress and goals, making it feel like a team effort. The clientele is friendly as well, making the atmosphere anything but intimidating.

I've worked with three of the trainers here so far; Louben, Sara and Rob. Each has a different style, and I've come to appreciate the variety of their approaches. Working with different trainers has allowed me to pick up on pointers from each of them. Regardless of who I work with, they come prepared and are informed about my last session. The hour long training sessions are consistently challenging - they'll really push you, but in a way that keeps it engaging. The hour usually flies by, leaving me excited about my progress and eager to return.

Outside of the time spent in training, Repke Fitness does an excellent job staining engaged with me throughout the week. I receive feedback on my MyFitnessApp logs, which helps keep me focused on ensuring they are up to date. They also check in regarding my previous sessions, asking how I feel the day after. The appointment notification system is very professional, sending me an email two days prior to my next session as a reminder. And in the event of a change in scheduling, Louben has been very flexible and easy to work with.

That was a lot of glowing praise, but this place deserves it. If you already know you want a personal trainer in the area this is a no brainer. Give Louben a call. Back in July, I had already lost 50 pounds through making changes in my diet; however, I wanted to not only lose weight but be healthy as well. This would include incorporating movement and activity. Every session is individualized for you depending on your goals and/or limitations. Also, before every session the trainer will ask if there is anything specific you would like to work on that day and they always follow up with you after your workout to see how you are feeling. Sara helped keep my eating on track with the My Fitness Pal app and was always available to answer questions. I made a weight loss goal for myself and I reached that goal 2 days before my wedding- wohoo! I would not have reached my goal and felt so amazing on my wedding day without the wonderful trainers at Repke! Over the past few years I had considered using a personal trainer for strength training, but I had this vision of busy gyms with trainers who pushed too hard. I finally decided to try Repke Fitness based on my daughter’s positive experience and weight loss progress. As soon as I walked in, I knew Repke was nothing like my stereotype. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the trainers are all very positive and encouraging, and the clients seem to be enjoying themselves. The studio is well equipped and immaculate, and unlike a gym there are usually no more than 6 people working so you always feel that you have your own space.

I train mainly with Rob and he always starts the session asking how I am feeling, how I did after the last session, and then asks what I would like to work on for the session, giving me the opportunity to personalize my training. Rob really cares about his clients and goes out of his way to send follow-up emails to see how I am feeling, or to congratulate me on a good session. With an endless set of exercises, Rob makes each session unique and keeps things interesting and fun. He works with me to set goals and provides the right level of challenge to help me achieve them. When I asked for help in working out on my own, Louben provided detailed exercise sheets and then came to my house and helped develop a workout plan based on the equipment that I had.

I have been training at Repke for almost a year now, and while I have measurable achievements such as the number of pullups and chin-ups that I can now do, more important are the changes that I have seen in my everyday activities. After only a few sessions, I remember walking down the hall and realizing how much straighter I was standing. On a recent vacation, we did a lot of walking and even when carrying my luggage, I never got tired which is an incredible testament to the strength that I have gained over the past year. Based on the results that I was seeing, I encouraged my husband to try Repke and now we are a happy and much healthier Repke Fitness family!

I came to Repke Fitness in late January 2018 after feeling sluggish and overweight for far too many years. I quickly found the atmosphere the Repke team creates to be warm, inviting, fun, and most importantly welcoming. I started with Repke Fitness about a year and a half ago and after having my son at the later age of 39, I knew I would be blessed with some major changes to my body that I wasn't use to and it would be harder than ever to get back into anything that resembled "fit" for me. Having always been active and in shape, not to mention having the flexibility and time to work out in the past, I knew that would not be the case as a new mom going back to work. My gym membership was not getting used consistently because I didn't have the accountability or the diversity in workouts, exercises or classes to push me hard enough to see results or motivate me enough to keep me going consistently. AWESOME! It's been about a year since I've started focusing on not just losing weight, but getting back into being fit. Not only have I lost about 65 pounds, but I feel a lot stronger and according to the doctor I'm very healthy now.

Sure, you could just go to the gym. But having a personal trainer creates accountability, ensures that you are doing the movements correctly, won’t get hurt, and having creative workouts. For the best results, I encourage everyone to track their food. Repke will look at your food logs and give suggestions and comments. They will even help with a meal plan that works for you. Now you have accountability on your food intake, not just your workouts. Also I’m a data nerd, so I love that they are constantly tracking you. Not only weighing in, but body measurements and before-and-after photos.

The trainers are great, very knowledgeable, professional but personable, and act as a team. The other clients are friendly. The facility is always clean and inviting. The scheduling is very facilitating. The payments are great, you are not locked into anything.

