If you have 20 minutes and a desire to improve your general fitness, book a demo session and give it a try. Beautiful machines, 1-on-1 training with dedicated trainers, and (I can't emphasize this enough) 20-minute sessions. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

I love the Perfect Workout! I began working out there about two years ago when I was 58, hoping to gain muscle and prevent my bone density from going down as quickly. After two years, my DEXA scan showed a 4% increase In bone density in my hip! The other two areas had a one percent increase, and enough of an improvement in the other to be considered normal density. This means that rather than heading towards osteoporosis, I have reversed the bone loss. My doctor was thrilled and said she attributed the improvement fully to my PWO sessions! Thanks Raphael and the Perfect Workout!

I wish I had discovered the Perfect Workout sooner. It’s tough but it definitely works. I’ve been going once each week for six months and I definitely notice a difference in my strength. Honestly 20 minutes… Twice a week… How would that ever be enough?! We’ve all been programmed to believe it’s all about length of time or how many calories you burn while you are working out or no pain no gain… Well I am here to tell you that is simply not true. This is the program that you will easily be able to incorporate into your daily life. It’s not like a diet where you go off of it at some point. It makes such sense when you really think about it… I strongly encourage anyone who reads this, if you are looking for a trainer, then you MUST give them a shot!
Here’s a tidbit that you will learn... it’s not how many calories you burn while exercising… Rather it’s how many calories you burn as a result of exercising!
And the cost as compared to the ROI... you will feel like you are robbing them👍🏻

I usually don't post reviews, but when I saw the one-star I had to. This program, and these trainers, are great! I've done weight training for years and have had several trainers. This is the best-thought-out program I've encountered. I've made excellent progress on their schedule of 2 20-minute workouts per week.
