I can't say enough good about this studio!! From the management to the instructors, everyone is top notch. So caring and kind. The variety of classes offered is fantastic. From the gentle and restorative classes for folks like myself that have a bad back or chronic pain issues to the higher energy kick boxing and Zumba classes, there is truly something for everyone. I have felt safe and understood and supported as I've endeavored to get back into fitness. I feel like I'm being transformed to a place of wellness and self love as soon as I step through the door. I leave feeling happy, hopeful, and invigorated. There is just so much love, kindness and caring in this space. Just amazing energy. It's truly what yoga and wellness should be all about!!

I just can't stress enough how wonderful STBB is. I have lost weight all while having a great time in a fun environment with other women and men with the same goals in mind. Various friends and family members have also joined and have had the same, if not better results. There is a class for everyone from Zumba, Zumba toning, bodycombat, yoga, blodyflow, shred-n-crush, to boxing, and currently am in a bootcamp program that has been amazing. Don't take my work on it, come and try a class for free. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing instructors. I like the different options/movement in each exercise format because I have limitations due to previous injury and I was determined not to give up on my exercise regimen/program. The instructors have given me the encouragement I need to continue my exercise program. I am grateful. I have been a member since 2011. I love my Zumba family!! Try a class! You will not be disappointed!

I joined striving to be better in June 2017i got my first week free and immediately fell in love with it. Nikki and Jay,Poshia and Cathy are the sweetest and funniest people you could ever meet. I wanted to loose 2 inches off my waist by October and I did it my clothes fits better and I am healthier. Thank you guys so much you changed my life.
