RSG-Dunkirk started in February of 2022 in a 600 sqft facility that was shared with a local CrossFit gym. After seeing a need for gymnastics in the community, RSG-Dunkirk moved to their current 5,000+ sq. ft. facility in Dunkirk, MD. The facility offers group gymnastics and tumbling, private lessons, summer camps, birthday parties, and more! We also offer adult gymnastics, including aerial (silks and hoop).
Our mission is to provide high-quality gymnastics instruction in a positive environment using skilled coaches who share our joy of the sport.
Our vision is to bring about a positive change in the sport of gymnastics in the communities we serve by prioritizing fun, safety, and well-being over medals or egos.

Ready Set Gymnastics is a wonderful, welcoming & fun place for my growing boys to learn and play. They are encouraged by their instructors and I can see their athleticism and confidence growing week by week. We've been going to RSG for almost 2 years now and haven't looked back. It's also super convenient from where we live, in Fairlington, with the classes just a quick 4 minute ride away!

We are so happy that we found Ready Set Gymnastics-couldn’t recommend it more! We started with the summer session and continued with the school year sessions. They have a wide variety of sessions based on age and skill. It’s awesome knowing our daughter will be able to grow here as a little gymnast! The facility is clean and so fun. The staff is supportive, friendly, and their communication is on point. They are super transparent with scheduling, availability, billing, etc. The sessions fill up quick, so if they post that they have openings, snag them! So glad to have this business so close and IN Calvert County! 🤸♀️ 💗

My 7 year old has been loving her Ready Set Gymnastics classes for almost a year. She has learned how to do many gymnastics skills, but more importantly she is gaining confidence in doing hard things as well as learning how to be healthy and active. This is thanks to the friendly, fun, and encouraging staff at the gym.

AMAZING place to have a birthday party! Ms. Alexis and Ms. Haleigh kept the kiddos engaged and moving. I was happy to see all the children actively participating in something and both parents and little ones expressed how great RSG was. I also appreciated that they asked the birthday celebrant specifically what she wanted to incorporate into the gymnastics portion of her party. The space was clean; tables and chairs provided and already set up. 30 minutes to set up decorations was enough for us, with minimal items. Highly recommend!