So glad I found these Repke Fitness! For the last 5 years I have been dealing with a chronic condition that has reduced my activity levels to that of a sloth. Last year I challenged myself to lose 40lbs by my next birthday. I gave myself a year, but procrastinated until 5/17. That’s when I joined Repke Fitness. I didn’t think that I would make it by the February date, but when I stepped on the scale on 2/2, to my amazement I reached my goal. I am a 73 year old man with border-line ailments that come with that age when you're out of shape. I came in to see Louben weighing a hefty 278 pounds. I had been told by my doctor to lose weight but what actually brought me in was that I had been casted to play King Lear on Stage. Now, I had never been in the play but I did know that the King had to walk in at the end of the play carrying his dead, young daughter and I was having trouble lifting my own legs, let alone an actress. So to say I was motivated is an understatement. But, what I found was much, much more than what I looked for. I was looking just to "tone up" but what I needed was to shape up! Louben, Rob and Sarah are shaping me up beyond my wildest dreams. This is an intimate but very well stocked and organized workout space which allows each trainer time to focus on you. They give the impression that they are not watching you so as to make you comfortable but their eagle eyes are never off. they are watching to see if you are suffering and if you are working the right muscle groups. THEY ARE GOOD! It took me a while to begin losing weight because my table-push-away-muscles between my ears were the weakest of all. but after their gentle prodding I finally got going and lost 20 pounds quickly. But the greatest thing is that I was having the aging problems with walking up steps and stairs which have been eliminated. Now I take stairs like a young whipper-snapper. I am delighted with my strength and endurance progress the most. This is the progress that has made me think strongly about bodybuilding. I started with Repke Fitness February of this year and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. After taking some time to research trainers online, I decided to reach out to a few places. Louben was very quick to respond to my inquiry and eager to accommodate my schedule. Within the week I had arrived for my initial, "free" consult and workout. I was essentially at one of the lowest points in my life when I came to Repke. After suffering 3 major losses in a period of 6 mths, I was suffering from some depression. I have a history of back issues and wrist issues. I was extremely sedentary and I had reached my highest recorded weight. As age 40 was quickly approaching, I was on medication for Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. Definitely not my finest moment. In just 4 months I have lost 20lbs. I can see definition in my muscles. I have increased my flexibility and cardio endurance. And the best part of all, is that I have reduced my A1C and cholesterol to a normal range. As a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP), I know how important daily exercise and physical health impacts my life as well as the lives of my patients. I was looking to work on my own personal health goals and I searched various gyms and personal trainers in Severna Park, Pasadena and Millersville area. It was important for me to find one that could offer me individualized training, as I have a repetitive injury to my left hip (having surgery a few years ago) and it requires careful attention. After 30 years in the Army I have a bulging disk in my back, have a new ACL, and have arthritis in both knees. I was looking for a new way to work out and burn calories that didn't involve long distance running, which has been my exercise method of choice for almost 40 years. Sarah and Louben have helped me lose weight, gain strength, and feel better. I like the fact that the routine is not just moving from machine to machine. The exercises are practical, involving weights, medicine balls, aerobic exercise, the ropes, variations on push up sand sit ups, and other things that are related to everyday activities. My goal was to lose four inches off my waist, lose 40 pounds, and be able to do eight pull-ups. I gained all that weight after tearing my ACL twice and not being able to exercise hard for almost a year, between the injury, waiting for the surgery, and the physical therapy. After eight months with Repke Fitness, I am half way to my goals. I even lost a pound while on a one-week vacation overseas last week!

I have been training for over 13 years and Repke fitness is by far the best training facility I have yet to come across in my life.
Moving from NYC I was so very worried I would not find the level I had grown accustomed to in training. The truth is I found a higher level at Repke fitness. Louben and Sara are true professionals at their craft. They set a training schedule that is custom to you as a client. My wife and I have been going to Repke Fitness since February 15. In these short four months, we have combined to loose just over 40 lbs. Louben and Sara are fantastic trainers for both of us because of their willingness to listen to our individual goals, plan our workouts accordingly and encourage each individuals progress. Our workouts are challenging and fun. We leave each session knowing we are getting the most out of the day, but anticipating our next trip to Repke Fitness looking for new challenges.

Our fitness has improved so much that we have really seen the difference in stamina, strength, overall health not to mention our clothing fits much better ( had to get NEW bathing suits for the beach !!! ). Sara's counseling on food selection and monitoring has been a great help for our diets if you want to call it a diet. Just really learning to eat in moderation, while making a little adjustment in food selection has helped a lot. Best trainers I have ever had. Prior to coming to Repke Fitness, I was at a chain fitness center with training sessions. I felt cheated every time I left those training sessions. With Repke Fitness I get the best workouts I have ever gotten. So I started out almost 2 months ago. I've lost a little over 10lbs so far! :) I love Sara and Louben, both make you sweat every session! They are definitely motivators, they don't let you stop they keep pushing you because they know you can do more even if you think you can't. Also, they stay on top of you and guide you to what you should and should not be eating. They don't sugar coat anything, as long as you do what they say and come to every session and try your hardest you'll see results. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I started going to Repke Fitness because I had severe knee pain. I felt if I could strengthen, it would ease the pressure in my knee and reduce the pain I experienced daily. I walked in for my first session with a knee brace on each leg. Repke Fitness helped me transform my life for the better. I signed up and started training with Louben and then both Louben and Sara. They really knew their stuff, and they know how to kick your butt in a safe manner. Prior to training with them, I battled chronic back pain. I had constant lower back pain and was afraid to start training. However, knowing Louben's background as a nurse and work in the physical therapy field, I decided to give it a shot!

