One of the best operations out there!! Before COVID the sweat performance was a place that anyone would feel comfortable. The trainers really get you to the next level. Now in COVID they have transformed themselves into an online machine. From live & recorded workouts, to on your own time programs, they are first class.

Looking for great workouts during CoVid for myself and my high schoolers, I signed up for the virtual MetCon classes with Owen and my kids up for the Athlete's Game Day Program. Challenging, fun, motivating and instructive - every work out is different, a great combination of cardio and strength - exactly what we all need. My kids are getting a great mix of work that will keep their bodies prepared for when they can play lacrosse again. I love that they are getting their butts kicked! A great workout solution since we are all at home, once things are back to normal - we need Sweat Performance to come to Chapel Hill!

I love working out at Sweat Performance for multiple reasons. The trainers are excellent! So precise in their training and instruction, always challenging, no class is the same and they push you beyond what you think you can do. They treat every person the same no matter what level of athletic ability, no matter what age group and they really elevate each person to the next level. Sweat performance, was such a great experience for me. I have chronic pain and have been limited with other gyms. This place has such good energy, and knowledgeable staff that helped me do more than I thought I could without getting hurt or pushing to far. Sweat Performance and the programs they offer are so different from all of the other ones out there. I completed Shay's 6 Week Challenge (and lost 16.8lbs!). Shay provides you a nutrition list, meal plan (including recipes for those who say they "can't cook"), 3x a week challenge workouts led by Shay, the availability to go to any of the bootcamps Sweat Performance offers, at-home workouts for off days, and most importantly an accountability group. All of the trainers want you to succeed - they encourage you through every workout, correct your form, help you to increase your strength and endurance, and provide feedback and suggestions if you're struggling. I can't say enough great things about Shay, Sweat Performance and this challenge. However, this is about YOU. YOU have to grocery shop, YOU have to follow the nutrition plan and meals, YOU have to show up and give your best for each and every workout even on the days you don't want to. Sweat Performance gives you all of the tools you need to succeed, but YOU have to fully commit. This is just as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one, but it is 100% worth it. Through Sweat Performance, I have gained the knowledge, skills, physical abilities and the confidence to make this a lifestyle change, not just a 6 week change. I hope you take the step and sign up for a Sweat Performance program - you won't regret it.

I lost over 20 pounds in 6 weeks- I've been trying to lose weight for years, and Sweat Performance was the first gym to actually make it attainable. Their classes are scheduled well and will fit anyones time constraints, the instructors are great at keeping all members of a class moving, and the meal plan is simple and sustainable.

I recently did a 6 week challenge with Shay and it was awesome I was pushed to do things I never thought I could. When I joined SP, I joined not knowing what to expect, but I did join to better myself. I have a severe condition called RA, that has attacked my joints and have caused a lot of damage. Needless to say I had a lot of self-doubt because the inflammation and constant pain.

From the first day that I signed up for the challenge, I felt welcomed with no pressure. I felt that everything was genuine.

They will provide you with a meal plan to include recipes. Some I had to alter because I'm a vegetarian, but they were still good recipes. They are like parents and will hold you accountable by making sure that you weigh in, check-in @ least 3 times a week and by uploading your market purchases.

The first day that I attended class, it was challenging to say the least. However, the instructors are the best!!! They don't come any better. Each instructor introduced themselves to you and you to others in the class. If they have not already asked you if you have any special conditions, you can have a side bar with them and they will listen. They will provide alternatives for you. They really do care and they want you to be the best and better both mentally and physically from the day you first walk in. The encouragement from them and the members will motivate you to keep pushing.

The six weeks there, I have gained a sense of empowerment, self-esteem & endurance. I am definitely stronger, mentally and physically. The exercises that I once was intimidated by, I've grown to love and embrace. And my body...I have more definition & muscle...WOO, DO I!!! It meant a lot to hear my husband and daughter say they have noticed a difference and that it looks good. They are proud of me as well. Your SP family will share the same sentiment with you. Always lifting your spirits.

I love seeing and meeting new challengers & offer a bit of encouragement. Maybe even share my story.

I will and have already recommended SP to others. Some question the cost, but your health & mental health should never have a price tag. But if you can't afford to become a member, the boot camp challenge is the way to go. As long as you do what is asked, (because they will hold you accountable), you'll be a new you in 6 weeks for free. You can't beat that!!! You will walk away a new you and with a new family from another mother. But I'm telling you that you will want to stay and become a member. I did!!! Give them a chance, you will love them!!!

My husband and I have been going to Sweat Performance for boot camp since it opened. We have both belonged to "big box" gyms in the past, and my husband still does (I prefer running on days I don't go to Sweat). At Sweat you get personal attention to form, encouragement when you need it, and a kick in the butt when you deserve it. Every single one of the trainers will push you to do your best, and Brendan in particular is top notch when it comes to correcting form, strengthening and stabilizing, and avoiding/recovering from injury.

I also work with 3-4 other women in small group training and have become stronger as a result. If you want yoga and luxury, don't go here. If you want your fitness to be the best it can be, run to Sweat!

Started training here in May after 20+ years of ignoring my body's messages about weakness, instability and structural damage. My attitude before Sweat Performance was "whatever, I'll just keep doing what I want athletically regardless of how imbalanced things are on my right and left sides; oh and this arm that goes numb, and the fact that I don't use the entire surface of my feet...." If you are stubborn like me, you understand the MO.

Now, my attitude has changed thanks to Brendan and crew. I found myself saying at one session: "is this really what normal people feel like?" It has been a long, slow journey but - finally, finally - both sides of my body have synced up and I am primed to progress having finally gotten on an even plane.

Great place with great people! The workouts are really challenging, but are led in a way that appeals to people of different levels of fitness. There is a great group of members that push and encourage you every workout. The instructors are demanding, but challenge you in a way that you get the most out of yourself and the workouts.
