Logan is so kind & accommodating! She is a really thorough and patient teacher & makes movement so fun. Her focus on functional movement is so helpful for daily tasks as a toddler mom! I love her music choice & the way she encourages you to focus on quality of reps versus quantity. A really great class for beginners to advanced!
