This place is our second home! We can’t get enough. The coaches are like family and it’s a great indoor exercise option.

Been to this place twice for birthday parties for my kid’s friends. I love the privacy it offers - it’s not crazy loud and crowded. And they have dedicated staff members who are very attentive to every single kid.

My 4 years old really enjoys his weekly class here. The staff is friendly and experienced with kids. Sharka at the front desk is very helpful. They have plenty of windows into the gym area so you can see what your kids are doing. I also appreciate their makeup policy. They are very flexible with the options and offer your different options to make the classes you missed.

This is a very fun and kind of unique fitness activity for kids. "Ninja class" is a cool way for your kiddos to get some exercise, especially for those who want something other than team sports. They have open gym sessions too. My kids always love the trampoline park and this a great way to keep it on the calendar, and avoid the crowds at those other places. My daughter loves it.

Inexperienced staff. They do not teach skills for the ninja course and just have the kids go through the obstacle course. Class management skills also need improvement.

We went there for years before the pandemic and just returned. Our daughter has developed all-over strength, endurance and confidence there. The manager, Eli, who is also an instructor, believes in what they do and is great with kids. The person who runs the place administratively, Sharka, is always nice and helpful.

Of all the facilities affected by the coronavirus, the loss of this one is what I’m grieving the most. I want to take this time to say why this is our favorite place to exercise over all the other gymnastic centers in the area.
—Kids and parents are welcomed unconditionally. By that I mean no one gets screamed at for going the wrong way on equipment or walking into the wrong room during open gym by accident. The staff handles safety concerns and rules in a calm manner that does not invalidate the kids or their parents.
—There are exceptional male role models at this gym. A lot of kids get the majority of their education from females, and this place is great for learning from an encouraging male teacher who is not overly competitive, is always encouraging, and is having a great time taking turns flipping around on the apparatuses when the kids are using other equipment. They are SO vigilant of young kids and really ease your mind when you go, knowing that there’s another pair of eyes looking out for your littlest ones. The older customers are also very respectful and patient with the youngest gymnasts.
—When parts of the gym need to be closed for birthday parties or events, the staff is all on the same page about where everyone is supposed to go and makes it fair and fun for everyone.
—Checking in is easy and stress-free. The front desk people will manage birthday party guests, punch-card holders, and new customers all without missing a beat.
—The staff and customers include folks from all over the world so everyone feels welcome.

This place is one of my son's favorite places, he loves the classes and summer and day camps. They are so nice with my family and friendly. My son also took some private classes and he learned so much, it is also a great place for children with disabilities, I saw how they help them including my son and how they encourage them.

This is the 2nd Google review that describes a bone fracture in a child at this facility. Don't be fooled by the glitzy video on their website, when you are actually there with a child, you will get the impression that The Agility Center is poorly prepared for child safety. As other parents have commented in reviews, there seems to be minimal staff supervision, inadequate padding on floors to protect children from falls, and inadequate instruction to both parents and children. Importantly for the accident my son had, children are not allowed to wear socks or shoes.
I went there with my five year old son who is both athletic and strong. In the first room we entered, I spotted him very carefully because there are tall structures from which children are meant to jump. Even with me there right at his side, there were some close calls. At that point, the staff sequestered our group of children apart from the parents and took them into the 2nd room. Parents had to make their way there by another hallway. By the time I caught up with my son, the accident had happened. He told me that he went down a slide in an inflatable and that his toe got caught on something. It was clearly fractured and badly displaced. We iced the toe for a few minutes (staff did provide some ice in a plastic bag at my request). We then took him to his first medical intervention and x-ray confirmed badly broken and displaced toe. We then lost a day of work to see an orthopedic specialist to provide special medical equipment to aid the toe in healing (boot, buddy sling etc).
The night of the accident, after we put him to sleep, I called the Agility Center to report the accident to them. They asked for my information (presumably to see if I had signed their waiver). They apologized and promised that they would follow up with me the next day. They didn't. I found this highly unprofessional.
As a parent, I go to many many facilities like this for birthday parties etc.. I urge you to think very carefully before sending your child to play in this particular business. I can't think of any reason that the accident couldn't just as easily have been his neck given the setup of this business.

My daughters really enjoy their weekly classes here. The staff is friendly and engages well with the kids. They have plenty of windows into the gym area so you can see what your kids are doing (and your kids can see that mom or dad haven't abandoned them). They have a party room for birthday parties - for the one party that we've had here, they did a great job. During weekly classes, they don't have parties going on, and parents can use the table in the party room to get work done. They have free wi-fi - my only complaint is that the wi-fi drops out with some frequency, so I always bring something that I can do off-line when I take the kids to class.

Great program, terrific staff. The kids are challenged and supported appropriately. My son really loves agility and we are so glad we found this place because they teach him how to do all of the tricks he wants to do safely.

Our son has started at the Dynamite Gymnastic Center in November 2014. He loved his teachers and he showed immense improvement in his abilities. When he turned five, we decided to explore the Agility Center. In principle we felt it was more suited for his abilities and interests than “proper” gymnastics the Gymnastic Center offered. Most importantly, given our very positive experience at the Gymnastics Center, and the excellent instruction he received from his teachers, we expected that he would be in good hands. Unfortunately we found that this was not the case the hard way.
In May 2017, during a regular class at the Agility Center he fell and fractured two bones in his arm. Neither of us saw the precise moment this happened though one of us was nearby. We noticed that the instructors were setting up the course as the kids were waiting in line to proceed. According to our son, he had climbed up a rope and was told by one of the instructors to swing and grab a net. He tried, but couldn’t hold on and fell down. Again, according to him, he fell on the gym floor and not on any protective mat. We took him to the emergency room and spent over nine hours there. He had a small operation under full anesthesia for putting the fractured bones back in alignment. He wore a cast for six weeks and a brace for another two weeks.
Obviously we realize there are risks involved with gymnastics, especially the activities at the Agility Center. However what happened was beyond the reasonable risks we anticipated, since we feel the instructors’ negligence played an important part.
We were also very disappointed by the lack of attention we received from the owner of Dynamite and Agility (although we did receive a call – followed by a small gift - from the director of Agility Center the day after the incident). We asked the front desk people three times to talk to her after the accident and she was only able to call us 10 days after the incident. She said she was notified recently about it and she did apologize about the delay. Given the severity of the incident, we think she should have been notified immediately after the accident and get in touch with us soon after that. She also spent a long time explaining why they are the safest gym around and that when the accident happened there was enough padding where my son fell. She also said that our son broke his arm probably because he did not know how to fall properly. My son remains adamant about the fact that he fell on the gym floor and not any padding.
Ultimately, we decided that no matter what happens, we can no longer trust Dynamite and Agility Centers enough to leave our child in their care. As such, we are no longer sending our son to this place. We hope that they will use this occasion to improve safety and communication protocols.
