This a really great gym I have been going here since I was five years old the coaches really especially coach Travis coach Alyssa and Coach Ashleigh they are so nice a caring the only reason it is a 4 and not a five is because team is really expensive my mom pays 6,795 dollars on me a year for gold team but it is not to bad if you like the sport and you aren’t the one paying for it I love this gym you should come here Rex is really cheap and fun. My experience with coach Travis was horrible. My son did not need much help because he pretty much knows how to do alot naturally. However, he wantedto perfect his technique. I made his 1st appt for his private class and it went well. Although, I was surprised he asked for payment before making an appt. No worries! I apple paid him. I made his 2nd appt on April 16th for Monday, April 22 at 3pm. I pd him on Apr 22, 2024 ($70) @ 10:50am via apple pay. I also text him and said see you today at 3pm. He then text me to ask if I can switch to Thursday becuase he had a ride issue. Wednesday worked better for us both, so he said he would put him down for again @ 3pm. He text me at 2:54pm & apologized for the late notice but proceeded to tell me he cut his hand really bad and that he needed stitches and had to reschedule. Me as a mom of grown children and 2 minors, I completely understood. I told him to take care of himself. He responded thank you, stupid accident. The following week, April 29, 2024 - May 3, 2024, I did not call or text him because I wanted to make sure he took care of himself. Mind you, at this point I already paid him but just waiting to get back on his schedule. No biggie! On Monday, May 6th I text him @ 10:09am and said " hey just checking to see how you are recovering. Hope you are healing quickly then asked him to let me know when he may resume private sessions. I did not get a response at all. Therefore, around 5:45pm, I called the center and spoke to Penny whom was very helpful. I explained everything and she reassured me that he would call me back. Even asked if I wanted my money back. I said no, I really want to just get on his schedule. She said understood and said he will definitely call you. She must have spoken with him because he responded at 6:03pm and said his hand was great then asked how soon I can get there. I told him Tuesday, May 7th or Wednesday, May 8th at 3:30pm. He said he can do Tuesday and Wednesday for 30 mins each (3:30-4). I thought that didn't make much sense, so I told him I can do 3-4 and would pick him up from school a littler early. He then tells me to send him a payment to reserve the slot via zelle, cash app or apple pay. By this time, I am really disturbed but reminded him that I already paid him but he cancelled due to a ride issue then his need for stitches. I then sent him a screenshot of my previous payment. He then responds "thanks for reminding me" see you tomorrow. Very unprofessional to say the least that you forgot you were already paid for a service which you needed to cancel twice.

on May 7th (Tuesday) we arrived at the agreed upon time. We Stood outsde for about 5-6 mins before I called Travis because the doors were locked. However, I text him first and let him know we were there and told him the doors were locked then asked if anyone was inside. I followed up with a call. He sounded irritated and very unprofessional. Mind you, we are the ones that have paid, my son was picked up from school early, I left work early and it started to rain on us. I asked Travis if he was coming and his response was "he thought another instructor was there ad he forgot to put us in his books. By this time, I asked him if he can just give me my money back. He said he would once he stopped driving. I asked him how long did he think it would be before I got my money back. I could not belive he actually hung up in my ear. At that time, I was not sure if he hung up or if the call dropped, so I called back. He did not answer. As I got back in my truck, he pulled up so I asked him if he can just send me my money back. He was again irritated and annoyed. I belive his girlfriend was in the car with him and jumped in my face and asked me if I got my money back. I have never seen this woman before, so I said to her you have nothing to do with it and I have been dealing with Travis. Will finish in another review reached limit

Facility needs updates. Some coaches don't seem to have any gymnastic experience. Stacy at the front desk is rude & needs a class on how to interact with people. Unless the goal is to treat people nasty so they spend their money elsewhere.

Awesome! Both of my granddaughters love Unique. Clean, fresh environment. Staff all are very friendly and as I observe and enjoy watching other classes / groups I see respect of teachers to students and vice versa. I hope my granddaughters both will continue to enjoy this activity which I believe they will and it is great experience and exercise for the kids. Plenty of parking and great location. Price is reasonable as well. Easy online class sign up. We are pleased.

Attended a meet on 1/22 and they had people packed like sardines. Some had mask, many did not. Certainly not practicing social distancing during COVID. Felt like I was at the scene of the next super spreader event. Bathrooms were out of service. All in all- it was terrible.

