We combine dope music, club lighting, top notch coaching, and science backed strength workouts with a supportive community geared to help you become confident in your skin. Sweat is an amazing gym. I have never been one that has enjoyed working out but these classes have totally changed my outlook on exercising. The staff are really knowledgeable, encouraging and have really helped me build confidence in my strength and ability. Special shout out to Coach Blake and his expert guidance in the beginning. Highly recommend!

Been going for here for almost a year now and I'm never looking back. The classes are small yet enthusiastic. The coaches are knowledgeable and can guide you through injury (as they have after I broke my foot and ankle not too long ago.) No matter if you're an old shortstop like me or someone just getting into their fitness goals, you're sure to find a home here that feels safe, welcoming, challenging, and fun. Pull up!

This was my first introduction to a gym and couldnt have asked for more. All the trainers here are welcoming and friendly. As a first timer, the individual personal training was great to face my fear of being around other people and tailored to my needs and goals. Group sessions are also great with lots of individual attention. Couldn't recommend this place more especially if you're like me and have gym fear

Great gym! I’ve never consistently lifted weights before but the team has motivated me to stick with it for 1.5 years now. I also appreciate that it’s all ages. It’s not intimidating and staff is friendly. Great location if you live in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Fantastic gym! Classes are small but always energetic and the right amount of difficult! The instructors are encouraging and great at making adjustments or offering alternative exercises as needed. I drive across the city for these classes because they are so good!
