I had a really bad knee injury and I lost my athleticism and I thought I couldn’t get it back but with the help of transcend fitness and programs I got my stability and mobility a lot better and my athleticism so transcend is a really good place to go

The training has been great! Initially my three kids began as a way to stretch/strengthen through growing pains. It became a lot more all the way down to stabilizing muscles to mental strengthening and seeing the results on the competitive field/court. It’s easy to say my kids got stronger and faster but Coach Mortez gives my kids the blueprint to get better each day.

In February, I decided to make a lifestyle change to a healthier me. When I started this journey, I couldn't walk for a long period of time without becoming short of breath, my knees were hurting, and I was unable to do a push-up. Today, I’m much stronger than I was before and was able to do push-ups unassisted! I thoroughly enjoy my time at Transcend Fitness & Performance Center, they made working out 3 times a week fun! The workouts are great especially for people who do not like machine work and prefer variety as they have both the metabolic classes and the strength training. The staff is awesome and willing to work with you through your workouts. I have been to numerous classes that felt like 1on1 sessions. I highly recommend the center for those looking to lose weight and make a lifestyle change

Transcend Fitness has been such a great experience for me. I have been trying for years to lose weight and tried multiple diets to shed the pounds but nothing worked. I am so glad that I saw the video on Facebook because my life has been changing ever since I started this program. I love the atmosphere of the gym. They make you feel comfortable and welcome you with open arms.……. I get excited about going to class. Even though I know I am going be pushed, I also have fun which makes the time of the work out fly by. The staff at Transcend are very knowledgeable and helpful. They work with a variety of people and motivate you. I’ve noticed that they can work with people on all levels of fitness and strength whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. If you follow the program and try hard in the work out sessions, you will achieve your maximum weight loss. Each time I go to class I always feel that I am leaving with more tools and tips to take home with me. I am happy to say that I am 20 pounds down in just 6 weeks!!! Happy to continue this journey with Transcend Fitness Thank you all for everything! :)
