Looking for the perfect balance of a healthy diet and exercise? We all are and for most of us, it’s a challenge every single day of our lives. Here at Table2Mat, we don’t prioritize either exercise or good nutrition, we prioritize both, because both are equally important to becoming the best version of ourselves. Combining exercise and healthy eating will not only result in muscle growth and weight loss, but it will also improve your mental, physical, and psychological well-being.

Just attended a yoga and beer event hosted at Silver Branch. The event was very warm and inviting. Lara did an amazing job instructing as always! This is definitely an event I would attend again!

I've been using Chad and Lara's services for about two months. I like that they listen to my goals and set realistic milestones. They are both very easy to get along with, and I enjoy my time with them, helping to get me healthy. I highly recommend them for your nutritional or training needs.

One year update:
I've continued following Lara's nutrition advice and comfortable with tracking my macros to meet my goals. Lara was instrumental in setting a great foundation for me to follow. Additionally, I've continued my twice a week training session with Chad and continue to put on lean muscle mass while shedding fat. He utilizes an InBody scan tool to assess my body composition and to say I'm shocked at my advances would be an understatement.

At 54 y/o, I would have never thought I'd be in the shape I'm in now and I couldn't have met my goals without Table2Mat's services.

Chad is a great trainer! Our sessions are always customized to how I'm feeling and my goals. He pushes me while being so encouraging. Lastly we have fun in there! I was looking for a trainer to help get me back into a shape and establish a consistent workout routine after having a baby. I was referred to Chad from a friend who I watched achieve great results. Chad is a great trainer! He customizes all workouts based on your fitness level and goals. Chad takes the time to explain the workout to you, the right way to do it, what muscles you are working, etc. I really appreciated his dedication during our 1 hour weekly sessions. His workout area is clean and welcoming. He is always ready to go and happy you are there! He and his wife are very welcoming and dedicated to their craft. I would recommend Chad to anyone at any fitness level!

I was looking for a personal trainer who works with more seasoned clients, and Chad was highly recommended to me by a professional Physical Therapist I was going to for lower back issues. At first, my priority was just not to get injured or make my back any worse. But gradually and safely under Chad's watchful eye I have worked into a rigorous and safe workout that I never miss. I am stronger than I have ever been and am even back golfing. My only complaint of Chad is that my golf game is no better than it was before my back issues. Chad is an experienced, professional trainer who knows really what he is doing. Plus he is delightful person who I look forward to seeing each week.

His approach to working as a team and setting realistic expectations will help you meet your goals! During my first session, I could barely do one push-up and I had major back problems. Today, I have gained strength, confidence, and an ability to participate in activities I never thought I could complete including obstacle races, a swim-run, and more recently a marathon.

My daughter told us Chad had started a gym at his home and had openings. I was looking for a way to get my husband exercising more and since he was hesitant at first we both gave it a try. It turned out he wanted to continue and pushed me to keep going. Chad is knowledgeable and engaging which makes the workouts helpful and fun. It’s a good place to try especially if you have had trouble committing to exercise in the past.

My wife and I have worked with Chad of T to M doing exercise 3-4x a week for over 3 years. It totals over 600 sessions! That, in and of itself, should provide a sense of our satisfaction and appreciation. As a couple in our 70s, we have had back problems and he has been very very helpful in getting us back into good form. If you are a bit older, Chad is especially good with us older folks.

I recently engaged Lara Lattman to provide me with nutritional counseling. Full disclosure: She is my daughter-in-law. That said, I was blown away by her knowledge and how proactive she was in advance of our discussion. Lara had clearly studied all of the health information I submitted prior to our session, and she was completely prepared with her thoughtful, logical, and insightful recommendations. During our conversation, she took extensive notes and then emailed them to me afterwards along with a daily meal plan. She also gave me 2 relevant books to read, all of which far exceeded my expectations. I cannot imagine a more competent professional, and Lara augments this with a level of expertise that I have rarely encountered in any field. She is beyond impressive, and I say that as objectively as possible. Anyone who needs guidance on how to improve their nutritional habits would be exceptionally well-served to work with Lara.

I started working out with Chad sometime in Fall of 2015 (I think) as I needed to be committed to an appointment to get myself to the gym. He came highly recommended by a friend so I began working with him and have enjoyed it ever since. Chad is very knowledgeable in what he does and listens to what you want. He makes working out FUN!
