Sandy is a great trainer, especially if you are beginning a strength training program. She listens to her clients and continually adjusts programs. In my time working with her, we primarily met outside, which I enjoyed immensely. She was flexible and easily accommodated schedule adjustments when I traveled, which also gave an opportunity to use equipment at different gyms and differentiated the workouts. Whether we meet in person, virtually in a gym or my home, Sandy provides guidance and suggestions and makes you feel comfortable with weight training. I highly recommend her!

I'm in a small group of ladies who where looking for an alternative to crowded gyms for working out. We reached out to Sandy in July of 2020 and continue to utilize her services today. The group originally meet once a week but we all enjoyed and benefited to the point that we increased workouts with Sandy to twice a week. She's very knowledgeable and happy to customize any exercise to meet your needs. I highly recommend Sandy!

Sandy and I have been working together for over 1½ years. I started with her hoping to improve my hip, balance, and muscle strength and I am extremely happy with the results.

In the beginning, I had hip pain and wasn’t able to walk any distance. Today I walked 4.33 miles and try to walk 50 miles a month. An additional benefit is that I have lost 15 pounds and inches. She, also, helped me strengthen my shoulders which has eliminated the pain in my collarbone attributed to osteoarthritis.

She encourages me during workouts which helps me stay motivated. Her patience and knowledge help my workouts be effective because she is able to adjust the exercises to accommodate my physical limitations.

Working with Sandy as my trainer has been fun and a great experience.

Thanks Sandy!

When searching for a personal trainer, Sandra came highly recommended so I didn’t hesitate to reach out. She has not disappointed at all. She keeps me challenged with each work out so I never get bored. Since we started 4 months, I have lost weight, improved my mood, and feel much stronger.

Sandra is a very personable and warm individual, she is very invested in your overall progress and experience! She is very flexible with your schedule and accommodating during Covid-19. She makes sure you are getting the most out of your workout and wants to understand what works and does not work for you. I’m very grateful for my experience with Sandra and look forward to working with her in the future!

Sandy has a very comprehensive personalized program. I’m in my early 60’s and had a number of problems with shoulder/elbow and hip/knee that I had exhausted physical therapy sessions trying to rehab. As part of her fitness approach we worked steadily on those areas. The shoulder and elbow are now completely pain free. My hip and knee are absolutely improving while at the same time building overall core and body strength.

An update:Due to COVID-19, Sandy’s fitness sessions converted to a virtual format. I have found this approach to be very doable and have not lost any progress to date. If anything, this has given me an even better opportunity for personalized conditioning workouts in my home setting. It’s very easy to link in, and I feel I’m actually working harder and more effectively than in the physical gym setting.

Sandy has worked with me for most of the past year and a half. She is the only person I trust to work with me. I am in my 70's and injure easily. I have injured easily. Sandy give an intense, interesting and effective workout that gets me results. She is so supportive, of both the things I can do, and those things I cannot do. "That's OK, lets try it this way". She is so positive and knowledgeable. I have learned so much, and she has made it fun.

"Don't get caught up in the number. It's about the quality of the work," Sandy says encouragingly as I'm finishing out my reps. Sandy has been my trainer for 5 months and SHE IS true quality. She gives me quality motivation, inspiration, tools and resources to help me reach my goals. She has helped me lose body fat, overall inches, and she proves STRONG is the new beautiful.

Sandy is an amazing resource, an extremely knowledgeable and experienced trainer. She has the ability to push but not exceed my limits and advance fitness, flexibility and stamina at the same time. I would HIGHLY recommend Sandy to anyone who is seeking a reliable and high caliber trainer.

I suffer from Chronic Depression and Anxiety, and Sandy has gone above and beyond to establish a functional schedule that we can train with. She's a top notch Personal Trainer and an incredible human being -- I'd highly recommend to anyone on the fence about hiring a Trainer to take the leap.

My Job, like most, requires a majority of my time spent seated, and one of the first things that Sandy and I worked on was Flexibility in my legs to complement the strength building. I'm glad we started that so early because it allowed me to transition from seated leg presses to barbell squats and deadlifts in a comfortable and natural way, rather than having built up the strength but not the range of motion. She knows what she's doing and it's incredible how much better you feel once your body starts working the way it's supposed to!

I joined the gym because I needed to get fit. Being 74 years old my posture, stamina and flexibility was poor. I looked at the fitness machines and realized I was clueless as to what to do and how to do it. I saw this fit young woman instructing a person and inquired about my delima. Best thing I did in years. Sandy is exceptional and very knowledgeable and she set up an exercise program that worked wonders. I am a new man thanks to her.

When I first started training with Sandy, my goal was to improve my fitness level. I hadn't worked out seriously for several years and I wanted to increase both strength and flexibility. Sandy coached me through a basic beginning workout and within three weeks, I was already starting to feel stronger. As I progressed, Sandy was great at varying routines so I never felt bored. We would do strength, interval, and aerobic workouts. Her encouragement and enthusiasm kept me going. Most important, we laughed a lot which helped me enjoy our sessions and stay motivated.

We worked together 3 times a week for a period of three years. Then I moved out of the area. My deepest regret is losing Sandy's coaching and encouragement. At the end of the time I spent with her, I was really happy with my overall fitness and the tone of my body. If I could get her to move to Florida, we'd still be working together!

My wife, Kathleen and I worked with Sandy for almost 3 years. We enjoyed every minute of it! Sandy is an excellent personal trainer, someone who really works closely with each individual and develops a program specifically for them. I would recommend Sandy to anyone over the age of 35 just seeking to lose some weight, tone, or just get into overall better shape. In addition, she's just a great person!