My girls like the place. However, , the Parkin lot is disgusting, its full of leaves all over the place. I don’t feel comfortable in the building because it always looks dirty to me when you walk in the front door.

I am a gymnast at this gym, and have been coming here since the mommy and me classes. I personally love it here and the coaches are great(besides a slip up where coach Courtney tried to sabatoigh my team but she quickly got fired because of it). I am now in level 8 and am 10 years old, this gym has made me so meany friends including the coaches. The coaches make such a close bond with the gymnasts, and I am still friends with my level 2 coach she was even invited to my first coummuian. Practice is long and tiring, but I know that it makes me stronger. I love it here and wouldn’t go to any other gym. Me and my teammates have gone so many cool places like Florida, Manhattan, and the Bahamas to name a few. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

I have had the worst experience for this gym concerning their Allstar prep minis. I can not speak for any of the other teams. I will say that I think my daughters coaches were great coaches and very good with the girls according to my daughter . Although the lack of communication between the coaches and parents is terrible. They use a team mom, whom is not a parent to any of the girls on my daughters team, but a mother or grandmother to a girl on a different team, and she doesn’t quite understand how to be a team mom, or care to be for this team. My daughter has been going here from September- feb and we have never actually met the coaches, nor do any of the girls know the names of any of the girls on her team. I believe this facility is about winning only, and doesn’t really care about the girls in my experience. Everything is kept very hush hush and secretive. The girls practice in a room in the back where no parents can watch and are expected to attend practices where no parents are even allowed inside the facility, which is very uncomfortable to me for a team of 5-7 year olds.
I also had an experience where I allowed my daughter to attend one of these practices and a lady who was helping that day ( not her coach) screamed at my daughter and other girls repeatedly for not knowing how to do the stunts. My daughters legs were squeezed so hard by this woman that she left hand print marks on her legs, and when brought to the gyms attention, I never received an apology nor did the gym seem concerned, and they only made excuses for their staff. The woman was trying to bully the girls into learning the routine, instead of having patience and teaching them. Several parents complained and we were also told “ not to talk about it to other parents and only to their staff”, which I found very uncomfortable. Also this past weekend my daughter had a competition and as a first time cheer mom I had no idea we did not have to sit in the audience and watch the girls and that we could actually get right down on the floor and see them nice and close. Unfortunately due to lack of communication I was told this info at 8:13 in their group chat when her routine started at 8:14. So I chose to try to make it down there and missed half of my daughters very first performance : (

I have clients whose hair I have done who attend this gym and absolutely love it, ( they are an older age range than my daughter- cheer girls and their parents) which is why I chose to sign my daughter up. I am so disappointed and frustrated that my experience has not been the same as theirs.

I think had they of had a more engaged team mom, and kept the parents more involved then I would of also had a good experience minus the one incident of my daughter at a private practice.

Pros- nice facility, nice uniforms, very cool competition experience for the girls- no limit on how many people can attend the competitions, Practices start on time, and reliable, payment plan, team photos.

Cons- lack of information, lack of communication, girls do not get to know each other, coaches do not interact with the parents, the only communication is through a group me app from a team mom, hard to find parking, uncomfortably secretive with the girls at practices.

I personally would not recommend this location for the younger girls for their all star prep mini team, unless you are comfortable leaving your child at practices without parents there ( I was not told of this prior to sign up), or if you are already aware of how the cheer world works, then maybe it will work out better for you.

Love the staff here. That's really my favorite part about this place. Great people behind the desk. Love the open gym opportunities on Saturday. My kids love the coaches. We've had birthday parties here where they get free reign of the facility.

Their Halloween program was amazing. My six year old was able to play, run, eat and enjoy himself. The snack bar is inexpensive and is well stocked. The staff did an awesome job.

We were invited here for a party. Our party was the only one there so Im thinking maybe the close it down certain hours just for parties. The ages ranged from 5-9 and Laquan was so good with them. His energy level was just as high as them. They ran and jumped and I believe, truly had a great time. I will definately be bringing my kids back. During summer on saturdays they have free play from 12-2 or 2-4 cant remember.

My son went there for summer camp and when I went to pick him up the AC was not working. What upset me the most was they did not inform me so that I could pick him up earlier rather than have him stay there and for the rest of the week we were told that the AC would be fixed but that did not happen.