To date, I have lost 70 pounds at Repke Fitness and I feel GREAT! My back pain is gone and I can finally do things I used to love to do - going bowling, running, etc. I could not thank Sara and Louben enough for their help.

Repke Fitness doesn't believe in diets, they preach lifestyle changes. Growing up, I was always about doing a diet for a couple of months and I would lose a lot of weight but then gain it back. But Sara and Louben were against that and helped me get away from that. Instead they helped me eat better and make better and more realistic lifestyle choices.

What I loved most about Repke Fitness, aside from the training, is the fact that I knew they would "fire" me as a client if I was not serious or was not doing my part. Knowing that fact motivated me and kept me going. I had a trainer at LA Fitness and used to go through the motion there but never lost any weight and they just kept charging me regardless of progress.

At Repke Fitness, right away I started losing weight because they focused on my nutrition. In addition, they rewarded me by giving me FREE sessions for losing weight, tracking my logs, and making progress. I love the recognition that Louben and Sara give me. They raised my confidence because I could see that they believed in me and that made me believe in myself even more.

I could not be more grateful for all of the help that I received. I would recommend Repke Fitness to ANYONE who is serious about making a lifestyle change. If you are not serious then do not go there, they will fire you. However, if you are serious and want someone to hold you accountable and want to achieve results there is no better place to go. Growing up I was tiny and could barely put on weight. Before joining the military I worked with Louben to help whip me into shape and get me ready for boot camp. It was the best thing that I could have done! Before training with him I was able to do about 10 push ups, I was not able to do any pull ups or run too far. I was skinny, but out of shape.

However, after training at Repke Fitness for 2 months. I was able to do over 40 push ups with in a minute. 11 good pull ups, and run 1.5 miles in 11 minutes and 40 seconds. Something I could have never imagine I would be able to do!

It was TOUGH, but well worth it. Every day I got my butt kicked but come boot camp I WAS READY! I put on a solid 10 pounds of muscle within those two months. I'm forever grateful to Repke Fitness and their trainers. I would recommend them to any one who's looking to lose weight or weight gain. Especially those who are looking to go into Law Enforcement or the Military. Whenever I am back in Maryland I stop by to get a fitness session. Best fitness studio hands down, private setting and highly educated personal trainers.

You get a superb trainer, a registered nurse and someone with experience in the physical therapy field, all in one place. Train at Repke Fitness because you won't regret it. In June, after maxing out at 260 pounds, years of struggling with weight loss, and overall unhealthy lifestyle I decided it was time to commit to change. I was in the military for eight years and got out with a back injury. I experienced constant pain, making it hard to stick with any fitness plan. Sara has pushed and motivated me beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. I leave her training sessions every time feeling like I got the most out of my workout. As an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner, I am taking care of patients all day long who are struggling with diabetes, weight and other endocrine disorders. A lot of my patient visits revolve around the importance of daily exercise and diet modifications. At the end of the day, I found myself to face the biggest struggle, adhering to what I teach my patients, myself. I am normally a thin person by body type, but that did not make me fit or healthy. After signing up with Repke Fitness I have made fitness and health at the top of my priority list, not just my patients. He is an excellent trainer. He works with my weaknesses, and goals, and tries to create the best fitness plan for me. He is not just a "gym buff" who may not know the proper body mechanics when it comes to strength training. He knows how the body works, and how to achieve results while maintaining safety. My husband and I have been working out with Louben for almost 3 years now. We have a daughter with cerebral palsy in a wheelchair who needs to be lifted quite a bit. We had just turned 50 and started noticing it was getting harder and harder to lift our daughter. We started working out together and our daughter would watch tv while waiting for us to finish. One day Louben decided to see what she could do, now the 3 of us work out together. She is very proud of what she has accomplished and loves to tell everyone she can do bicep curls with 6lb weights. I started working with Louben Repke the first of June, I was in my mid fifties and physically out of shape since I was in my early 20's. He started working with me slowly but pushing me when he know I could do more. In a short time I was feeling better about myself and starting to notice changes to my body in addition to losing some much needed weight and I became hooked. I just returned from a short vacation where for the first time in a long time I felt comfortable enough to go on the beach without a shirt.
The crowning glory was when my wife told me that all the hard work and time was worth it, she wasn't one of my biggest supports at first but is now as happy with the results as I am.
