I’ve been training with Mark at The Lab for about 6 months now. It has quickly become my favorite part of my weekly routine. The facilities are clean and kept up to date with weights and equipment. Mark is an excellent trainer and sincerely cares about his clients - not only their progress and goals, but their confidence and mental health as well. Prices are very reasonable for quality sessions and scheduling is a breeze. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Mark keeps it professional but also makes your personal training experience with him engaged and fun. Oftentimes makes you feel like a fitness model when he takes your progress photos! Facility is clean, COVID-friendly and parking is not an issue (no street parking!!)

The Lab trains you in ways to achieve your goals as well as just getting you in solid shape overall. You will be walking out with a great sweat. I reached out to Mark about workouts and he immediately responded with a great plan to get me in the best shape for my season. Mark brings energy and enthusiasm to every workout which everyone needs. I highly recommend getting on board!

I have been working with Mark for over a year now and he is more than a trainer to me. He is a quality human, wonderful at his job, and an integral part of my self care. He cares about his clients and their progress on such a level that it is a therapeutic experience as much as it is a gym. The space is spacious, clean, and full of goodies in the bathrooms! If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Love this place and their trainers.
