There are so many good things to say about this studio. Small groups with individual attention, trainers that work with clients on issues that affect health and mobility, but most important making each person regardless of their age and athletic ability believe that they are more than capable of achieving all their goals.

The individualized, caring attention she gives each client in her small group sessions and her genuine interest in her clients’ wellness are outstanding, and unique, in my experience. This studio and particularly Lisa is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been a client for over 10 years and can honestly say this is the best training experience I’ve seen or experienced. The approach to total health and movement is refreshing and Lisa’s ability to navigate in person and virtual settings across multiple clients of diverse backgrounds is incredible. You get a tailored approach to exercise including strength, movement, nutrition, etc at all ages and medical backgrounds and fitness levels. She’s able to do virtual and in person sessions and is extremely cost effective. I’ve learned so much about how to appropriately move and handle my body while building strength and flexibility and getting tailored plans that suit my schedule. She’s flexible and personal and the studio offers so much for so many people - I highly recommend.

After struggling to find a fitness routine I could stick to for most of my life, Lisa was a godsend. She and her team will meet you where you are, listen to your questions and concerns and develop a workout plan that will fit your unique needs. If you are not a big fan of large gyms and crowds and are looking for a professional that will work with you to achieve your goals, look no further.
