Mark and Brandy are a great team! They helped my son at age 12/14 get into shape and make his HS basketball team. My son was on the chubby side and gained a lot of weight during Covid. He lost the weight and kept it off. As for me, they helped me get into shape and lose weight. Unfortunately, I moved further away and my work schedule stopped me from attending classes. I hope to continue soon. I would highly recommend Three/2 for fitness. Thank you Mark and Brandy.

I started training with one of Mark’s group classes 8+ years ago and it’s now apart of my lifestyle. He has workout routines that wake up those muscles that you forgot existed. If you have an ailment (most of us do) do not let that be an excuse not to join his classes. Mark will modify the exercises for you as he did for me while I was recovering from my foot surgery. Mark is a very dedicated and knowledgeable trainer in addition to an upbeat, happy person. Come join us, it’s a gift to yourself.

I’ve known and worked with Mark for years. I was drawn to Mark’s coaching style because he challenged me with exercises that weren’t in my usual wheelhouse. He would create routines that would challenge me physically, but keep me from getting bored. I’m now participating in the self defense class and thoroughly enjoying the instruction. Highly recommend.

I've been working out with Mark Fleming for over 10 years. I love his new studio and fitness routines. The 5am group is the best! He's a great motivator and pushes your comfort zone. I'm stronger now than I've ever been. I've never been one to lift on my own but have found that his virtual classes work well for me when I'm traveling. I highly recommend Mark's classes and studio. I just started going a couple of weeks ago. Three/2 Heath & Fitness Studio is a fantastic place to work out!! Mark Fleming is the owner and an incredible personal trainer. He always keeps the workouts interesting and different each time I go see him. His group training schedule is flexible with multiple days and times which makes it easy to find a good time to get in there every week. The studio is a wonderful space with a lot of cardio equipment, free weights, TRX. Anything you need for a great workout! I have been working out with Mark since 2012 and I can't recommend him or his studio enough!

Mark has been my trainer for several years now. I think he’s phenomenal - his workouts are challenging, fun, and always different. He also modifies the exercises as needed for each individual.
His new studio is really nice. It’s clean and well equipped with new weights, bosu balls, TRX etc. One can workout either inside or outside, depending on comfort level.
I highly recommend Three/2.

Mark is a phenomenal trainer with an amazing educational background and loads of experience. Mark’s group training classes are amazing; every day he comes up with new and innovative exercises for us... Mark works multiple muscle groups at once which maximizes calorie burning! I am so fortunate to have found Mark! He challenges me with every work out and is so patient teaching proper form and modifying to everyone’s level of fitness. Since starting with Mark, my core strength has really improved and I have really noticed more toning from his unique work out combinations. You think you can strength train on your own, but really, you can’t - you need to go to Three/2 instead. Group sessions are a great way to make an hour-long workout pass quickly. The class sizes are always small, so everybody gets individual attention. Mark is great at modifying exercises if you have injuries, etc. Sessions are never the same thing twice and exercises are always challenging. It’s a great mix of fun, humor, and an excellent workout.

Mark is the best! I’ve been a client for almost 10 years. While I love one on ones when I need individual time, his group sessions are the best. The friendships that are made at 321 are long lasting. Mark creates a new dynamic workout every day. We never do the same workout twice! He is also very attentive to each person’s needs/body/injuries. This place is awesome! Started working with Brandy after having baby #2. After the first session I was hooked! Every time I leave I feel like I’ve really done something. Both Brandy and Mark are extremely knowledgeable and really make you feel comfortable being there. I have a bum knee and have trouble doing certain movements, Brandy is always prepared with a modified version of specific exercises so I am safe from injury but I still get a great workout! Nothing short of amazing! ❤️
