I finished Ray's 8 week fitness program back in September and I really can't thank him enough for the amazing results!
Some background, I'm in my late 30s, a mom to four (ages 2-9), and a full time professional. I feel like I've been in a rut for the last 4 years. Even after having my second, I was able to lose the pregnancy weight with just eating low carb and hitting the gym a few days a week for some light cardio and strength training. That stopped working after I had #3. In two years, I never lost the pregnancy weight and then I got pregnant with #4 and I packed on even more weight. Losing weight was a struggle and I was tired.
My husband was also feeling like he needed a change and he told me about Ray's program so we decided to do it together. It wasn't easy by any means but it was honestly simple and effective. Ray sets you up for success and even with it being an online platform, it was definitely worth it.
The workouts are challenging but doable and the nutritional guidelines simple to follow. As long as you stick to the plan, you will definitely see results! I was actually eating more than when I was trying to "diet" on my own.
By the end I lost 10 lbs and for someone as short as me (just over 5'), that's a lot! In the last 2 months since I finished the program, I've been able to maintain that weight loss and I think that's been key. This isn't some fad diet where you lose weight fast but gain it all back at the end.
Ray was always available and super encouraging and again, I cant thank him enough for making this such an awesome experience!

RPC Fitness is, quite simply, fantastic! I’ve trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as one of Ray’s students since October 2017. Along the way, I’ve achieved a good level of fitness for BJJ and life in general. As I’ve gained experience I’ve learned the value of maintaining my conditioning. Training BJJ and additional workouts afforded me the latitude of indulging my sweet tooth and consuming a little more calories per week because I thought I could work them off during the week. Then, boom! The pandemic was upon us. My training level plummeted, but my diet stayed the same-if not worse-which resulted in increased numbers on the scale. In the grand scheme of things this was fine, but I didn’t feel as healthy as I know I usually am when training consistently. I attempted to fiddle around with different exercises. They were ok if you like moving around frantically with no direction. I was severely lacking a program.
I had been seriously considering reaching out to RPC Fitness to get on a program. Then, like magic, Ray posted his 60 Day/8 Week Program targeted for someone like me. I immediately contacted Ray to get the details and sign up, and I’m so happy I did! I received first class coaching from an expert who understands how to program customized workouts, while providing the essential nutrition plan to maximize the results we were seeking. Body fat decreased, while muscle mass was maintained and even increased.
I was blown away by this great program. All my expectations were exceeded. One fear I had before starting was that I would be overly restricted with a lack of nutritional options. Not in slightest. I was fueled well, ate clean and delicious food, and didn’t have any problems training hard in my workouts. The workout program was excellent and I looked forward to each workout because it challenged me so much. They were the good type of hard that lets you know you’re alive. Ray taught me how impactful proper nutrition is to a training program. He took care of everything as a trainer and coach. All I had to do was commit to the process he devised and the results were more impressive than I had even hoped. I feel absolutely great!

I just completed Ray’s 8-week program, and wow! Ray’s holistic approach made it easy to get started and stay engaged the entire time. Prior to beginning the program we discussed goals, fitness levels, experience, nutrition and equipment that I had access too. Ray took all of this information and created a program tailored to me. Throughout the program Ray was always available to answer questions and provide feedback. He also made modifications to the program when necessary as I went through it. I’ve been active my entire adult life, but I’ve always struggled with proper nutrition and portioning. Ray took the time to explain the different components of a healthy diet in an easy to understand way while helping me to implement changes to my diet that were easy to follow, but also healthy. Every workout was challenging but doable, and Ray taught me how little things like tempo and effort can make a huge difference in movements that I had been doing for years. I looked forward to knowing that I would be completely worn out at the end of each workout. I am so happy that I signed up for this program and would absolutely recommend working with Ray no matter what your fitness goals may be!

Great experience with the personal training provided by RPC Fitness! Just the right amount of communication, motivation and assistance to hold me accountable and help me keep pushing myself. I never thought I'd get a personal trainer but this was one of the best decisions I've made and I'm very happy with the process and the results. If you've gained some extra quarantine weight you want to get rid of or just want to drop some fat while building muscle, you definitely want to give RPC Fitness a try. Ray is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and is very good at figuring out what you need to make a change and help you meet your goals. I felt like I was in pretty good shape for 43. I could run 5 miles, do 10 pull ups, bench press my weight. I was exercising a lot and eating pretty well but even with all that I wasn't entirely happy with what I saw on the scale or in the mirror. I felt like I was putting in a lot of effort but not getting a lot of results. I needed a way to change things up and bust through the plateau I was at. The timing was perfect when Ray said he was looking for people to try a new 8 week nutrition and exercise program he developed. I signed up and committed myself to doing everything I could to stick to the plan he gave me.
He started by taking some time to find out what I had been doing in terms of diet and exercise, what kind of equipment I had access to, what my current knowledge was, and what I wanted to achieve. He then tailored his program to exactly what he thought I needed to do to achieve my goals. The program was challenging but certainly doable. I learned about High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and intermittent fasting. I learned some new movements to help me shake up my weight lifting routine. I learned the daily calorie and protein levels I should be at and the best kinds of food to eat to meet those levels. Ray provided the right amount of motivation and insight throughout the program and made adjustments as needed.
During the 8 weeks of following the program I lost 12 pounds of body weight while adding muscle. I developed good eating habits, my clothes are fitting better, I am sleeping better and have more energy throughout the day. Committing to Ray's program gave me the direction and accountability I needed to make real change. I highly recommend that you see what kind of plan Ray can develop for you.

I’ve been working with Ray as my trainer since last summer. Before we began, we discussed my goals, what I want to change (health and body wise) and any health issues I was struggling with. He created a workout schedule & daily nutrition goals tailored to me only that was not impossible to complete. Working with him I’ve learned to make better health choices without depriving myself of the “good stuff”. I can say that I am extremely happy with my weight & body, something I couldn’t say a year ago. I know keeping up with the easy healthy habits I’ve learned through Ray, the weight will stay off permanently. I highly recommend RPC fitness, Ray is a dedicated trainer, easy to work with and cares a lot about his clients & helping them meet their goals.
