I started working out with Sabrina a year postpartum because I was stuck and wasn’t seeing progress on my own. She provided a great personalized workout plan as well as guided me when it came to nutrition and supplements. She is very knowledgeable and was readily available to answer ALLLL my questions. She’s a great motivator and knows when to push you. I started seeing changes in my body and most importantly felt stronger. She’s easy to communicate with and I genuinely enjoyed my personal training sessions because of her. I would highly recommend Sabrina!

There are many good personal trainers to choose from. There are far fewer great personal trainers. Sabrina falls into the "Great" category. She not only meets or exceeds the most desirable qualities and traits you might seek in a personal trainer, but also exhibits a passion for the profession that entails a results oriented client customized approach developed and executed with the care and thoughtfulness you should come to expect. Not having been in a gym since Covid, I knew I needed help to get started. Lifetime introduced me to Sabrina, and I am so grateful. From day one Sabrina motivated and pushed me past my comfort zone, knowing I could do the exercises when I didn’t think I could. I ended up doing two sessions with her, because I so enjoyed working with her. Even now when I see her in the gym, Sabrina always shares helpful hints.

I've been working with Sabrina for nearly a year, primarily focused on healthy muscle growth while losing body fat and it has been a game changer. She's helped set achievable goals on realistic, but ambitious, timelines and helped change my mindset about I how I approach health and & fitness.

She has a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and ensures that each session has a clear, targeted focus toward your goals. There is particular emphasize on proper form throughout each session to maximize safety and if certain exercises don't work for you, she can easily substitute another.

I wouldn't have made nearly as much progress on my own and I really enjoy each session with Sabrina!
