If you need help finding a community, look no further! Strength Camp is a place where everyone learns your name and encourages you to be your best self! There is no room for judgement here, only support. I have definitely become a stronger version of myself already and there is still progress to make. I only have positive things to say about this gym. I’m not even sure where to start, so I’ll categorize.
The Price- The yearly price of this gym is a little steep, in my opinion, but there are a couple of things included in the membership that you have to pay extra for at other gyms like a trainer and a meal plan.
The People- The energy of the trainers and the members will keep you coming back to each class. Every has such great energy and we all sharpen each other. “Iron sharpens Iron”. This is a mentally and physically healthy community to be involved with.
The Workouts- These workouts Work and each class provides exercises that every age group can do. You will not get bored and in return lose motivation. You will be pumped each class and you can feel assured that you will get a proper workout.
The Music- The music is always bangin’. The music motivates me through each move and helps me keep count and stay consistent. You will not need AirPods; I promise lol.
Meal plans- They have delicious meal plans. I’m vegetarian already, but they even have something for me and vegans. You won’t have to sacrifice as many things as traditional meal plans that are more extreme. This is realistic.
Injuries- This is the only gym I’ve gone to where I feel safe and cared for. Even when I have pain somewhere, I feel safe and reassured when I come in, let the trainers know what I’m feeling, and they can figure out the cause and usually have a solution. They actually know what they’re doing here and know what they’re talking about. They’re not just trying to get your money. This place is the definition of authentic.
I hope this review helps many people choose the right gym for them, but if I had to choose, I’d only go with this one. This place is awesome and filled with genuinely kind people. DO IT! You won’t regret it!

So far I've had 2 sessions, and the trainer has been great. I'm dealing with 2 back surgeries and I had a full knee replacement, Dec 11,2023. They have been very helpful in showing me how to do exercises that won't make my injuries worse and how to strengthen my muscles that I have lost. It's an awesome place and so far all the people I have met are very friendly. And they don't judge me for not being able to do everything they do. If you've ever thought about joining a Strength camp. This is the place to be. Two thumbs up all the way.

Im one week into working out at Strength Camp Maryland and the environment is so encouraging. I’m not a huge fan of group exercise activities but Andre and Rah have been so welcoming and helpful . They’ve checked in on my progress and how I’m feeling during workouts and even will text to check in after . The age range and athletic range is very wide . I never feel judged for going at a slower pace . If I’m ever confused on a workout they’ll demonstrate as many times as needed .They encourage individualized progress and push you to your personal goal . It’s really been a great experience alongside the other members who are also welcoming and encouraging of one another !

Sent Andre an email and he responded immediately. Showed up for my appointment they grabbed me and put me too work. Was just what I wanted and needed. Constant motion with all types of exercises. Go at your own level but never stopped for an hour. The other participants where friendly and encouraging. Do not be intimidated by this gym!

I'm a pretty natural fit guy. Older, but still naturally athletically built. Strength Camp kicked my butt in the best way possible. I love the fact that they not only motivate you, but also take the time to thoroughly explain what to do; AND no matter how many times you ask. I was very not a gym-type person but needed to get myself in shape so I reluctantly visited. After an intro they offered a free class to try it out. Andre made me feel welcome and partnered me with someone to get me acclimated to their system. I am only a couple weeks in but already feel results (in addition to soreness in muscles I didn’t know I had). The evening classes are full of many body types at many different levels. I have found the classes allow beginners to begin but also allow pros to push it. Andre provided guidance to get me started and continues to help guide on technique and slowing me down or speeding me up as needed. Great trainer, great atmosphere and a lot of muscle burn. I am loving it and know it’s a system I will stick with.

Did 2 drop in classes ($20 per class) with my sister when we were in town. Rah was an amazing coach/instructor who put us through two great workouts! He made sure that our form was good and also ensured that we knew modifications to moves if needed. Leg day at Strength Camp Maryland is no joke! I was drawn to this gym because of the word “Strength” while attending another gym off and on. I will admit that it took approximately 2 months to walk through the door. I gym stalked them 😁 because I felt a a little intimidated by what I thought I saw from the outside.
Walking through that door was the best decision! Andre and Rah are great and very knowledgeable trainers. They push and encourage you at the same time and keep the workouts interesting. The Strength Camp community is also quite welcoming.
The only regret that I have is that I didn’t walk through their door 2 months ago! However, with that said, I’m enjoying it, getting fit while getting stronger, and that’s what matters now! 😁

I started working out at Strength Camp Maryland at the end of April. I am new to Hagerstown and immediately felt welcomed in this gym. I love that I get to show up without having to “prep” a workout. I have tried working out at other facilities and at home with no results. I came to Strength Camp Maryland about 6 months ago. I started Strength Camp last year. I’ve been consistently going for over 8 months now and I love it! I self talked and doubted myself in the beginning. I didn’t think I could do it.
