It’s says they’re still open for business on Google, but this place is confirmed permanently closed as of 07 February, 2025. Might have closed sooner, but it’s definitely closed now.

As someone who is almost co tinupusly traveling for work, this is an oasis in the desert. Brittney was welcoming and had me signed in and shown around quickly so I could get right to my workout. Dont expect rows and rows of machines etc. This is just the necessary equipment to get a good workout in. Think of it as the gym at your hotel on steroids (not literally. Calm down.) Bikes, treadmills, elliptical, dumbells, dip rack etc. The shower after was heaven. If I'm ever back this way and have the time, count on me visiting again.

Excellent idea, we DESPERATELY need one of these in the other terminal! Please bring this to the A/B concourse (aka the SWA terminal)

I would recommend this gym because the customer service and all the gym equipment are nice. Also the whole experience is 10/10 I wish there were more roam fitness in other airports

Having a gym in the airport is incredible! Working out between flights was a great use of time, and having the shower facilities allowed me to board my next flight refreshed. This gym had thought of (almost) everything: on top of cardio equipment, a hydrow rowing machine, and dumbbells, there were freshly laundered workout clothes available for those who need it, lockers with outlets for charging devices while working out, and nice showers stocked with all the amenities you'd expect.
Seemingly the only thing they didn't think of was a chair for the receptionist. Rather than being behind the desk, she was sitting in a chair for the closest gate. This led to me milling about for a few minutes trying to understand how to pay for gym access before she realized there were potential customers. I expect if management offers a comfortable work environment for their employees, they'll drive even more business (though I appreciated it being empty for me!).

The person at the front desk was so helpful, kind and informative. The space was clean and organized, and had everything my partner and I could have needed to get a workout in on our long layover. The check in process was quick, our belongings were safe in visible lockers, the shower rooms had toiletries and nice towels. Overall, this was an excellent experience for the price! Also free samples and water!

Can’t explain how happy it made me to see a gym was in an airport! Didn’t get my workout in yet today and was able to kill some time and get it in due to a delayed flight. Super friendly staff, small but has everything you need, clean, nice showers towels etc. If you have time to get a workout in, don’t hesitate for one second!

Awesome concept and great facility. Basic gym equipment in a smaller space, spacious and comfortable showers. They provide clothing (tshirt, shorts, shoes), water and lockers at an affordable price. Well worth the visit if you got the time, especially after a long flight or if you have a transfer. Beats doing pretty much anything else at the airport!

This place is amazing. They have everything you might need included in the cost, from gym shoes to sports bras. there is a large variety of equipment. They supply all toiletries, even mouthwash, razors, a variety of hair products, etc.. I would plan all of my layovers through BWI, just to use ROAM Fitness.

Fabulous experience! I had a long wait for my flight and really wanted to work out but I didn't have the right clothes, shoes etc. They have everything you need and a nice variety of equipment and free weights. Had a fabulous workout and a great shower so that my airplane seat mates weren't grossed out, lol.
Taylor was the host and she was very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come back next time I go through BWI!!!

What a gem to find a fitness center in the airport. While I do wish there was an easier way to get from the A,B, and C gates to the D,E side, it wasn't too big a hassle. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were kind and patient. Showers and changing rooms are clean, well stocked with amenities, and tidy. The location was great and was helpful for me to keep to my training plans while traveling. I look forward to more locations in the future.

Great customer service and very clean. Only downside is that it's pretty small; thankfully it's not crowded. Military rates available.

How cool to finally have a gym at the airport! Amazing facility equipped with everything you need, including a workout outfit!
The staff was fantastic.
In addition to cardio, free weights, bands, TRX, stretching area, benches, balls and boxes as well as a power tower, they also have fabulous showers, changing rooms, lockers and every amenity you could think of.
Hoping this is a gym concept in every airport soon.
It's the first time we have traveled all day, and not felt like slugs upon arrival!

AMAZING concept that is FLAWLESSLY executed!! These people have thought of everything - pristine showers, name brand toiletries, lockers with charging ports, and Lululemon gear to wear during your workout… all included for $25. I hope ROAM expands to more airports across the country, as this is the perfect set up for any layover longer than an hour! Loved my experience at ROAM!

Excellent and clean facility to work out in. Like a small exclusive fitness center post-security. Only accessible from D-E Gates but we’ll worth it if you are flying out of there.

Had a long layover, the gym is clean and the equipment is good - not a tremendous amount, but great for an airport. The shower was spotless and included toiletries. Deborah was so lovely, she even vacuum sealed my dirty gym clothes. Highly recommend

This gym is a life saver! I had some time to kill while I was waiting for my flight and I am so happy I decided to work out here. The facility and the equipment is SO nice. You can shower and even rent workout clothes and shoes if you don’t have your own. They provide everything you need to exercise and clean up afterwards. I’ll definitely stop here when I’m in the airport again. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful! This gym is so nice that I’d join it if it were in my hometown!

Great concept--I've always said an airport gym is much beeded. And this executrs the concept perfectly. Top notch equipment, very nice showers, and great service. Would highly recommend to anyone with the time at BWI. Turned my one hour delay into a comfortable gym experience.

Been a member since about a month after they opened. As an employee at the airport having a gym on sight gives you something to do during your break or if your stuck at work waiting on a delayed flight for hours.
The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The place osnti very big, but it's very clean. The showers are great plus all the amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion) are very nice and easy on the skin (you know how some soaps can make your skin feel weird, none of that here).
I swear last year I didn't shower at home a single time because I worked out there and then showered there as well.
Love this place, reccommre it to everyone I know is traveling through BWI.
Hopefully the new location in SFO will turn out just as good.

WOW. They really take care of you here. Even though the gym is small and cramped and there really isnt a lot of space to do much besides cardio, I give it 5 stars because of how this place was, How many amenities this place had to offer, and how well the staff takes care of you and shows you around. It is well worth the price for a daily pass if your not a frequent flyer. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to get to their flights early and doesn't want to give in to their urges to walk over to Quiznos for a foot long.

After my flight got cancelled, I was stranded overnight in the airport. The ROAM staff was super friendly, the complimentary lululemon fitness gear is a nice touch, the actual workout facilities were as good as any hotel gym, but the showers—my god the showers. The private showers are nicer than any gym I’ve ever been to, with bidets, alexas, and every toiletry you can imagine. I’m still stuck sleeping in an airport but I’m clean, clean shaven, and happy. This is an oasis.

Awesome concept. I hope it catches on at other airports. For 25$ I got lululemon workout clothes to wear, access to gym equipment and private showers with all the amenities after. I did have to purchase the socks which I found strange since the rest of the gear was included. I also purchased 2$ ear buds (worth it). The only other hiccup was my unruly hair did not submit to the baby comb they provided but no issue I threw it in a messy bun anyway. Facilities were clean and updated. Great to get a workout in during a flight delay rather than spend the 25$ on wine and food!

Great idea! And these guys have thought of everything! Get your workout in while you wait for your flight. No need to unpack your gear - they've got you covered with fitness apparrel from Lulu as well as tennis shoes. Their facilities include a shower, and they have protein bars for sale at checkout. Fitness passes for frequent flyers to Baltimore starting at only $25/month or get an hour or day pass for your layover or day trip. I'm really excited about this idea and hope it catches on so they can add new airport locations soon!
