The energy was amazing, the vision and purpose of the places obvious. It is a place for disenfranchised, it is a place for well to do, is a place for females and males is a place that's welcoming to all. Though boxing is a sweet science, sometimes it can be considered truly a brutal sport. But two of the coaches were very involved. They made sure that the kids were safe as they were practicing this craft and learning the craft. The reason why I didn't give it a five is because everybody has opportunity for improvement and the main coach was not even really paying attention as she had the children sparring in the front of the gym. My opinion is if you're going to be a head coach or one of the main coaches You should be more attentive You should be there to really teach and if you no longer have the desire then you shouldn't be there at all especially not the main coach. All along Coach k to the great job by bringing this vision to pass for it is a safe haven for those who otherwise would not have one. Oh oh and maybe they should have, a penalty for using obscene language too much for the children just to teach them a better way of communicating.

I had went to Upton boxing for signing my son up for boxing lesson. The teenagers who worked there was very rude & unprofessional. They shouldn't be working in there in facility where is children. I feel though as a parent. I want to make my son feel safe & comfortable.

one of the biggest Boxing Gymβs in the πΊπΈUnder armor or Tank should add a lap pool,steam room and saunaβΌοΈ..
If they donβtβοΈ I will invest mad π΅ in UptonβΌοΈ whats really dope is that coach Calvin one of the (best trainers in boxing) gives out gear as long as you have been coming.
What a great Boxing experience that does not even make you feel like your in a Baltimore hood.
If The city wants to improve, invest more π΅ in this gym,and keep the price the sameβΌοΈ

Best place to get in shape and learn how to use ur hands and body as a tank!! Been here for a few months now and dropped 25lbs in less then 60 days and knocking heavy bags around like they weigh nothing, so I got big dreams to hit that ring as a pro cuz I have KO POWER!! My trainer already said I have the power by far and great footwork for weighing 275lbs so I'm going to keep it up til y'all see me on showtime!! Oh BTW I'm 250lbs now so I'll be fighting with super heavyweights so let's get it!!
