Pure bliss! Satori Yoga is a cozy heated studio that's 100% worth checking out! Adonia's cues lead you through a sweaty flow as she ties in teaching Sanskrit and life lessons. The practice helped to release toxins both mentally & physically. I left feeling balanced and ready for the day!
