Priscilla is a great trainer! I have had great pleasure training off and on with her throughout the years since having my second child, learning how to run quicker, being able to get stronger with heavier weights, and now my postpartum journey with my third! She has been amazing.

Definitely has the patience and ability to help you reach your goals. I have also done nutrition with her alongside my daughter who (as a teenager) , isn’t always the best listener, but due to Priscilla keeping us consistent and accountable, she has done well in her viewpoint of changing how she eats and watching her protein as well. She plays volleyball and nutrition is key during the season!!

Look no further than her for all of your personal needs!

Transformative Training Experience!
The results working with Priscilla have been truly incredible! Before I embarked on a 6 week vacation through New Zealand, Australia and Fiji, I had the privilege of working with Priscilla. I had just turned 60 years old and wanted to keep up with my dauther on our South Pacific adventure. When I started, I was out of shape, constantly winded, and struggled with basic activities. I had just lost 70 pounds and felt weak and lacked muscle tone and endurance. Now, I’m stronger, more energetic, and able to do things I never thought possible at my age. (I know 60 is the new 40, but I had let myself go!) Thanks to Priscilla's guidance and expertise I went from barely being able to walk a flight of stairs without losing my breath to walking for seven hours through the Australian Zoo, rappelling down canyons and waterfalls, and even climbing back up! I hiked for hours with ease, scuba dived the Great Barrier Reef (I just got certified) and kept up with my 23-year-old on our South Pacific adventure!
What I loved most about the training is how simple and doable it was. Every session was designed to be repeatable, so I could incorporate it into my weekly routine. I built both strength and endurance, and the improvements were noticeable and lasting.

Where to begin with this amazing trainer. I have been training with Priscilla for over a year now. Anytime I have stayed the course and hit the workouts hard, I have seen results. She is consistent and passionate about her clients and her work. She is knowledgeable and has an eagle eye for form. She also pushes, in the best way. But….. this not the best part about her, she is an epic human being. Priscilla cares, I started with her at one of the most vulnerable points in my life ( 5 months postpartum) the weakest I have ever felt. Priscilla was compassionate and just listened.
