I would highly recommend SDK Pilates and their fabulous instructors. It has been a lifesaver for me by helping me understand what's best for my body. I regularly attend classes at the studio and have increased my flexibility and strength over the years. In the past (at other places), I overdid it and hurt myself. I really enjoy attending SDK's classes and working under the guidance of the instructors. There are so many different options with pilates and I enjoy the variety of exercises. I'm not a person that can do the same routine over and over again.

SDK Pilates is wonderful! I have been taking classes from Stephanie for a number of years and thoroughly enjoy both her Pilates and therapeutic yoga sessions. Her training as a doctor enables her to work around physical limitations and injuries and strengthen weaknesses. She has helped me immensely with chronic shoulder issues. The fun nature of the classes, the camaraderie of the attendees and the great workout make SDK classes my favorite way to exercise!

I think Pilates is the best overall fitness activity for every age and ability! I started taking Pilates with Stephanie a couple of months before I had knee replacement surgery, and I truly think it made a huge difference in the success of the surgery as well as my recovery. Now I can't imagine not having it as part of my exercise regimen. What makes Stephanie such a unique instructor is her ability to individualize instruction either in a private class or a group setting. The studio is large and airy, the classes are fun with plenty of humor and camaraderie in addition to a good workout!

I have been taking Pilates from Stephanie for over 6 years and plan to continue for a long time. She is very good at tailoring her classes to meet the needs of each individual. With her medical background, she has been very helpful to me as I continue to recover from an injury. Honestly, I think Pilates was critical to my recovery. I even continued to take Pilates while pregnant - I was in class on Monday and had my daughter on Wednesday, and I know it contributed to my easy recovery from a C-section.

I love coming to SDK Pilates class -even at 7am. Stephanie is a great teacher who really understands the human body.She was a doctor & now uses her vast knowledge to work with each individual. The new studio is airy & spacious
